The system is immensely powerful, showing us ways to create promotional programs that we had not conceived of before. The onboarding team and especially Michael Cronin have been incredibly helpful in getting us up and running, answering problems and questions both large and small. We're using Voucherify with a custom-built e-commerce system and with the ActiveCampaign email system, and it has been awesome in being able to connect that in. I'm new to loyalty program systems, and Voucherify has been a very different and positive experience. **What do you dislike about Voucherify?** I feel like Voucherify is incredibly powerful and complex, which can be a bit of a downside. Sometimes, you're not always sure how to do things. I can run pretty much any promo/loyalty idea without workarounds, and the UI is actually nice to use (which is rare for this kind of tool). Having all incentives under one roof makes experimenting and iterating super smooth, and the team is genuinely supportive, you never feel like you’re on your own when things get complex. Of course, the APIs are very solid too and easy to integrate across both web and even offline channels. **What do you dislike about Voucherify?** Nothing much, there is some learning curve but that's just because the tool lets you do so much. **What problems is Voucherify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are running large-scale coupon campaigns and loyalty rewards with Voucherify. Thanks to strong validation and guardrails, our margin actually improved and fraud dropped down, letting us make more money on incentives. Kamila and Kasjan were great at trying to understand our business use cases and tailored the demo exactly to these. They were always available to answer questions and were incredibly transparent about how their pricing works and what tier we should go for. The Product itself is solid and very simple to use - there are constant product releases with new features and it's very intuitive to use. **What do you dislike about Voucherify?** There isn't anything that I dislike per se. I think we are probably under-using the platform in terms of its overall capabilities, so maybe there could be more follow-ups from the team to drive deeper integration. However, I would rather it this way around Vs being overtly pressured to use a feature we may not be ready for yet **What problems is Voucherify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a new discounting solution that would give us a broad range of features out of the box. The Product is incredibly flexible, which means that we can execute campaigns with variables that we couldn't configure previously with our internal solution (without a lot of engineering effort). We benefit from the flexibility to customize campaigns without engineering and we also have a greater velocity in our general experimentation. The other benefit, which we are yet to exploit, are other features like the Referal product, wallet and loyalty programs ### 22.
