One of the best products out their for B2C management and making tracking contacts and project status a breeze. May need to have a dedicated salesforce person in order to be fully successful with feature implementation.

Management of contact info and tracking of sales and project progress that is seamless to the entire team.  Great management tools for evaluating and tracking all communications without having to reach out to team members if everything is updated on the system properly.

Attaching files is incredibly simple, especially when used w/ consultation. The ability to work with their team is also a massive help.

The search engine leads a lot to be desired. Compatibility with iOS needs work as well.

**What do you like best about Salesforce B2C Commerce?**

I really enjoy that where you want to go is right on the first dashboard you land on.  No hunting for the right page to get you to the right link to where you really wanted to go from the start.  Then there is the customization aspect, not every business runs the same so they may need more or less of a specific function. This services companies that only need basic CRM functionality, whereas some organizations might require more granular functionality to include more features to suit their needs.  Each Salesforce customer is a unique entity in and of themselves.  Salesforce adapts to this need.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce B2C Commerce?**

While this may have changed, integration with call logging is a bit difficult (for myself at least) to use and log.  Also having internal chatter and interface communication between inside commentary and forward facing commentary could be improved upon. It would also be nice if there were a notifications alert that immediately draws the users attention to a problem, much like how emails can be sent as normal, low priority, mid-level priority and the last being high priority.  I would like to see them integrate a desktop notification function so that when A client is in the middle of doing something else, can also be actively working on something outside of Salesforce but be alerted right away as something occurs in Salesforce that would require that user's attention.

Typically companies I have worked with have to use multiple platforms to make communications work between the customer facing, the inside sales and the back office. So in a sense you need to utilize three or more platforms, where Salesforce it is all integrated in the majority of circumstances.

I appreciate the accessibly of the software! The program itself was easy enough for me to understand. I am not a tech savvy person and I was able to learn the functions rather quickly. This program has done amazing things for my work and the work of the company or the past 3 years we have been using it. I have recommended B2C to a small business that my brother owns and he has begun integrating it into his work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce B2C Commerce?**

There are too many functions that get in the way of easy tasks. We often find that there are a lot of functions that convoluted the process. I would like it to be a little more simple, but then again that may be a result of my lack of technological savvy!

Make good connections with the rep from B2C. They will be a lifeline in the process of resolving any issues that may arise. I have found that having a specific person to contact has streamlined the trouble shooting process

My organization has used B2C consistently over the last few years and have been able to connect with our clientele through mobile apps. This has been vital to our success during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The biggest benefit B2C had on our company was to allow working from home during the pandemic to be more feasible and stress free. All of our accounts, transactions, client interactions, etc. were located in one space.

I personally love Lightning and how easy it is to make reports and see different dashboards to move our business forward.

It does sometimes take a long time to load things and the reports can be slow to load. I don't have this problem as much when I'm not using Lightning, though.

1. Smart sensing - It automatically senses my needs according to my searches and shows me the exact product that can make my life easier. But still my data is secured and not shared with any other third party. 

2. Easy to use - The platform is easy to use as compared to other such platform. And it's easy to navigate through the application on our own and if we still have some issue with the application, there is a huge and quick responsive community to help me out. 5 star thing

The volume of information available if you know how to navigate the software.  The direct links to customer information is a plus as well as the linkage to other applications that help customer qualification and identification.  Its ability to support all steps of the customer interaction from initial conversation to the material ordering, scheduling, customer follow up and referral opportunities is a great strength of the product.

The screen formats are not logical and intuitive. Phraseology is confusing and inconsistent. Requiring multiple screen interface to disposition an event is cumbersome and inefficient  This should be accomplished with a single interface. . Having easy access to data is only helpful if the data morphs into useable information.

Test the product to be sure it fits with the information flow of your business.

It does everything you need to do but you have to take a lot of trainings to understand what to do and how to do it. Doing the basics is easy and easy to understand.

It's complex if you're an admin user and it takes a long time to become  a super user if you're not technical. It loads very slow most of the time. I'm having that issue right now when trying to load a data extension to get info.

SalesForce makes developing and implementation very fast and easy. Also, features like multisite management, catalog management, Multiple locations, Content management is available which makes my task much easier.

The SalesForce offers a very rich catalog of features which make it difficult to organize and find when we need them. Also, there are several inconsistencies in the layout while running them. The new lighting feature is not conducive to our work needs. The cluttered interface makes navigation unnecessarily complicated and annoying.

The "Related" tab is very annoying that we have to click on it. I think it should be more user-friendly.
The interface should be easy which makes navigation and tasks simple.

lacking some operations that needed to be performed in a timely manner,As robust as the front end is the back-end requires a lot of development and legwork. Even though this is a lightning module there is a good amount of administrator tasks that require you to be in classic mode to configure. It can be time consuming switching back and forth when implementing new user stories.

You can do so much and customize it with so many features that it can fit just about any business need! It is really nice because everything looped together so well and you can easily get from one page to another while not losing any of the info you may need.

The customization was also the biggest obstacle to overcome. You can do so much that we were not fully using the software to its full potential. Salesforce would be great for a larger business that is able to utilize its full functionality better.
