I find MineOS great for systems with available integrations. It's quick and easy to forward requests that come through email and to put things on autopilot. I really value the support from the MineOS team, and the data subject requests tool is something I use the most, especially for putting tasks on autopilot and downloading CSV files, even though I have to do a few manual deletions. I find the hard-coded integrations in MineOS could be enhanced for better functionality. MineOS has really helped us streamline our data deletion process. Before, our process was completely manual and scattered, but now it’s centralized and much easier to manage. It’s also been super helpful for staying on top of our ISO and SOC 2 compliance requirements. The one thing I wish we had is more immediate notifications when a new deletion request comes in. Right now, we usually get the alert after the 30-day mark, which kind of defeats the purpose. MineOS takes the guesswork out of complying with global privacy regulations as it relates to our processing of data copy and deletion requests. With its Radar feature MineOS was able to help identify different products or sites the end users might be utilizing, making it easier to govern and properly assess our environment. MineOS DSR center has been extremely valuable with how it localizes privacy or data removal request, allowing me to save enormous amounts of time instead of watching an inbox. Minor nit, but sometimes when inputting things like data inventory, user has to exit out to the main list of vendors vs. having ability to skip to the next vendor saving a few extra clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
