With SAP Commerce Cloud, I felt like we had a robust partner. The platform behaves like a high-performance engine that seamlessly manages an immense amount of products, orders, and traffic. For the end user (the purchasing customer), the experience is seamless and frictionless, which is the most favorable and universally accessible feature. What I like most, and which is extremely beneficial for anyone who works with websites (without being a programmer), is the ability to personalize the customer experience through AI. The platform has built-in tools that allow: AI-powered Product Recommendations: Show customers the products they really want to see, based on their purchasing history and patterns. Personalized Content: I can change entire banners and promotions on the homepage or in specific categories for different customer segments. The user interface for making these changes is intuitive. You don't need to be a developer to improve conversion rates. For a marketing or product manager, this ease of use for delivering hyper-personalized experiences is pure gold. Well, the software is incredibly powerful, but precisely because of its complexity and its origins in the enterprise world, it requires highly specialized developers and consultants. In short: implementation and major modifications require a significant investment of time and money, and if you don't have an experienced in-house team, you're heavily reliant on SAP partners.
