We can confidently recommend this platform as a solid and professional solution for mass emailing. Our campaigns and group messages have high deliverability. I appreciate the detailed reports (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, spam complaints) that allow us to precisely analyze the effectiveness of our communications.

I didn't notice any problems. I can't think of anything I don't like.

**What do you like best about EmailLabs?**

We use EmailLabs for various projects and it always works great. It has never let us down - whether it's mass transactional emails or more targeted marketing campaigns, the platform always gets the job done, flawlessly.
Support is mega responsive, professional, they always help, even if something technical goes wrong. You don't often get this kind of support, seriously.

Deliverability is great, you can see right away that communication sits better. We use their live stats and analytics a lot to get a handle on what's going on with emails. Integration with our systems has gone smoothly, documentation clear, APIs cool flexible.

**What do you dislike about EmailLabs?**

There’s really nothing I dislike about EmailLabs – it simply works exactly as it should.

**What problems is EmailLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmailLabs gets us fast and reliable delivery of emails, especially the important ones - account confirmations, password resets, notifications. They used to land in spam or drag on, which pissed people off. Now? Zero problems.

Marketing campaigns are going well too - better opens, more clicks, results up. Deliverability is up to scratch, live stats and support is up to scratch - so emails, whether transactional or advertising, always get through. Users are happy and we have better contact with them.

The best thing is that offer is constructed this way, that when You grow, they grow with you. What I mean is - we started from free tier which is suitable when You starting with new small project.

I think they should give option to call except for writing an e-mail, however they response time is OK.

We use EmailLabs' Email API for our marketing emails. The service is reliable and fits our needs very well. We benefit from the high throughput of sending infrastructure, and the IP has a strong reputation, which provides us with high deliverability rates. The integration was hassle-free, and the platform is user-friendly, offering all necessary security protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. The customer support team responds quickly if needed, so we are not left alone with the platform.

I cannot point out anything specific. We have been working with EmailLabs since 2020, and if any situation required a prompt response, the EmailLabs Team was there for us.

EmailLabs provides a scalable infrastructure, great email deliverability, and top-notch email security. We effortlessly send up to 100,000 marketing messages monthly, maintaining high deliverability rates and optimal throughput, even during high-volume periods. Sending to local providers' mailboxes is not an issue, as EmailLabs is aligned with their requirements in addition to the guidelines of global providers. We sent mainly to the German market, so that was a must-have when we were looking for a tool. We are also pleased with the communication with the team as they provide quick responses and adapt to our needs. I can recommend this solution, worth the price.

They also have great customer support and flexibility to help with unusal scenarios.

I like the almost scientific approach to the topic of email communication. Here I have marketing emails, transactional emails, and SMS. This tool fulfills the promises it makes on its website, and that's nice. Indeed, the OR and CTR/CTOR are higher than in the previous tool I used. It's also nice that I can see the current reputation of my sending domain.

I haven't found anything yet, so far everything is OK, intuitive, simple, professional.

Emaillabs solved the issue with deliverability to the inbox. Previously, some of our transactional emails were landing in offers or promotions. Here, there is no such problem.

A partnership-driven approach is what stands out the most. EmailLabs provided us with a tailored offer that perfectly met our needs as an enterprise. It's not like we were left alone after signing the contract, forced to follow strict limits such as the volume of sends or throughput, but quite the opposite. The foundation of our cooperation is excellent communication with the EmailLabs Team.

It's hard to pinpoint a specific issue because I receive immediate expert support whenever challenges arise.

We send approximately 7 million emails monthly to various European markets, including Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Ukraine, Slovakia, Lithuania, and Poland. Therefore, we needed a solution that would enable the secure sending of large volumes of emails and thanks to EmailLabs, this is possible. We have a high throughput for mass campaigns, meaning the emails are sent almost instantly without delays, ensuring smooth communication with our users, and it's crucial for us.

We've been using EmailLabs on our automation news website for few years now, and we love it! We use it to send many tranactional email everyday. It was so easy to integrate and implement. No downtime,  great customer support,  good price. 100% recomend!

**What do you dislike about EmailLabs?**

There is no downsides of EmailLabs, at least not for now. And even if we have any problem, the customer support is always there for us and happy to help.

**What do you like best about EmailLabs?**

Configuration is quite easy and is very well explained in the documentation.
I could easily authorize selected emails for sending messages via EmailLabs, as well as whole domains.
Implementation does not require any specific plugins - you just use standard SMTP method.
Emails are sent instantly and the reject ratio is very low.
Reports are detailed and updated quickly enough to ealisy monitor the ongoing campaign.
There is a free plan with quite a high limit, enough for a small site to use in deployment.
Customer support works well and is very helpful, able to quickly solve any problems.

**What do you dislike about EmailLabs?**

Nothing in particular, didn't encounter any problems using their service

**What problems is EmailLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using their service instead of own SMTP server solved all problems with rejected deliveries. It is much easier when someone else is handling all issues with blacklists, DNSBL etc. and implementation is very easy, since you still just use standard SMTP to send emails.

It works exactly as it supposed to. It is a simple matter: SMTP.

Their subscription plans are not flexible. The service cannot be used once/once a year. Maybe it's time to think about the "pay as you go" model.

EmailLabs helped us solve ongoing issues with email blocking by hosting companies due to excessive email sending. We were able to implement EmailLabs very quickly - in total about 1-2 hours. Very good support from the HelpDesk as well as an online knowledge base. A simple tool. It works on the principle of implement and forget. We receive monthly reports on the sending. We have applied this tool with several providers. Satisfaction 100%
