Through the years they kept up with technology to offer quicker solutions **What do you dislike about Dun & Bradstreet Reports?** We found that some of the ratings were based upon old information. Our experience with a company in the present wasn't reflected with D&B's rating. **What problems is Dun & Bradstreet Reports solving and how is that benefiting you?** D&B gave us insight into private companies regarding their credit worthiness. I have used other companies and there product is by far the best out there!. Hands down! It is easy to use and understand. We have a rep we can deal with directly or call customer service. Both options are always professional and efficient. Initially it needed a tweak or 2 but those issues were resolved.
