
Original review in 2024: The loyalty program runs seamlessly and with no work on my part, which, as a small business owner, is a really big deal! Our customers love collecting points and getting rewarded with items they want.
What truly makes Loyalty Lion outstanding, though, is their customer support. When a customer of mine asks something that I can't answer, I'll message and get a response in minutes most of the time. They aren't reading from a script, either - They take the time to look into the situation and provide a good, solid answer that helps me help MY customers. It's one of the very few companies that I ENJOY talking to for support.
Updated in 2026: We've been using Loyalty Lion for several years now, and everything I said in 2024 still stands. I recently contacted Sathiya in LL support using an email address I had from years ago, and he was still there! He answered very quickly with a well-written solution to my question, and then went a step beyond that and both discovered and FIXED a related issue in our setup that I hadn't thought of. In this age of AI agents, being able to talk with a living, thinking, human is a huge selling point for any business, and Loyalty Lion has some of the best. Can you imagine any other company where you could email a support tech three years after talking with them - at an email address that includes their name, rather than a general email - and they're still there, and just as amazing as the first time you spoke with them? If there's a downside of using this program, I haven't seen it, and we've been using them for years! Yes, it costs a little bit of money, but the ROI is immediate and using them has profited our business greatly. I've tried others and been unhappy with them, but Loyalty Lion has been outstanding from the beginning and continues to add features that keep them above the competition.
