The biggest advantage and help for us is contact history and email distributor for us. Also it is acting as a CRm which is nice to have for us.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

I would like to express my gratitude and thank Alan once again for solving my request extremely fast. It was a very important task that our company needed to have solved asap and I did not even hope to have it done in such a short time. Not only that it was solved immediately but Alan also came up with backup solutions to make the transition as smooth as possible. Great job! It was a pleasure to work with you!

There are things that I find difficult sometimes to be fixed but this is not Daktela's fault. :) 
Anytime I am afraid not to break something, I receive the support I need.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

Very easy to use and implement. We use it on a daily basis for monitoring and managing customer support related tasks, as well as agent performance. We have all the required features in one place.
One of the best things is that it's very easy to integrate with WhatsApp and other messenger tools, and Daketla has great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

No such as its meet all our business requirements.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our most customer support related issues. Now we are able to see the entire history of any customer, which was the major challenge for my organization. It is very easy to manage the departments, priority, and other things. One of the major requirements was partner and customer mapping, which only got fulfilled with Daktela.

Along with this we are able to manage CRM in better way.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

A proven system that can handle the toughest demands. We have been using it for five years now and we really have only the best experience. It is a solution that is also used by customer support, which has hundreds of operators, so everything works perfectly. The system is not only clear, but frequently updated and allows for individual settings that any larger company will appreciate. 

We use a complete portfolio of services, i.e. customer support via email, live chat, telephones, switchboard and smart assistant.

We manage more than 400,000 tickets every year and there are dozens of operators working in the system. The implementation of the solution is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

I can't say anything negative. This is a great solution and a very high quality supplier that knows how to solve problems and most importantly evolve their product.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a complex solution to be used by our customer care department. The system also had to be able to grow with our business and handle the demands of hundreds of thousands of customer enquiries. All of this was handled efficiently.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

Daktela offers a complete solution with telephony, email, chat, all under one roof. I definitely recommend it!
We don't use all the options yet, but when it comes to telephony, Daktela offers a perfect service. Compared to other companies, it offers very good communication and, above all, accessible and understandable support servis + documentation

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

I haven't had a negative experience yet.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daktela solves everything related to telephony - connection of phone devices, trunking, device settings, pbx settings etc. That way, we don't have to develop our own solution or rely on multiple third parties.
Also they help us with sms and some kind of emails. A great thing is also the statistics that the basic daktela GUI offers.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

A wide range of opportunities built right into the tool itself. In addition, the software has intuitive, easy to use design and most importantly, very helpful customer service who really tries to get the most out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

Some of the settings require more time to understand and also to set up rightly. It's not explicitly a bad thing, it offers a lot of options, but sometimes it's harder to set up the tool the way you need. A good example is the naming of the various settings: they are named in a technical way and not in a user friendly way.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daktela helps us to manage tickets, calls and webchats all in one place. Basically, 90% of the work of our customer service happens there. Our goal is to gain more from Daktela by using chatbot and by connecting Daktela with our order database.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

Extremely easy-to-use, deployable cloud-based call center software that can be used equally anywhere in the world.
From a managerial point of view - thanks to the wallboard and the dashboard, the work of the entire team and the status of the tasks can be seen at any moment.
Reporting: it has the most effortless reporting function I've ever worked with. All work processes can be reported at the team, individual and channel level, providing immediate help for monitoring KPIs and organizing work.
At operator level: easy to learn, easy to use, can be installed on all hardware: laptop, PC, tablet, mobile phone - supports work in the home office.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

Regulation of breaks - we would need a function that would guarantee that 30% of the operators could take a break at the same time. /a 10-minute break per hour is a legal obligation, plus one 30-minute lunch break/.
Assigning chats to operators - unfortunately, the chat is assigned to those clerks who are currently talking to customers on another channel.
The agent currently in idle status does not receive chat. Because of this, the operators who are currently on the line often do not notice their assigned chat message.

We aim to provide the best possible customer experience in the FMCG sector to Kifli.hu customers.
The best customer service in Hungary is supported by Daktela.

**What do you like best about Daktela?**

The platform is designed in a way that it is very easy to keep everything arranged. Merge and sort tickets; also, I appreciate various forms of communication with customers through one platform  -  Messenger, Email, Phone and others.  Another thing I like is constant updates - the system is being improved, which is a very good sign for me, so we all keep updating and getting better; it is not frozen in time :)    Recently they implemented Chat GTP; this is awesome!  Search works very well; if you remember  only one word from your email that is more specific, you can type it in the search, and you will find the ticket or email you are looking for. In other words, very up-to-date and very user-friendly platform.

Don't have any complaints :) Did not encounter any issues that would like to complain about or dislike.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is designed in a way that it is very easy to keep everything arranged - all communications of one customer can be combined into one ticket - phone call, email, chat....    If I can recall the order number or email, but I want to find the specific email with a specific case search is helping me a lot. if you remember only one word from your email that is more specific, you can type it in the search, and you will find the ticket or email you are looking for.

The Daktela CCHub shines with its versatility. I've used different solutions on the market, but none of those had the flexibility, ease of use and a modern UX/UI as the Daktela solution.

The mentioned flexibility, as a flipside, makes it sometimes confusing for end-users, as there are many possible ways to configure the CCHub and still end up with the same functionality.

We are not a call centre, although the application is designed primarily for call centres. We are an e-shop. The application simply connects emails, phone calls from customers with our system. All communication with the customer is then easy for us. It saves us time and we always know everything about the customer within a moment.

Easy to set up, with a great support team. We now have all our channels in one place with and can see the full history of the customer communication. 

We tried other solutions, but they weren't as flexible - and the support was not good.

I have no complaints. It's a great product and works perfectly for our needs now, and lots of extras should we need them in the future.

The focus on the customer. Dedicated support engineer in specific languages. Knowledge of SIP and VoIP. They are not afraid of any challenges. Our customers love it.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

Mostly focus on voice, but other channels are good as well. Statistics and BI is needed to export to BigQuery.

**What problems is Daktela solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need contact center for our customers, and daktela gives them really great product. They are more productive with it and they love all new features. All of them are waiting for new AI features.

You can't unmerge merged tickets (sometimes mistake happen).
Gets super slow and collapses every day at the same time, and once i refresh the page it works normal again.

Daktela allows us to effectively track customer calls and follow-up. It's great to go back to past calls or see statistics on the number of calls made/not made. This helps our sales team a lot.

**What do you dislike about Daktela?**

Sometimes they take a little longer to resolve some tickets and need to be reminded. But it's not very common. Despite this, everything is always handled with the utmost friendliness and to our satisfaction.

Tracking/recording phone calls and transcribing them into Salesforce.

Is friendly use and has a lot of easy customizations.

Has a good reporting field.

Mostly the multichanel is a great way to extend and reach to more leads and clients.

The whatsapp need to be a little more custom. 
To make some custom fields will be nice to be added.

I can't think of anything I don't like about Daktela. The Daktela team is always open to our comments or ideas for new features.

We use Daktela for all communication with our customers - phone, email, chat, and messenger, and we also use it for internal communication between operators and back-office employees.

I sometimes have the problem that calls don't show up on some queues, and I don't understand why my tickets have been modified since the beginning of the day when I just logged in.

I like that they have efficient support which is also very fast in solving issues. They also speak perfect English and there is no issue to communicate with them.

To be honest ... nothing. Maybe documentation for API v6 is not so perfect as for previous versions, but it is absolutely minor issue.
