This enables retailers to better serve their customers with a cohesive and consistent experience regardless of the channel in today's omnichannel retail world. Mobile-first economy: The solution is created mobile-first which enables the store staff to use the platform in real-time on the floor using a mobile device, for managing and processing everything from inventory, customer service, sales, and even store operations. This improves overall store-operator efficiency and productivity, thereby improving its customer service. **What do you dislike about NewStore?** There is no any dislike about the newstore **What problems is NewStore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fragmented customer experience journey Issue: Customers are frequently met with a disjointed service offering stemming from disconnect between online and physical shopping. NewStore's omnichannel platform guarantees the IDFS the perfect shopping experience across all channels, with 100% product availability, price matching and customer service received all during the same interaction. Inefficient Store Operations: Issue: Store employees do not have access to real-time information and tools for providing a suboptimal customer service and managing stocks.
