**What do you like best about Opensend?**

I've brought Opensend into two different companies I've worked with and tested them against two of their competitors throughout that time, and they always net out to be the best option on the market for resolving unknown website identities and extending the cookies for abandon flows on known identities.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

All platforms seem to struggle with this, but I wish there was stricter attribution metrics on the Opensend dashboard. When reporting on revenue generated from Opensend, the numbers are definitely elevated. But regardless, the Opensend Connect and Reconnect tools bring us more subscribers and revenue than we would have made without them without a doubt.

**What problems is Opensend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing our email subscriber list to gain access to communicating to more site visitors than are initially subscribing to our emails. Capturing more email subscribers in our abandon flows than Shopify or Klaviyo can capture with their cookie expiration timelines. More revenue generated from new customers stuck in the consideration phase.

**What do you like best about Opensend?**

I like how complete the Opensend dashboard is; it looks very crisp and is easy to follow. I really appreciate the white glove support team because they set up everything and communicate a lot, coming up with insights and ensuring the flows work okay. They're very hands-on. I like that we can track everything pretty accurately on Klaviyo and the Opensend dashboard, and the numbers match. I also like that there are always new things being published on Opensend and that it's very granular, allowing us to choose how many people we want and set conditions, which is something many identity resolution software doesn't provide. That's pretty good. The credit system is straightforward and easy to understand, and you can choose how engaged people need to be. The dashboard makes it really easy to track how lists are performing without having to split every campaign or flow on Klaviyo, saving a lot of time. The initial setup was super easy, done in a couple of hours, with a lot of help from their team. We had to do very minimal work.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

Some things that could be improved. I'd like to see more analytic features on the dashboard itself, like life cycle, churn risk, and everything. I like the revive program to be able to identify a little bit more people. And, for it to be automated without having to upload lists manually. An integration or something, that would also be very helpful.

**What problems is Opensend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Opensend to grow client lists and generate incremental revenue. It helps reconnect with people who bounced, like purchasers, without relying on slow communication methods like direct mail. Opensend has improved client list growth, especially when struggling with deliverability issues.

I really appreciated the customer support from Opensend. It would have been challenging to get it set up without them. The steps to get it onto a platform that doesn't have native Opensend integrations were a bit confusing, and they made it easy. The initial setup of Opensend was also easy.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

I wish the follow-up customer service were better. After capturing leads, I'm left wondering, 'what now?' It would be helpful to have a clearer understanding of how to use Opensend's connect and reconnect features with other CRM platforms.

I use Opensend to capture contacts for e-commerce sales, building a potential customer list to convert into active customers.

**What do you like best about Opensend?**

We are able to market to visitors to our site in a meaningful and engaging way.  Once we receive an "identity," we can share our welcome series with them and share more about our product.  It's simple and easy to use and works as a great funnel to capture visitors who we send to our site from our Google and Meta ads.  It seamlessly integrated with Klaviyo, and the dashboard is easy to use.  We had a great onboarding team, who made it simple to set up.  They've been responsive whenever we have questions or need support.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

It's a little higher of a CAC compared to some other channels, but some of that is on us to improve our welcome flows and make the offer more compelling.

**What problems is Opensend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Opensend to generate sales and help grow our mailing list.  Opensend is perfect for this because it's putting names with visitors that we otherwise would have never known.  It's helping us improve our conversion rates and make our Google and Meta ad spend more effective.

I like Opensend because it's super easy to onboard, with a very responsive onboarding team. They respond quickly to any changes in our existing CRM stack, usually within twenty-four hours. This ensures I never have to worry about people getting the wrong messaging. It plays incredibly well with Klaviyo, which adds great value to our workflow. The initial setup was pretty easy and very hands-off. We just connected our CRM accounts, and we were off and running.

I absolutely love Opensend for the substantial success we've experienced, particularly in scaling our triggered flow revenue by nearly 100%. It has proven to be a tremendous investment, offering us an impressive 29X ROAS. The platform excels at helping us reach prospective customers with relevant, timely content, something that is becoming increasingly challenging with traditional campaign messaging. The onboarding process with Opensend was remarkably easy and quick; it was a seamless experience thanks to the excellent onboarding team who were very helpful in setting up our flows. Setting up the Klaviyo integration was a breeze, taking only minutes, which was an added convenience. I am completely satisfied with the service, as reflected in my high likelihood of recommending Opensend, giving it a solid 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about Opensend?**

I have had a fantastic experience with Opensend. Their customer service is outstanding, with team members like Jeffrey and Sergio helping to get us up and running efficiently. The onboarding process was seamless, and their team ensured everything was in place quickly, only delayed due to our IT department's tasks. The seamless integration with Klaviyo enhances the user experience, making it a valuable asset in our marketing toolbox. Moreover, Opensend's reconnect platform is incredibly effective, allowing us to identify and target anonymous users who visit our website, resulting in a higher conversion rate. The ability to target previously unreachable users has significantly increased our revenue. Opensend's tools make it stand out above others, such as Wonderken and retention.com, and have proven to be more effective in our experience.

I wish OpenSend had a larger database of users, as not everyone is currently included in it. While the platform already has a significant breadth, expanding its reach to identify more users would be beneficial.

It was so easy to set up.  I did the integration myself without any help from IT. The Opensend team set up the targeting metrics and advised on the email flow. We kicked off with an existing flow, but plan to modify it.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

Our overall email deliverability score is taking a hit and has dropped to fair from all of the unsubscribes and spam reports, but we are working with the Opensend team and our email agency on fixing this.

This has improved our sales from our retargeting and abandonment flows.

I love the support from the onboarding team—Umair and his colleagues made setup a breeze by assisting with all integrations, including the tag and Zapier connection, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They have excellent support and are with you every step of the way. It's super easy to use, implement, and it's become a regular part of our email marketing efforts. It worked so well for us that I added Opensend to another brand that I managed. They instantly onboarded us and even offered a discount on the 2nd brand.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

So far there is nothing I dislike. Obviously, they don't control which identities you're getting, and it can sometimes be a mixed bag of opportunities, from very cold to very warm. But in our case, it's paid off tremendously.

Leads. We're not so great at generating new leads but with Opensend it's helped us move the needle.

We have a Slack channel our agency shares with Opensend, so getting support is quick and easy. We also have dedicated reps for each of our Opensend clients. The initial setup was very easy, as we had an Opensend rep walk us through the process.

Our experience with OpenSend has been excellent from the very beginning. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, thanks to their efficient and well-organized team. From the outset, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and worked closely with us to ensure everything was set up correctly.

One of the most impressive aspects was how they handled the changes needed in our reconnect flows. Their team took full ownership of the process, implementing all necessary adjustments seamlessly and without disruption. Their technical expertise and responsiveness made what could have been a complex transition feel effortless.

Overall, we’re extremely pleased with both the software and the support we received. OpenSend not only delivers on functionality, but the team behind it truly sets them apart. Highly recommended.

It's worth noting that onboarding did require a significant time commitment. While the process itself was smooth, fitting it into a typical workday proved a bit challenging. Future users should be prepared to carve out a dedicated block of time to ensure all flows are configured properly and nothing is rushed.

OpenSend is solving a major visibility gap by helping us identify anonymous website traffic. Before using the platform, we had very limited insight into who was visiting our site unless users explicitly submitted their information. Now, with OpenSend’s identity graph, we’re able to capture valuable data like first name, last name, email, physical address, and device information from previously anonymous visitors.

Communication is great from everyone on the Opensend team. Implementation was easy and we started seeing extra revenue pick up fairly quickly.

I would like the option to have Opensend qualify emails for us before sending them to our ESP. Otherwise it's a great service.

Opensend is helping us pick up revenue that would have been lost from users who visit the site but do not sign up for emails. This is especially helpful for our abandonment flows which are proving to be quite successful with Opensend.

I appreciate Opensend's attractive pricing compared to other vendors. Their setup process was extremely easy, with their team providing support throughout. They help us capture website leads we might otherwise miss, enhancing our sales opportunities. I find their interactive dashboard and ease of use impressive; once set up, it's very low maintenance. The presence of a dedicated Customer Success Manager is a major plus.

It seems like the support team was most interested in making sure I got onboarded. After getting signed up, I feel like the service has been slower and the attention to my questions about improving the quality of email profiles I'm provided has been somewhat lacking.

Opensend is capturing customer emails for me. Instead of using an affiliate service that retargets website visitors for me, I now own those customer profiles.

OpenSend has been a fantastic partner from day one. Their team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The platform is well-established and integrated smoothly with both our website and CRM, which made onboarding a breeze. Pricing is fair and transparent, and overall, the experience has been refreshingly smooth compared to other vendors we've worked with.

**What do you dislike about Opensend?**

Currently, we’re unable to trigger events for existing profiles—which limits some of our retargeting use cases—but we’ve been informed this feature is actively being rolled out. Also, while the reporting dashboard is functional, it would be more valuable with advanced filtering options, especially to exclude certain conversions from skewing performance data.

The platform is ridiculously easy to use. The UI is simply and user-friendly. Onboarding was very thorough - they walked me through the full setup in minutes. This included integrating the platform with HubSpot and Google Ads.

Everyone I've interacted with on the Opensend team are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though I've not had any issues, they've checked in on me several times since signing up, which I LOVE.

And most importantly, the platform does exactly what it says it will do - it shows us who's visited our website. For reference, we're a B2B that uses it mainly for retargeting non-converting website visitors that fit a certain profile. 

I've found the entire experience with Opensend to be refreshing and unique for SaaS.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons for Opensend.

The Opensend implementation team walks you through the setup process, which takes less than 10 minutes to integrate it with Shopify and Klaviyo. I believe I could have done it myself because the platform is that intuitive, but the fact that they dedicate resources to assist with this speaks volumes. They want you to succeed. Once Opensend is live, you see it working immediately. Honestly, the most time consuming part of the entire process - and it wasn't that time consuming - was modifying my Welcome flow in Klaviyo for the net new emails. After 3 weeks, the ROI is 795%. Opensend is an absolute no brainer for DTC.

With that, it shows in the revenue we're seeing from the platform so far!
