What do you like best about Bloomreach?

Almost limitless functionality gives us a vast amount of insight and value. The support team is always fast and extremely helpful solving almost every problem I ever have same day, usuall within the hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The software is stellar. It's powerful and stable and it helps our teams to execute our marketing plans very well. We've looked at a lot of marketing software and it is one of the top options on the market.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Communication is poor and follow-through is the worst of any vendor we've worked with in years.

I can't even count the number of times a rep has made a commitment to us and then just not followed through. It's so bad that it's become an internal joke :/

The account reps, who are supposed to help us learn the tool and grow our business, seem to only be interested in us when a contract is due for renewal or when they are trying to extract more money from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
