Since starting using PhraseExpander, a lot of the repetition in emails has completed gone away, and in a must faster manner than in the past (Outlook signatures, for example). There is a slight learning curve, of course, since you will preferably customize your own phrase library and remember the shortcuts, but with simple rules, the system should be created in no time. You have to be careful with naming the shortcuts with letter successions, so that you wouldn t bump into them that easily - that can be very inconvenient, espcially when you have the "fire" option selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
