They have expanded to AI training of various subjects on their Aurora platform as well. **What problems is Lionbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** They gave me an opportunity to test apps before buying them . For our purposes, we deal almost exclusively with Government agencies, Government Contractors, Aerospace corporations and Defense companies; and Lionbridge doesn't have a comparatively robust team of experts like they do in other verticals such as Life Sciences. **What do you dislike about Lionbridge?** Others in the space are more leading edge; Lionbridge can be a little slower to adopt the newest technologies. It's a risk/reward ratio. **Recommendations to others considering Lionbridge:** 1.) Get SLAs in place 2.) articulate exactly how ouch MT you can tolerate 3.) work closely with your account manager; they have outstanding senior AMs; work that relationship closely **What problems is Lionbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many challenges they are working to solve in loc, most of which are how to be faster and more accurate through use of tech. ### 4. The only recommendation could be integrating Gengo and Lionbridge so both have the same capabilities sooner. **Recommendations to others considering Lionbridge:** If you are in need of a flexible vendor not afraid to work on various kinds of requests Lionbridge is a good option. It seems as soon as we get used to somebody, we are on to a new person. **Recommendations to others considering Lionbridge:** I think Lionbridge is probably the best in the business for quick and accurate language translation. **What problems is Lionbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a team of multiple graphic designers all needing translations for different reasons.
