**What do you like best about Endear?**

Endear is an emerging partner that’s open to hearing how customers use the platform and is eager to implement feature requests when they make sense. Its ease of use made it possible for us to onboard our entire fleet of stores and better meet customers where they are.

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

We don’t necessarily dislike any of Endear’s current features, but we’re excited to see how they plan to layer AI into their native functionality moving forward.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to connect store associates directly with customers for a more bespoke, white-glove experience. No one knows the product like our store employees do, and having them respond in real time—and even upsell—during customer interactions has been a huge boost to revenue.

**What do you like best about Endear?**

I use Endear for clientelling and mass messaging. I appreciate that it allows us to pull customer data to build segments, reaching relevant customers with relevant messages. I like the support, and we love the filters. We use them to reach customers who have purchased specific brands within a timeframe and also from a specific store. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

I wish the reporting could be more robust. I would like a ChatGPT integration so I could aggregate my data and build out company-wide benchmarks or have the ability to have that within the software. Also, geo-fencing.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Endear for clientelling and mass messaging. It lets us pull customer data to build segments, reaching relevant customers with relevant messages. The filters help us target customers based on past purchases, time frames, and specific stores.

the easy of shopify sync and being specific as possible on campaigns. Finally, seeing the conversion metrics is very helpful

having an AI help tool to ask questions and bring specific analytics would be great, similar to the shopify AI tool

**What do you like best about Endear?**

I love how easy the Endear app is to use for client outreach. Making buckets is extremely seamless and allows you to filter various aspects in order to reach out to clients for specific reasons - for example, searching all your clients that purchased a certain item to reach out and say we received a similar product they might like, or the same product they loved in a new color or fabric.

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

It would be nice to be able to filter out people that have unsubscribed when creating outreach buckets. I know you can also search customers by an item they purchased, however, sometimes this isn’t always accurate / doesn’t work.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Endear for customer outreach, so the app gives me a platform to communicate with my clients and promote product for the store. This helps bring clients in to generate sales, or helps me virtually sell to them.

**What do you like best about Endear?**

I think it's helpful to integrate personalized marketing and clienteling into the business. Helps me to do follow ups for customer experience issues and product inquires. Elevates one-on-one interactions because we greet by name, then we can add specific product recommendations with nice media. I love that Endear is integrated seamlessly into Shopify so we can see stats about each customer and make custom filters.

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

I think there are too many functions that are repetitive and the site is not intuitive. I stick to about 10 specific functions and ignore the rest of the website.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer inquires are all in one place, separate messaging platform so it doesn't clog my email. But, I still responses and reminders to my regular inbox when needed. The personalized touch speaks to customers more than regular email marketing. We can chat with our brand's fans when they have product inquiries.

I think the process of searching for customers within our specific store is more complicated than necessary. It would also be helpful to have the ability to create custom email templates and edit the saved ones, as many of the existing templates are quite similar."

The only downside to Endear, in my opinion, is that it doesn't allow you to send a single email to multiple customers at once.

We’ve been using Endear in-store, and it’s been a game-changer for driving extra revenue and enhancing customer engagement. The platform enables our store managers and staff to curate personalized selections of products and send tailored communications directly to customers they know. This personalized approach has proven effective in driving foot traffic to our stores, creating more opportunities for sales. Endear has allowed us to forge stronger relationships with our customers, offering them products they’re genuinely interested in, and in turn, boosting our store performance. Highly recommend it for any retail business looking to foster deeper connections with their customers while driving additional revenue.
It's really easy to use for the team, they have a great connection with Shopify so it's easy to implement. 
We use it each time we're releasing new drop so we can communicate about newness with our best customers.

The lack of design possibilities, maybe we could create template per season we could leverage.

Traditionally, store staff may not have had an easy way to reach out to customers outside of in-person interactions. With Endear, our team can now proactively communicate with customers they know, sending them curated product selections and tailored messages. This has helped us re-engage previous customers, drive them to the store, and increase sales. It bridges the gap between in-store experiences and digital communication, offering a more seamless and personalized shopping journey.

What I like about in Endear is the fact that it is very organized and clean. It helps me keep track of my customers in day today to do of who I need to talk to or follow up with.

Sometimes Endear can be very confusing from the get-go, but once you start understanding the ins and outs of the software, it doesn't get too bad. If I could ask for a change, it would be more templates because some of them can be kind of generic.

What's best about Endear is that you're able to stay organized and go back & see all your client communication & purchase history.  It's easy to navigate which helps alot with productivity.

What dislike about Endear is not being able having an audience & not being able to add new clients to it or remove clients out.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Endear has been able to solve for me is having all customer information in one place.  I can easily go to clients profile and see the last time I communicated, the last time they purchased, what they purchased, & client information. I love being able to communicate through the SMS feature & it has all of our previous conversations, which helps when I am busy in the store, I can easily go back and read our converstation & I don't have to make a note of it myself, I can create a task to remind myself to reach out to the client about the following....xyz.

working at a jewelry company,  I love being able to build a look-book to tell a story and show the pieces in a different way than just sending stock images or links to a website. This really allows the customer to see how hey would implement the pieces into their wardrobe and visualize better

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

I wish it was easier to browse images online through the endear portal rather than having to upload images yourself - it would be helpful to have a feature, sort of like Pinterest search, where you write in what you are looking for and images come up and you could add directly to your lookbook

My business uses Endear to make meaningful interactions. The layout is straightforward and the tools are useful and effective. Creating templates helps to get me team to create interactions and improve our reach. Because of our success we have been finding more ways to get the most out of the platform.

Endear mostly does everything correctly and everything I need it to, however sometimes the filters can get a little messy and include people that should not fall under certain filters. This is rare but has happened a few times.

I think is great how endear is tied to shopify making the tagging of clients so easy and organized. I love how the integration to AI responses makes easy to reach out and edit emails to make it more personalized.

I would say when email templates are created there is very little room to edit or delete older templates that are lingering.

Look books have been the biggest take away for me personally. Being able to showcase personalized look books for any of my clients has truly made relationships much better.

I wish I could send out more than 100 emails at once, instead of going from client page to client page.

Onboard meetings have been smooth and easy. The academy portion of the website made my team confident enough to move forward with the process.

Our company is just about to onboard at 2 of our 5 locations. More opinions to come as we trial but speaks volume we wanted to trial at multiple locations to start.

Sometimes, the platform writes emails to my clients without the writer's or my consent.

The best part about Endear is that client outreach can be done seamlessly as it houses all of the information you need to not only contact the customer, but to create a unique and personal experience.

The reports endear has are somewhat difficult to read - better viewing options would be great.

Thats everything is in one place for customer communication.

It needs development. To compete with other Clientele softwares it needs upgrades that flow and work for store and corporate alike. Engineers should work alongside the companies its creating for to see what they need. Its not the cleanest software... YET.

I love how easy and simple it is to navigate the site and being able to have all clients so easly accessiable.

I only wish Icould selet more then 10 people at a time to email, especially when we have new products coming in.

**What do you like best about Endear?**

I liked how easy they were to get ahold of when I needed them.  Endear was flexible on training times and offered refresher training.  They delivered on what they promised, and things worked.

**What do you dislike about Endear?**

Like any newer platform, things need some advancement.  We used the Heartland Retail feed; however, in the customer purchase history on the Endear side, it would not factor in returns from the customers total spend.  The lookbook was not as flexible as they made it sound. However, we made do and fit our needs.

**What problems is Endear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track sales by customer.  If you have ever used Heartland Retail, you will understand the customer reporting is lacking.  Endear allowed to tag customers so we could do target marketing and reporting.  They gave us the ability to get customer sales reports and customer sales by salesperson easily.  We also assigned customers for sales people to contact, and Endear allowed us to track what or what not the sales team was doing.
