"Effortless Collaboration and Real-Time Teamwork"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Easy collaboration: Chat, video calls, file sharing, and notes are all connected, so you don’t have to jump between apps.

Great for groups: Channels keep conversations organized by topic or class/project, which really helps when lots of people are involved.

Real-time work: You can edit Word, PowerPoint, or Excel files together and see changes instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It can feel cluttered: With chats, channels, tabs, and notifications all at once, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

Too many notifications 🔔: If you’re in lots of teams or channels, alerts can get distracting fast.

Performance issues: It can be slow to load, especially on older devices or with a weak internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration Powerhouse for Developers"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

what i like most about Microsoft teams is that it keeps everything in one place. Chat, calls, meetings, file sharing, and even quick screen sharing all happen inside the same tool. As a developer, this really helps during daily stand-ups, sprint discussion and quick clarifications with teammates. The integration with other Microsoft tools like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint also makes it easy to share files or meeting links without extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes teams feels a bit heavy and slow, especially when many channels and chats are active. Notifications can also get overwhelming if not managed properly. Another small issue is that searching for older messages or files isn't always very smooth it works, but it can be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Teams is a convenient platform for chat, video meetings, file sharing, and integrating various apps all in one location. This helps minimize the need to constantly switch between different tools. Teams integrates seamlessly with Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications, which streamlines workflows for organizations that already rely on these services. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

This software can be demanding on system resources, particularly on older computers, which may result in slow startup times or noticeable lag during calls. Additionally, the interface is packed with features, which might overwhelm beginners when compared to more straightforward chat tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The application is simple and user friendly, it has multiple features including voice and video calling, along with regular chatting and exchanging messages.

The screen share feature is super smooth, doesn't have any latency, which makes the job of an customer support engineer better while troubleshooting a client or customer's issue remotely.

Its pretty easy to set up and install, doesn't take much space in your disk. Been using it for about five plus years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams: Simplifying Everyday Collaboration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I appreciate the ease of use of Microsoft Teams, as it combines chat, meetings, calls, and file collaboration within a single platform. Its ease of implementation and strong integration with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint make collaboration feel effortless. Given the high frequency of use in day-to-day work, features like meeting recordings, screen sharing, and threaded conversations help teams stay organized and productive. Overall, reliable customer support further enhances the experience, especially in remote or hybrid work settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can feel heavy at times, especially on low-resource machines, and performance may degrade when handling large teams or multiple channels. Notifications can also be overwhelming and difficult to fine-tune, which sometimes leads to missed important messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Collaboration and Communication with Microsoft Teams"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

One of the standout features of Microsoft Teams is how smoothly it integrates communication and collaboration tools, significantly boosting team productivity. The platform brings together instant messaging, video calls, and file sharing in a single location, making it simple to stay connected and organized. Furthermore, the option to create channels dedicated to specific projects or topics helps streamline conversations and ensures that important information remains easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One major drawback of Microsoft Teams is its complex interface, which may feel overwhelming to newcomers. While the platform offers a wide range of features, its layout can be difficult to navigate, especially when moving between different channels and tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice evolution, still lots of room to improve"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The video chat atlhought with roam to improve is getting better and better. Also the application is continuosly evolving and adding new important features such as breakout rooms and reactions or the capability to have more than 9 people being shown on video at the same time. The support for reactions in chat windows is also going in the right direction. The possibility to easily setup video conferences with external people is also really great. Less memory hungry than Skype for Business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The chat capabilities are subpar. Threading is very poor and only works in channels and not in group chats. There is a noticeable delay in video conversations between what we say and what the other person hears, and this limits someone a normal conversation. It also gives the feeling of trying to be too many things at the same time and it gets a bit confusing due to that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Productivity Hub That Keeps Me Be Organized"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how seamlessly it brings all my work tools together in one place. I use Teams daily—not just for chat and calls, but also to manage tasks in Planner, collaborate on files through SharePoint, and leverage Copilot for smarter productivity. Having everything integrated allows me to stay organized, communicate quickly, and maintain focus without constantly switching between different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The only thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is the occasional connectivity issues with Bluetooth devices when setting up online meetings or calls. It’s a minor inconvenience, but it can cause brief delays when joining or switching between audio sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Integration with Microsoft Teams"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What stands out most for me is just how easy Microsoft Teams is to live with on a day-to-day basis. It feels intuitive from the moment you log in, which means new staff settle into it quickly without long onboarding sessions. The implementation was equally straightforward, and because it fits so naturally into the wider Microsoft ecosystem that I use, it slotted into our existing workflows with very little friction.

Microsoft support is also excellent. Whenever I have needed guidance, the responses have been prompt, clear and genuinely helpful rather than scripted. We use Teams constantly, from quick chats to full project collaboration, and it holds up well under heavy, daily use.

The breadth of features is another strong point. Messaging, video calls, file sharing, integrations, collaborative documents, everything is in one place. And because it integrates so effortlessly with tools like SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook, you end up with a smooth, connected working environment rather than a set of disjointed apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It can be clunky at times, and needs a quick reboot. I also find that sometimes the camera doesn't activate if you have been using another platform that requires the camera. Lastly, it is getting more complex, due to so many new enhancements and upgrades, so sometimes you need to research or learn a slightly new way of doing somehting.
