"Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition in the Workplace"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I really appreciate Achievers within my workplace because it brings our staff together. We all leave recognition for one another that would otherwise go unsaid. Every time I check my email, and I have a recognition, it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel appreciated at my job. Being able to recognize my coworkers brings a sense of community and teamwork to an otherwise stressful job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

My one critique of Achievers is that we cannot give points out unless we are in a leadership position. I think it would be fun if I was able to transfer points to another peer when giving them a recognition. This would further incentivize the platform for us because we could recognize each other with points rather than just words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Rewarding, and Outstanding Customer Support"
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is very customer friendly, being intuitive to use and follow. There are sections with lots of templates to recognise people in your organisation, with social or financial rewards.

There is also features to spend vouchers, with an impressive variety of favorite retailers.

Customer support is quick, normally within an hour, so very user friendly. It is a system that you use weekly rather than daily but that is what it is for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

A recent change makes it harder to see you balance to give and to spend. By default you have to press an icon to see both. This is not intuitive and rather annoying. I suspect it is to make the screen tidy but you need to see your balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition That Boosts Positivity and Connection"
What do you like best about Achievers?

What I honestly like most about Achievers is how simple it makes recognising people. It takes just a few seconds, but it genuinely brightens someone’s day and mine too. I also enjoy scrolling through the recognition feed as it’s a nice reminder of all the great work happening across the firm that we don’t always get to see.

I also appreciate that the platform nudges you to be more specific and value-focused. It makes the recognition feel more real and personal, not just a quick “thanks”. And the flexibility with the rewards is a nice bonus. Overall, it just makes the workplace feel a bit more positive and connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

There isn’t much to dislike, but there are a couple of small things that could make the experience even smoother. At times the recognition feed gets quite busy, and it’s easy for thoughtful messages to get buried. A bit more personalisation or smarter filtering would help highlight what’s most relevant.

I’ve also noticed that some useful features aren’t immediately obvious, so you only discover them after spending more time on the platform.

Overall, these are minor improvements, the platform is already great, but a few tweaks could make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition Made Easy for New Hires"
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers offers an easy and effective way to acknowledge coworkers who exceed expectations, as well as those who lend a hand even outside their own teams or departments. As a recent hire, I found the platform intuitive and simple to get started with, and was a fun way to engage with employees while also acknowledging the help they were giving me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Although this concern is more about the organization than the program itself, I’ve observed that the program is not frequently used to acknowledge people for their accomplishments. Furthermore, I’m not particularly fond of the fact that gift cards are offered only in virtual format. It would be beneficial if there were physical gift card options that could be mailed directly to recipients’ homes. It also takes far too long for rewards to be received. "Great for Instant Recognition, But Reward Options Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like Recognize because it makes appreciation effortless and meaningful. The platform’s intuitive design allows employees to give and receive recognition instantly, boosting morale and fostering a positive culture. Users value its peer-to-peer recognition, customizable badges, and the ability to earn points redeemable for rewards like gift cards and experiences. The social feed and integration with tools like Microsoft Teams makes recognition visible and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Limited reward options and low point values, making it hard to redeem meaningful rewards. Sometimes the navigation and search features are frustrating, lack of engagement features, points expiring too quickly and restricted badge variety, which can limit recognition flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Recognition with Intuitive Setup"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like the fact that you're able to convert your points from recognitions into actual monies that you can use to buy specific products on the Achievers Marketplace. It bridges the gap between recognizing and delivering the recognition. Before, you'd have to send an email or post it in a chat forum, and you might miss it if you're not tuned into the chat. But with the Achievers platform, one regularly visits to see who's been recognized. Also, everything was smooth and intuitive during the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Well, for one, we could have a wider range of products being offered on the platform, on the marketplace. And the ability to customize some product. Like, say, for example, if I want to order a pair of AirPods, I should be able to customize them and add an emoji or a simple phrase on it. But for now, it is not available. It's just to buy an uncustomized product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform to recognize the big and the little things"
What do you like best about Achievers?

I appreciate being able to give and receive recognition from peers with whom you work with everyday. It is set up like a social media feed and easy to create and give out achievement points. It integrates well with our company portal and gives us a direct link/button to the app/website without having to type anything in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

LOL- I don't necessarily need or want the whole company to see my "kudos" or to whom I give a high five to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple and effective way to recognise and motivate employees"
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers makes it easy to recognise colleagues in a visible and positive way. The platform is simple to use, encourages frequent appreciation, and helps reinforce company values through recognition. I like the social feed and reward options, which make recognition feel meaningful rather than transactional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

As time goes on, Achievers can start to feel repetitive, and engagement may decline if teams are not consistently making use of it. Certain features seem to be underused, and the rewards catalogue can be unpredictable, with the quality depending on what is currently offered. Additionally, the notifications can sometimes become overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Recognition with Intuitive Tools and Diverse Rewards"
What do you like best about Achievers?

A couple things I like best about Achievers and the HighFives platform are that: it fosters a strong culture of recognition.

Achievers makes it easy to celebrate wins and contributions across our organization. The peer-to-peer recognition tools are intuitive, and it encourages employees at all levels to acknowledge each other’s efforts and get rewarded for doing so. Secondly, I like that there are plenty of reward options to choose from. The platform offers a wide variety of meaningful reward options that appeal to employees, from gift cards to experiential rewards. This flexibility helps make recognition feel truly personalized and entices people to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

A couple things I dislike about the Achievers platform and HighFives are firstly, the speed at which rewards are redeemed. Occasionally, I've experienced delays or confusion with reward redemption. Improving communication around delivery timing could reduce questions and frustration for team members. Secondly, frequent notifications can feel a bit much, especially for larger teams. Greater control over what types of notifications team members receive would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Fun Features, But Rewards Could Be More Valuable"
What do you like best about Achievers?

THe platform is easy to use and has a number of features employees should enjoy like mentions, follows, etc. There's a nice variety of items that can be obtained from the rewards store although I mostly just go for the gift cards. I use the platform at least once per month to give out points and cash in points for gifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

It's not as valuable in terms of point -> gift card reward value. There are other programs out there that give a better bang for the buck (point). But for simplicity, it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
