It's also really easy to set up conditions for how the availability of a calendar will be arranged, with duration and spacing between appointments. The sync feature with Google or Microsoft calendars is another big plus, as it allows work appointments to automatically be blocked off in the calendar. **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** It can be expensive to onboard a large team. The initial setup is moderately difficult because it requires API key setup and configuration. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TimeZest to quickly find a free time for both the technician and end-user. It's easy to create a shareable link with available slots and set up calendars that sync with Google or Microsoft, making scheduling seamless. ### 2. It saves a lot of time going back and forth just to find the right time to connect. **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** It is a bit manual to set up users for unique links, that would be a nice feature for integration so things work more automatically based on role, etc. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simpler service scheduling - now it is at the convenience of the end-user, not on us to chase them for a good time. ### 3. As long as your calendar is booked properly, the client will be able to request what time works best for them at the parameters you set **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** Honestly, not much to dislike about it. It notifies me about upcoming appointments in my calendar and has given me no issues. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeZest is solving the issues of waiting and trying to schedule with a client. You set how long the meeting needs to be, and send them the link and they can see what availability you have and book from there. ### 4. There are so many ways we use this tool to help us schedule calls with clients. The team pages, individual booking pages and the pod inside tickets, etc. I never have to go back and forth with a client to find a time to meet. The integration with CW PSA is solid as well. **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** I wish there was an ability to do recurring meetings invites. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to go back and forth with a customer to find a time that works. I just give them a link and they book a time that works for them. ### 5. It makes it easy to schedule with users/clients. It was easy to implement and integrate with ConnectWise Manage. All of our IT analysts use it daily to make everyone's lives easier. **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** One thing that I wish TimeZest had, is a way to input a scheduling link within a "discussion" note, rather than having to copy the scheduling link, and then paste it into the discussion or note to the user/client. This isn't a huge issue, but it would be nice to have. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeZest makes it easy for our staff to schedule support sessions & meetings with clients/users via the ticket in COnnectWise Manage. ### 7. We needed a solution to reduce the back and forth with clients. **What do you dislike about TimeZest?** None at this time. We had to lean on support for inital setup and config. **What problems is TimeZest solving and how is that benefiting you?** The key benefit is scehdule automation. Reduce time in lost dialogue between staff and end users. Supports auto-rescheduling. Our platform is configured in a way that will also review our staff availability before allowing the user to select a time (ensures accuracy). Able to customize with set time increments as well. ### 8.
