There's no need to log into a separate portal to upload documents as required by other Board portals. Additionally, it facilitates collaboration with team members on the agenda, allowing them to suggest new topics and upload documents independently. For each agenda item, I can detail the case to prepare the team for the upcoming discussion. With Decisions fully integrated into M365, tasks and action points are directly synced with Planner. Furthermore, I appreciate the ability to invite external guests to a specific agenda item without exposing the rest of the agenda, ensuring they receive timely notifications or updates about their presentation time. Activating AI has streamlined meeting preparations and enhanced the quality of the transcripts, revolutionizing my approach to minute-taking. Implementing Decisions was quite easy, but I miss having our logo or brand to it. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** The new AI features in Decisions are less intuitive than I anticipated. It took me some time to understand how to use them effectively. In my opinion, the user interface could benefit from significant improvements to make the experience smoother and more user-friendly. One major issue I encountered was distinguishing between the brief summary version and the professional-looking protocol, which is similar to the previous format. For instance, when I hit the button to generate a summary, I unknowingly sent the summary version to the planner and team members, assuming I could review it first. However, to achieve this, I actually needed to go through the process of creating a protocol. This confusion makes it difficult to navigate the system, especially for users who aren't already familiar with it. I had to have help from Customer Support to be able to figure out how to do that. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me keeping track on the decisions we have made, and we have a good call on the action points. The team-members are more engaged, since they know what to expect in he meetings and what to dicuss, which makes the meetings more efficient. Turning on the AI features makes it a lot easier to write minutes, even though they are not correct all the time. You need to look through them afterwards. ### 3. Having access to essentially a virtual note taker and sending out minutes after a meeting will speed up workflows and rely less on manual input of written notes. It was incredibly easy to set up with teams, and after a few quick round-tables with my department managers, it was easy to integrate into our existing workflows. Our account rep has been fantastic in providing resources and ways to subsidize the upfront cost. We find ourselves using Decisions for at least 50% of our meetings. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** I was not impressed that I used the AI features for an average days worth of meetings in my testing period and already ran out of "AI Credits", doing agendas, summaries, and minutes for 3-4 calls in a day. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintaining on schedule and on time for calls, as well as documenting important things that could be missed by paper and pen note-takers. ### 13. Ease of use and functionality of the Decisions app is what won us over. It does everything we need, there are seldom any problems, and when there are, they're addressed and resolved quickly. It's also very reasonably priced. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** Nothing. It does what it says it will do, plus some. I have no complaints. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an electronic process for creating our meeting agendas and packets. Decisions gave us exactly what we need, at a price we can afford. I had demo'd quite a few options, and feel like Decisions is by far the best out there. It used to take me most of a week to get everything prepared for our meetings. Especially in the case of recurring appointments, there is an urgent need for items or sub-items to be hidden for the current meeting. The lack of this capability makes it impossible to use decisions effectively. When trying to create a series agenda, the message comes up several times that the team or the channel has certain settings that hinder the creation of the series. First of all, such a message is not expedient and, above all, it suddenly works somehow, even though nothing has been changed in the Teams settings and all channels have default settings. When creating resolutions, there is no way to structure the text in any way and especially in the case of resolutions, this would be an advantage to recognize faster and easier what has been decided **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until now, I have used a special SharePoint list for recurring meetings. This allowed me to assign a status to Agenda Item directly and thus display and edit it accordingly. Thus, the topic and actions were within the same dataset. If a topic is to be discussed at the current meeting, only the status has to be changed, so that all necessary information including possible tasks would be visible. ### 21. I like the ability to record/transcribe; and create agenda templates for recurring meetings. Support frequently reach out to offer additional training. Notes are usually set up in a sharepoint folder external to Decisions, which has pros/cons. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** The AI credits are expensive, and although all of our execs Decisions exist in the one channel, we cannot 'share access' to the pool of included credits. We would use the transcription feature more if it wasn't so costly on top of the costly Decisions subscription. Modifying a series of meetings to include new members or guests often leads to issue with their access. I usually take meeting minutes, I have had to type if on word, then upload , but with decisons, it is automated. which makes it easy to use. The second thing I like is the link with planner, I am now able to assign action items or task directly to participant and planner will take over with reminding them. such a great integration. Finally, buildingh agenda is easier as it is no longer a one person task. Members can suggest or add agendas themselves provided they are made co-authors, which increases participation and takes away the pressure from the meeting host. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** I found it difficult to switch between building agenda from scratch and using template. It creates a clear deliverable path for everyone and is an excellent time-saver. The AI is great when one adds the recording and also the notes/chat to create the updates. We have been using the system for the last 3 months and started using it regularly daily for our leadership meetings. The timer is very helpful in getting the team to move forward with the objectives. The Customer Support was amazing and the ability to get the desired support has been stellar. The implementation can be easy or complex depending if doing as an individual or as part of a Teams. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** The number of steps and limitations of integrations can be daunting. As this is still a new service, this can be added later. Such as it requires that one records in MicroSoft and not with other systems such as Read.ai or Otter.ai. If you use a different system, you then need to figure out how to download the right format to upload.
