I use Decisions AI to create meeting minutes and recaps. I really like its accurate note-taking and how the output is formatted appropriately for this job. I can focus on participating in discussions during meetings while Decisions AI takes notes for me. The format of the outputs is usable and just how I want it to be. The initial setup was very easy. The accuracy and depth of the AI chat pulling info from recorded meetings could be improved when I am trying to reference historic meetings, especially across multiple meetings on the same topic. It is strongest when I ask straightforward questions about a single meeting, but when I need to cross-reference discussions, track how a decision evolves over time, or pull context together from several meetings, it can miss key details and oversimplify the answer. I really like the dashboard in Decisions AI; it's probably the best thing for me. It gives a good overview of my calendar, my week, and who I speak to the most. It also helps summarize meetings, organize agendas, and identify action items. Additionally, the dashboard tells me about upcoming events and helps organize my week or my day better. I think that you shouldn't have to ask me in order to request access for AI to work. I feel like it should be able to record, and take the summary without the meeting person knowing because what if they don't want you to use AI reader, but you wanna use one? I like the ease of use and how quick it is to generate results with Decisions AI. It's great for transcription of meetings and generating tasks into SharePoint. I'm able to quickly type up and disseminate company-wide minutes of our meeting to ensure communication is accurately and easily passed on via email. It's not straightforward to interact with our planner tools. Decisions AI only allows the meeting creator to import tasks created by Decisions into a planner. This requires us to amend the organizer of each meeting or train the organizer on how to import tasks into a planner. Built-in in Microsoft teams and integrated with Microsoft planner so that I do not need to open or install another app. You can also add a plugin in Microsoft Outlook and it will integrate with your calendar for meeting or appointments.

Before meetings: you receive heads up highlighting who wll be in your meeting, what you should be prepared for, any prework to be considered, etc based on meeting invite.

During meetings it show the agenda to everyone and can even track timing, after the meeting it drafts meeting recap or formal minutes in seconds. It does not appear as an additional participants, it works behind the scenes, so no one feels intimidated.

After the meeting you can create meeting recap or formal minutes in few click and literally seconds. I am impressed by the quality of the summary that grasps the essence manage to identify decisions and action items can be automatically added to Microsoft planner for easier tracking of their execution.

Only available with Microsoft Teams, as long as I know. I cannot use it when I join meetings in Zoom or other platforms.

Tasks automatically created in Planner are put in a bucket with the same name as thh title of the meeting and I would prefer to be able to select to which of the existing buckets it should be assigned to.

This software is so user friendly! I love that Decisions AI allows me to be present for the meeting not worried about documenting it and capturing all the details. I especially appreciate that I can edit the final summary of a meeting correcting any mistakes, adjusting deadlines, etc. I can easily post it in Microsoft Teams and I like that it assigns tasks and integrates with Microsoft Planner as well. The only downside I have experienced is that I have to keep correcting the spelling from meeting to meeting. We work with a vendor that has an unusual spelling of a common word, and I would love to be able to add the correct spelling for the Vendor instead of having to correct the summary everytime we meet to discuss this vendor. I find it frustrating that there isn't an easy way to record and transcribe in-person meetings with Decisions AI. The feature seems to work only for virtual meetings, which requires someone to log into Teams and start transcribing for in-person ones. Additionally, if the transcription is paused, syncing the transcript only uses the first section and not the entire meeting, which is inefficient. Furthermore, while setting up Decisions AI is straightforward, using the platform is more challenging because it has many features that require training to use effectively.
