For Microsoft Teams, the thing I like most is that it keeps the day-to-day communication and collaboration in one place. I regularly use it for team chats, meetings, file sharing, and discussions. Highly collaborative and is well integrated in the Office365 Suite and has apps that you can use for collaborative use of other Office365 Products. Can be used for meetings and also have wonderful meeting features that are interactive. Being able to use CoPilot for AI assistance is also a plus and being able to be onboarded on using centralized credentials makes it even greater. Its performance holding up without lags especially with a lot of chat groups, chats, and channels is also likable. I think Teams is actually beneficial to a company of 1000 - 5000 regardless of the price, I believe the values it brings definitely outweigh the cost as it brings about integration, collaboration, innovation, security, centralization, efficiency to say the least. I can chat with my teammates about anything I need, and it's quick. I can also attend the meetings we have. It is incredibly heavy on system resources. If I have multiple tabs open alongside Teams, my laptop's fan starts spinning like crazy and everything slows down. The search function can also be pretty frustrating—sometimes I know a specific keyword from a chat last week, but the search results bring up irrelevant files instead of the actual conversation thread. The best thing about Microsoft Teams is that that it really helps someone to maintain their private data in a very procedure. Based man. Every conversation we are having with the specific person is quite private and in a very good conversation base specifically the whatever the documents are the attachments we want to share.
