What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that it brings chat, meetings, video calls, file sharing, and collaboration into one platform, making communication much more organized. Before using Teams, we relied on multiple applications for messaging, meetings, and document sharing, which often caused delays and confusion. Now everything is available in one place, helping us respond faster and collaborate more efficiently. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint, making it simple to access and edit files during meetings. The platform performs reliably with good call quality and stable video conferencing. Features like meeting recordings, screen sharing, live chat, and AI-generated meeting summaries save time and improve productivity. The onboarding process was straightforward, and because it is part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, it offers excellent value for businesses looking to improve team collaboration and communication. It's a reliable tool, but the app can occasionally be slow, and searching for older chats or files could be more intuitive. Improving performance would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
