Awesome collaboration tool that supports chatting, video calls, audio calls, and more. Beyond the basic collaboration features, it also lets you share files, emojis, and GIFs. The integrations with other tools are by far the most appreciated feature for me, such as JIRA integration, Trello board integration, etc. The deep MS 365 integration within the app allows users to access Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Notes directly, which makes it feel like a more collaborative platform overall. The UI is very organized and user-friendly, and it reduces cluttered conversations with the help of team-based channels. It also scales really well for large organizations. I love the overall collective view like all my messages, DMs, group chats, meetings, meeting message and even recordings can be accessed at one place. It helps with notifying about the meetings and the in-built call functionality is also great. It integrates easily with calendar, reminders and other apps.
