"AMS360 works great for storing data, but the reporting functions leave much to be desired."
What do you like best about AMS360?

That it integrates with our CRM (AgencyZoom) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

It's hard to pull data via reports. I often have to run several different types of reports with various filters and then combine data to get what I need. Example, some reports I run contain contact info for our customers but don't have the premium info I need while others that I run to get the premium info I need don't have other information I need. What do you like best about AMS360?

I’d prefer it if my quick-actions menu were listed on the top bar instead of along the right edge, though that’s just my personal preference. As it is now, I don’t like how many extra clicks it takes to get to what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

I don't like how my coworkers have the option to switch from the main page to customer lookup, etc, from the top toolbar, while I have to open the hamburger menu to get to that screen. Other than that, love this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Solution with Seamless Outlook Integration"
What do you like best about AMS360?

I do like that you can track prospects to clients with policy changes from start to end. I love that it integrates with Outlook and I can email directly and also add items to my calendar. The downloads, activities, suspenses, forms, e-signature integration give us all we need. Commissions, Certificates, Accounting is all here! We use this program everyday. What do you dislike about AMS360?

The program is so large, we probably don't use half of it. I would not recommend it for smaller agencies due to cost. The cost to get our own data is a downside for sure. Reporting could be easier to use and more updated looking with graphs or different formats. Interface still looks dated. The program does take a while to learn. What do you like best about AMS360?

AMS360 has really made a difference for our agency. It keeps everything in one place—clients, policies, billing—so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time actually helping people. One of the biggest benefits is the peace of mind it gives us knowing everything is traceable. Every note, every conversation with a client is able to be documented, which is so important in an industry where misunderstandings can be stressful. Instead of worrying about “he said, she said,” we can focus on serving our clients with confidence. We reference AMS360 for every customer, every time to ensure we minimize mistakes and errors, refer to customers by their preferred names, and save time. There are so many resources available when it comes to navigating AMS360. Vertafore University has tons of articles, tutorials, and dedicated customer support to help walk you step-by-step through setup, workflows, and troubleshooting. Another driving force is it is widely compatible with most carriers which allows for smoother policy and commission downloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

AMS360 is a little more traditional than some other systems, and even with many wonderful resources can have a steep learning curve. I've been told it's also a little more costly than some of the newer versions of AMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like that AMS360 is user-friendly, which makes it easier for me to update customer information and create customer profiles. I appreciate how it allows me to keep up with customer updates and policy info. I also find it valuable that AMS360 can pull up information from different sites, which is handy when a policy is transferred to me from a different agent, making it easy to find the data needed. What do you dislike about AMS360?

I would like to see updates of every time the customer called for policy information. I would like to see the date and time when the customer called to request things like POIs. It was easy but it did take time to learn all the aspects of AMS360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like that with AMS360 I have access to information and it links to many other sites like PLrater for quoting and DocuSign for processing forms. I also appreciate the suspense and activities features, which help me make sure to follow up on problems and ensure things are paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

There needs to be a summary of the account without having to click into everything. For example, when I want to email a husband and wife, I have to go through 8 clicks to achieve this. I want to see one screen that shows all contacts, all phone numbers, all emails, and notes that go with those numbers—cell, home, office, fax, etc. Additionally, I feel like there is a lot more to learn with AMS360 than with Epic, and it will be another year before I feel comfortable. "Robust Tool for Insurance Agency Management"
What do you like best about AMS360?

I really like the ability of AMS360 to track expirations and consolidate all insurance policies, income, and brokerage commissions in one spot. This feature allows everything to flow right through our income statement and balance sheet, making it very efficient. I also appreciate the integrated accounting function which works great for us. Being able to operate our insurance agency with less employees due to the software's ability to track and capture all our insurance business is a big plus. Additionally, the transition to AMS360 was relatively easy, thanks to the support from their staff who guided us through the process over almost two months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

There are some limitations on when you're allowed to invoice based on one expiration date, which affects our ability to do some invoicing on policies that are coming up in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like using AMS360 because it solves having everything in one place, so I don't have to search different applications for the same information or documents. I appreciate its ease of use, which is a big plus for me. The policy search and creating activities and suspenses are most convenient. What do you dislike about AMS360?

E-Forms can be finnicky and not always the easiest to use when trying to issue for electronic signatures. I think if there was an easier way to understand how to issue electronically and be signed electronically would help with the information being input and issued. What do you like best about AMS360?

I really like the drag and drop feature to enter documents, which streamlines entering documents or chats and allows the employees more time to help customers. It simplifies the commissions process, and I appreciate having everything in one place. The seemingly endless possibilities for reports that can be done based on company, vendor, employee, or company is another great feature. The primary reporting features we use for the monthly production per employee and their calculated commissions based on IVANS downloaded policy information help speed up the workflow, allowing more time for other projects. "Efficient and User-Friendly"
What do you like best about AMS360?

I find AMS360 great and much better than our previous software due to its ease of use. The easy tracking of submissions and the specificity in categorizing tasks and activities are particularly useful. I really like how easy it is to make ACORD form documents, as it can prefill portions if started from a previously used policy or submission. Additionally, the ability to CC multiple team members for group tasks ensures everyone stays up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

I dislike having to manually mark timestamps in my notes. I wish it was automated. For example, when you save and close a task or move it two days later after leaving a note that you followed up with a customer, I want to see a timestamp like 'Rosario Briercheck left a note at 11:06 AM 12/5/2025'.
