"Best NetSuite Connector for Effortless Integrations"
What do you like best about Celigo?

I have used other connectors with NetSuite, and I feel Celigo is by far the best. It is easy to navigate, there are plenty of guides to help when you need it, and their support is top notch. Most integrations are easy to set up. At this point, I can't imagine using anything else. I use Celigo every day.

Additionally, I took the Master Class course and found it extremely helpful and engaging. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of Celigo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

While this may say more about Amazon than Celigo, our Amazon integration was difficult to configure. I was unable to set up the product flows to work the way I expected them to. However, I do believe this is likely because of Amazon itself, since my integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Faire all function perfectly fine and didn't require as much setup time. And now that our Amazon is set up, I am not having any problems outside of my capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top tier integration platform that keeps getting better - Easy to learn and very powerful"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo helps automate many of our business processes that used to be done manually. They save us hours of work each day, and time is money. Much of our success can be attributed to Celigo as they get the data we need where we need it when we need it. As a developer, Celigo speeds up new integration processes tremendously, especially with the AI enhancements that assist with building integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some of the pre-built integration apps have scripts inside them that you cannot see the code for which can be annoying, but you can build anything you want yourself so it's not a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations with Powerful Customization"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Using Celigo has been an excellent experience. One of the standout features is its ease of use, the platform is intuitive and doesn’t require a steep learning curve, making it simple to get started and efficient to manage integrations on a daily basis.

What truly sets Celigo apart is the incredible level of customization it offers. The flexibility to tailor workflows and automate processes exactly to match business needs is remarkable. Whether it’s adjusting integration flows, mapping data, or building unique automations, the platform provides the right balance of power and simplicity.

Overall, Celigo makes integration not only seamless but also adaptable to evolving requirements, which is a huge advantage for any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

While Celigo is easy to use overall, some of the more advanced features and deeper customizations can take time to fully understand. Having more guided examples or documentation for complex scenarios would make it even better.

Troubleshooting complex integration errors can sometimes be challenging. More detailed error messages or enhanced debugging tools would help speed up issue resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Quick Integrations, But Customization and Debugging Need Work"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo provides a relatively quick way to set up standard integrations, especially for common use cases like Shopify-NetSuite. The prebuilt flows and UI-based mapping make it accessible for non-developers, and it helps reduce manual data entry for core transactional data. For teams without heavy engineering resources, it can accelerate initial integration timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Customization and troubleshooting can be limited and opaque. When issues occur (e.g., data mismatches, refund or inventory edge cases), it is often difficult to trace root causes due to limited debugging visibility. Changes to flows or filters are sometimes locked or restricted, making simple fixes unnecessarily dependent on support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and User-Friendly Platform"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Easy to use platform where even the people with less technical knowledge can build integrations on Celigo. What stands out is the built in apps Celigo provides.

We were able to implement quite a few different integrations over the past few months easily to automate multiple business process within the business. Knowledge base (Celigo docs) provide enough knowledge to users and their connective platform provides a base for customers to come together to solve problems easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There is no downside of using Celigo as a tool, but due to their most of the support is based out of US/US hours, we often find it difficult to get an answer quickly from their support teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Few times something exceeded expectations"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Customization.

For those who really want to have control over practically EVERYTHING, this platform is perfect. For our setting, we needed a better way to handle EDI transmissions as our previous solution was extremely slow on support and setup.

On top of EDI, we have now found new ways to incorporate all our SaaS so they connect and "speak" to each other, from creating PDF's from EDI and uploading to BOX, or triggering Asana tasks/notifications from Netsuite.

With Celigo, what took literal months now takes days. Seriously. It is scary how much better things are now that we have the ability to edit and create our own EDI connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The worst thing is that the error logs could be better. I would like to see more infromation on what caused the error, and what time, and the ability to pull these logs so I can troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elyse Claxton of Celigo

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re really glad to hear that Celigo’s customization gives you the level of control you need, especially around EDI. Knowing that processes that once took months now take only days is exactly the kind of impact we hope to deliver.

Your examples of automating PDFs, connecting to Box, triggering Asana tasks, and getting all your SaaS tools to work together really highlight what’s possible when everything finally integrates smoothly.

We also appreciate your honesty about the error logs. Clearer and more detailed logs are something we’re actively working to improve, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize those updates.

It’s great to hear how much Celigo is helping streamline your EDI workflows, Box connections, Shopify processes, and Microsoft Automate tasks. We’re happy to be part of making your operations faster and easier.

"Effortless Integrations and Powerful AI Features Make Celigo a Standout"
What do you like best about Celigo?

It is very easy to use, and the interface makes complex integrations much simpler. We can implement integrations between two systems smoothly. Additionally, the recent adoption of AI has become extremely useful while implementing complex features. Celigo’s support for customization — such as Handlebar expressions, transformations, hooks, etc. — helps a lot when building any integration.

I frequently work on Celigo to integrate different systems, and it already provides pre-built connectors for most popular endpoints. If a connector is not available, we can still use the HTTPS connector for further development.

Additionally, its support documentation and customer support are very good. In most cases, we can resolve issues by exploring the documentation or by chatting with support.

The introduction of AI features has helped a lot — now I just need to write a prompt, and Celigo AI can generate complex hook logic and Handlebar expressions, which I can directly use to implement advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There are some limitations when working with IA flows. We cannot fully customize them to implement our own specific use cases. Additionally, there are restrictions in Data Loader flows — for example, we cannot add multiple destination steps, which I believe should be supported as a capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elyse Claxton of Celigo

Thank you for sharing your experience with Celigo. We're glad to hear that our support for customization, pre-built connectors, and AI features have been beneficial for your integration projects. We take note of your feedback on IA and Data Loader flows and will consider it for future enhancements.

"User-Friendly Integration with Outstanding Support and Improved UI"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is of of the best IPaaS I've used in recent years. The ease of navigation plus user friendly interface allows even non-tech users to instantly connect multiple systems with a few clicks.

The tools available to properly implement and manage the flows also help with troubleshooting and monitoring for all our clients.

Apart from all that, I've had the best Support experience (which matters a lot as an Integration Developer) that understands urgency and importance of quick turnarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

User interface could use an upgrade, but with the recent UI version update, it looks like a step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best iPaaS solution for growing businesses"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo provides an incredibly intuitive platform for managing integrations across multiple systems. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple for both technical and non-technical users to build and monitor flows. The prebuilt connectors and templates significantly reduce implementation time, and the support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the continuous updates and the training resources available through Celigo University — they really help maximize the value of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, complex custom integrations may require some additional configuration time or support assistance, but the Celigo team is always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, the experience has been excellent and the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop low code solution to integrate heterogeneous applications"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Out of box connectors for many of the widely used systems, like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify and Amazon, and business flows like Customer Creation, Order Creation etc.

Ability to define and customize the mappings using drag and drop, handlebar expressions as well as support for javascript hooks.

Ability to implement the integration flow, requiring data lookup from different systems.

Recently, I've started using Payout Reconciliation integrations, and it works great for most cases like Shopify to NetSuite, Paypal to NetSuite, Amazon to NetSuite etc.

Sandbox environment for quick prototyping and validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

If I want to add a new integration flow between two systems, e.g. NetSuite and Salesforce, I'm forced to create a new custom integration, instead of adding this new flow in the existing integration app.

Also, there should be a way to daisy-chain flows, across different integration apps. For example, post completion of syncing orders from ERP to CRM system, I may want to trigger another flow to sync Rewards and Loyalty Information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
