They are willing to listen to the issue, knowledgeable in how the system works and very good at giving explanations. I also like being able to "share my screen" because it helps me to "show" what I'm seeing rather than try to "explain" what I am seeing. It also is useful to actually see (visual learning) what they are doing. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** Currently, when setting up a new partner, there are certain portions of the process that I would prefer having the ability to speak with the people (rather than all email.) Having all the communication via email not only takes longer, but it can be difficult to express all my questions in writing. They customized their demo to show that it would work for our business. The implementation team was very kind and understanding with our limited knowledge of EDI and patiently walked through the each aspect of how EDI works. Something was missed during the go-live process which was not noticed until after the post go-live period was over. The implementation took responsibility and was able to fix it quickly (rather then having to go through customer support). Customer support has been quick to respond to our small issues that we have had so far (additional fields required on the 810, etc.) **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** We currently use TrueCommerce on a small scale so we haven't had a lot of experience with it. So we currently have no complaints and would recommend TrueCommerce to others. **What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were required by various buying groups to use EDI otherwise they would take a percentage off each invoice. However, using EDI also means that we know invoices are received and entered in our customer's software. This in reduces AR collection risk. ### 42. It offers significant reliability by eliminating the need to input orders manually, which usually carries a higher risk of errors. Our EDI is quite user-friendly and integrates very well with our ERP system. Our recent implementation was also a positive experience. We had 0 experience using it going in, and have now scaled our retail business to 5x times what we were able to do without EDI this time 2 years ago. The customer support is top tier; they have always answered us promptly and helped us navigate several issues with ease.
