I find it challenging to clearly understand the roles set up for admins and users and whether these are company-specific or generally provided options when purchasing VelocityEHS Accelerate | EHS & ESG. Additionally, the support response time was slow, taking about forty-eight hours to address my queries, which could be improved, especially when dealing with urgent issues. Although this training focused on chemical management, I would have appreciated some discussion about the usability of its app. I noticed that there is an app available and that the same platform can be accessed through it, but the training did not go into further detail about the app or how the platform functions within it. I appreciate the ease of use. There are very many options that may be overwhelming but they are organized well and make it very user friendly to navigate. Reports are more confusing but they have so many options to apply filters and retrieve the data you are looking for. They are also flexible to adapt the platform where they can to your needs. I find the chemical management is so easy to use. They online library has so many sds’s that I rarely need to search the Manufacture site for sds’s
