Instead of jumping between different platforms, I can work from one central system. That has saved time, reduced mistakes, and made it much easier to stay organized. The biggest benefit is having greater confidence that our product information and operations are aligned across channels without needing to constantly monitor everything manually

Honestly, the scale blew me away. You're working with household names like Adidas and Best Buy, and the platform is constantly improving. The AI features they've been rolling out show they actually invest in the product. But what really stood out to me is how the team shows up for clients. It doesn't feel transactional. They treat your success like their own."

The onboarding process can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There's a lot to learn across the platform and it takes time to find your footing. Better structured training resources would go a long way, especially for new users

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing products across multiple ecommerce channels used to mean juggling several tools and a lot of manual work. Rithum brings it all into one place — listings, fulfillment, reporting. That saves time and reduces errors. For me personally, it means less time on admin and more focus on actual selling and strategy

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

I mainly use Rithum for product listing and keeping everything synced across marketplaces, which cuts out a lot of manual work for me. I don't have to update listings one by one anymore, and it keeps my inventory accurate, so I'm not overselling. Honestly, the best part is how it keeps everything in one place. Instead of logging into each marketplace to update prices or stock, I can do it once, and it pushes the changes everywhere. It saves me a ton of time and keeps things way more organized. I also like how it fits pretty easily with my existing inventory and analytics tools. When we switched to Rithum, it was just faster and easier to work with, as the initial setup was pretty straightforward and didn't take long to get everything connected and running. With a small team of around 10, having something that simplified the workflow really helped.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Some parts feel a bit slow when I am updating a lot of products at once. I also wish the interface was a little cleaner. When I bulk update a big batch of products, it sometimes feels like the system slows down or takes a while to process everything. It's not a dealbreaker but it does interrupt the flow a bit. I think the layout could be a bit cleaner. Some tools feel buried, so having quicker access to listings memory and orders could make things smoother for me.

Rithum cuts out a lot of manual work by syncing my product listings and keeps inventory accurate, preventing overselling. It keeps everything in one place, saving me time and organizing my workflow by eliminating the need to jump between different marketplaces.

This software is generally a part of E-CommerceHub which is helpful in starting the business from small scale to large scale. This software has its own advertising system which connects or reaching out to customers. So, anyone can take there business to next level.

The major disadvantage is the customization of the product in the official website as once the data added its fixed no any changes can be made in future.

Well it has helped in marketing of the product by reaching out to the users who has particular requirement for the product. So, Launching a new product into the market is pretty hard as it takes lot of time where this software reduces that amount of time. Nothing Dislike for ProductStream Software. But It would be great for us to provide this product separately on his official site to make it easy to find this software column.

The ProductStream is very beneficial for e-commerce sites. It helps us to listing the product accordingly. It help us to showcase our product and increase the sales, and reaches new customers.

As there is no disadvantage about the ProductStream but i dislike the listing category if i listed the product then i cannot do any changes.

As ProductStream is very beneficial for E-Commerce. It increases the sales, and we can grow our business very quickly. I love its shipping services which is very quick and easy to check our delivery status.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

It is seamlessly integrated into the EDI. All inventory, orders, invoices, and tracking numbers for shipments go right through the same portal. Also, their help center always responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

The only thing I have trouble with is finding skus/items so I can edit them. I wish there was an easier way to search as oppposed to clicking through pages.

It is allowing for easy tracking of all things dropship orders. Tracking numbers, sales, items sold, invoices etc. It is also widely used by many retailers, which helps a lot.

This product is excellent for E-Commerce Hub, which helps start the business from small to large scale so anyone can take their business to the next level and is very easy to use, making my business very easy to grow.

There is some major disadvantage in customizing the product on the website; otherwise, it's good. Yes, I use ProductStream, its best platform for E-Commerce, and it can be used by anyone at and anytime.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

It's the required software by our partner to use CommerceHub to receive drop-ship orders. I am happy we could integrate CommerceHub with our preferred EDI/drop ship partner Convictional.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Set up took a really long time and was overpriced though the onboarding rep took a very long to respond. I don't spend much time on the orderstream platform because we have this integrated with Convictional to allow orders to sync directly to our shopify store. I find this EDI platform to be very out-of-date and not user-friendly, the help tutorials weren't very specific or helpful to someone with basic knowledge on this.
Without the integration with orderstream we would purchase another expensive EDI platform to sync orders to our shopify store OR manually enter each order. Neither options are efficient for our business. Our team would also need to be trained on orderstream to process orders, making Convictional the ideal integration for this partnership with Costco.ca.

We are required to be connected with OrderStream for this partnership with Costco.ca,it allows us to receive orders.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

OrderStream overall is generally very quick to respond to support email requests. The ability to upload inventory via spreadsheet is beneficial when having more than a few items in your list.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

OrderStream is not capable of handling the mass-processing of orders. If you integrate with another EDI solution or an ERP solution that can take processing orders in bulk, there is that option. However, with the in-web solution of OrderStream, orders must be manually processed one by one. OrderStream has also been known to have intermittent degradation of service as well.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two of our customers require the usage of OrderStream to fulfill EDI orders. That being said, we're being shown that OrderStream is not the preferred method of EDI solutions.

ChannelAdvisor is easy to use and everything can be done in few clicks. It was easy for us to sort and search orders faster.

Fee minor glitches which happens tp every software but never experienced a major disaster while using ChannelAdvisor.

It helped us to sort and find orders of our customers faster. It automatically sort things out for you, all you need to do is to type the order number and every information you need is there fast.

I would give 0 stars if I could—horrible experience with them.
In the beginning, it sounded very nice and good. Sales managers were very 'sweat boy' and promised seamless integration within our linnworks software to theirs. They vowed to integrate and launch the first marketplace nearly without our interaction. Yeah right...

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Companies staff unqualified and noobs- don't know what they do.
After six months, we tried to cancel your contract- and they wouldn't let us.
Very malicious, not trustworthy people/company! In the process, we lost 25000£ plus spent thousands on legal.
PLEASE take our advice and avoid them!

NOTHING- they are very bad!

1. Support is not very helpful if it gets a bit more difficult

2. Repricer is not very good

Make sure to an external repricer

Make sure they refund you, when they overcharge you

We worked with ChannelAdvisor for almost 10 years. When we started using it, we did not sell much through Amazon. After using them that changed quickly for the better.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

The best thing about it is that it works. you get to update inventory and receive orders and do the billing all in one portal. Its been consistent we have experienced no problems.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

We would rather have this task automated, however, they charge you extra for that. TThe system works and before we found an AutomatedAPI we went along manually entering the orders into our system. Blissfully ignorance.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

It Seems we only really use them because we have to. It's functional and we would prefer to automate the tsks but they charge extra to allow access for that. Although they do not themselves offer that service.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large eCommerce platform that requires you to use this service. It works. You can even automate the task using them. but they charge you extra for that.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

Channel advisor is constantly adding new channels to sell on and is innovative in finding new ways to improve their platform. Their platform is very flexible to meet a variety of needs.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

I really do love it, it is a bit on the expensive side though. If channel has yet to integrate with something that you would like to try odds are you will not be able to set it up. They don't have good management for amazon sellers selling outside the u.s on. When channels release programs it will naturally take channel some time to adapt and integrate

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping your listings updated and tracking inventory quantity on all your platforms is a breeze with channeladvisor. Without an inventory management system it is hard to keep everything up to date.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

I like that I can filter my orders and save a specific view so I do not have to filter the orders every time. I also love the help section!

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Sometimes it takes a while for the system to catch up. For instance, if I have to cancel an order on Channel advisor, it is not immediate.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the info I need for each order are listed without having to click on the order itself. Since we do not ship to PO Box addresses' I can just scroll through the orders and locate those orders quite easily.

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

Great for managing multiple marketplaces, managing multiple warehouses and setting up automated price rules for amazon. 
Easy ways to filter entire categories or block products from ad campaigns that are managed within the system.
Has a dedicated ad console for quick viewing of product performance across all marketplaces, with easy to use filters.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Channel Advisor is a very powerful platform but has a fairly steep path to learning all you can do. 
Completely frustrating business rule creation, challenging to confirm whether or not products are actually being blocked. 
Online help is virtually non-existent with a support ticket system as the only way to reach someone. They have user forums and a knowledge base, but the entire business rule section should be rebuilt into a more user-friendly setup for regular users and an option for advanced users to write out their rules manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

Channel Advisor is very good for enterprise-level ecommerce product management. However, it does require some onboarding help and a decent amount of time to get familiar with all the functionality. For smaller shops wanting an easy-to-use feed manager, Channel Advisor may not be the best choice.

**What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes a single product feed and maps to as many other feeds as needed in their proper format. From there, it's pretty easy to block or allow certain product categories or even define custom categories that you can filter out (e.g., products with less than 5% margin, or items with less then 3 items in stock, etc). We've also set up rules that help prevent errors before they reach a marketplace, such as google shopping  - e.g., if a UPC code is nonexistent or not equal to 12 characters, filter out. 

Some of these rules could certainly be set up within your ecommerce system before sending the feed to Channel Advisor, but the benefit here is that you don't need developer/ IT assistance to create these rules.

ChannelAdvisor is a great integration partner, their software works, they constantly improve it, and they are an invaluable vendor providing an essential service for us.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

In the past we have had problems with Channel Advisor's single-threaded email-only support model.  In once case a year or two ago I engaged in a 27-message thread over several weeks trying to get a critical issue resolved with our Amazon account, during that conversation I repeatedly asked in writing to talk to a human, but was not able to.  Since then, ChannelAdvisor has reached out to me and put in place some escalation paths to address this issue, and I am happy with this resolution.  

It's rare to see a vendor take concrete action like this to resolve a complaint.  They are an excellent company.

It is a central hub for all marketplace information.

The UI isn't great, capabilities rather limited. Been a pretty painful onboarding experience. I would not recommend the self-service option. Self-service support is not enough since their platform is complicated and it doesn't work well with APIs like Amazon. Go full service or use another service.

**Recommendations to others considering Rithum:**

I'd look elsewhere unless you have full service support. Probably cheaper full service options out there.

Manage multiple products across multiple marketplaces. We are only on one marketplace so far so we have not realized a benefit to date. They also nickel and dime you despite having a revenue share agreement.

Ease of use and simplicity.   Simple menus and procedures.  This has saved our company thousands of dollars in programming and manhours.  It also allowed us to focus on our core business tasks.   Entering into the dropshipworld became an open door.  Our clients also benefited with increased sales and options to new vendors.

After coming from the expensive options of EDI and CommerceHub, I love DSCO.    One thing is that I find the inventory a bit confusing as I am unable to delete items, only hide them. I don't understand this so my spreadsheets is not as clean as I understand.

Just get it already

**What do you like best about Rithum?**

The team there is more than willing to go the extra step and help.  I probably don't have the most cases out there but when I do put in a case, they are on top of it and I receive an answer back within the hour.  Karrianne, Ryan and Nathan always have good answers and have always provided a why it's like that.  I know there are others that have helped me out in the past as well.  Like I said, they are helpful and really do provide educated answers.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

Not a lot to dislike.  They are great people and very easy to understand and deal with.  There are some quirks with DSCO but not the people.  "Admin Settings" - still get the spinning circle.  And this is probably not a quirk at DSCO but I always seem to have issues with mapping settings for shipping.  Probably more me than DSCO.

Shipping codes and how they work with EDI transactions.  Every time it comes up, I think oh big headache.  I put in a case and boom! headache is gone.  It is a very simple thing but I think of it as a headache.

There is never any phone contact, everything is by email or message. Sometimes you just need to speak to a person and you can't.
Dsco frequently makes changes to their requirements, even during the pandemic shutdown when we had minimal staff available. It always causes us to put aside other work, since getting the orders fulfilled is a priority.
It would be helpful to have our (the vendor's) item number in the inventory, that way our sales people can review for themselves, instead all is by upc which the salespeople don't get involved with.

It is very intuitive to get around. They highlight areas when new orders appear. they have a comprehensive walk-through for new users such as myself. Taking care of orders is pretty standard.

**What do you dislike about Rithum?**

I wish you could do more on one page as opposed to Sending the tracking in one tab then having to load the invoice tab to submit all that information too. I know from the tutorial that this can be handled in bulk via excel if our volume increases.

We are forced to use it to facilitate order by another vendor. the rates are competitive and it really does exactly what you need it to.
