**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

It is easy to post products to the right account most of the time, and creating new accounts + invoices is easy as well. The interface is easy to use once you get used to it.

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

It sometimes takes a long time to load, and often crashes on me. Furthermore, new products take time to get built, and sometimes they do not function properly. I do not know if this is due to things being entered incorrectly or due to the system itself.

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with billing and product fulfilment a lot. While sometimes not perfect, Siriusware allows me to do everything I need to do once the customer has signed off on their event with my company.

This is our web store operation software and main data collection software.

**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

It's fairly intuitive, especially from a sales point of view. The setup is easy to read, and once you learn it, it's very easy to teach to others. The database makes it easy to look into guest records. Siriusware is able to store a lot of information about guests/clients, and makes running reports easy as well. There are a lot of very useful reports that Siriusware can generate. Siriusware allows you to accurately track inventory, so that certain items aren't oversold. It's also accurate to the moment that you're trying to sell something, as long as your computer is hooked up to internet. It operates well on wifi, as long as the WAP is nearby and not blocked by anything.

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

It makes certain things, like databases, overly complicated when using the platform for something it's not made for. It was designed for ski lodges, and that is pretty evident in the layout and the function of many of the buttons on the screen. The interface itself is user friendly for the basic needs, however, complicated reports and other functions are fairly difficult to maneuver. There is a lot of information available online to assist with the functions that Siriusware offers, but, it's a lot to slog through to be able to get the basic information that you need. 

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

I would recommend that you build a good relationship with the Siriusware Salespoint developers, as they have been invaluable in making Siriusware work for our needs instead of its original intentions.

How to do sales quickly and efficiently - Siriusware helps with that, once the user has mastered it's functions.

**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

The systems are usually pretty fast which for our organization is very important due to he high volume of users we have who rely on the system

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

We have had a few issues here and there of not being able to pull up information efficiently, saved sales sometimes get lost in the system, deduplicating records can also be tedious at times.

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

We have been using it for a few years now and it has been useful but for our specific needs there may be better options for us

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Siriusware as out main POS system for out activity passes as well as our retail store POS

Industry standardization on this platform. 
Handles a lot of volume well. 

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

Reporting could be easier/more intuitive
Printer interface constantly needs TLC (but printers are the weak link in everything...)
Access control side is much better than the customer facing sales point

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticket sales, redemptions, revenue recognition and season pass admin

Its quite easy to use and doesn’t take too long to learn

Crashes a lot for no reason, a very basic system

**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

The conferences were very helpful and allowed me to meet other users. The product was relatively straight forward and the end-user interface was relatively easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

The membership functions were useless. The back-end user interface was not user-friendly. I had to learn SQL to run basic reports. It was definitely NOT created to be a full-service tool.

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

Be fully aware of what your needs are before purchasing this product. The sales team claimed to be able to perform functions that the software just couldn't do. For straight-forward ticketing, it works really well.  If you are selling memberships or attempting to integrate with an online sales product, be very careful. 

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved the ticketing problem to some extent. This tool definitely needed further research before it was purchased.

It's good for keeping track of minute details regarding a guest's visit. (i.e. Time of sale, How many times they visited, Dates visited, How much $ spent, etc..)

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

This software is designed for ski resorts, so as a different type of organization it does not have the flexibility we need.

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

Thoroughly vet the software before purchasing to make sure it meets all of your needs, and have a great in-house IT team ready to help when their support does not help you.

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Record keeping of guest visits, storing member and some donor information, selling tickets and memberships, building group visit reservations.

**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

The different levels of reporting meets our needs well. It is easy to check registration and see how many people are attending our programs. We are able to filter and screen the data easily. System's manager allows us to change the number of tickets in real time. Selling tickets off line has also been extremely helpful. 

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

Selling tickets on the tablets prove difficult at times especially when trying to work off-line. The tablet will freeze often and needs to be rebooted when it is not working properly. This is difficult when we are trying to sell tickets quickly and remotely. At times it would be nice if all of the features were in one app. It been difficult at times to move back in forth between Systems manager and report manager. 

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

As long as it matches your full needs Sirisuware is a good option. We ran into some initial issues as the sales platform was meant for ski resorts. we had to adjust some of the features to meet our needs, but once that was done things went pretty smoothly. 

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest programs that sirisuware helped to solve was allowing us to run credit cards off line. We often use the tablets at events that are outdoors and don't have access to the internet. The ability to work off line, even with the challenges with the tablet, had been a great benefit.

**What do you like best about accesso Siriusware?**

It was a far more modern software we updated to. We were able to do much more within the software itself beyond selling admission to the museum, such as selling and upgrading memberships. We could also access memberships for those who did not have their memberships with them. 

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

This software froze often. The user interface was often difficult to navigate. 

**What problems is accesso Siriusware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to move to electronic selling, finding, and upgrading memberships. Being able to track employee membership sales. Keeping track of daily guests and stats on membership usage.

Excellent integrations. Works very well with IBM Marketing Cloud.

The DCI system is a bit opaque for users outside of IT

The flexibility to handle admissions, food and beverage, retail, photo, and other setups.

**What do you dislike about accesso Siriusware?**

The inability to stay ahead of the industry needs indicates a need for workforce expansion, especially for developers.

**Recommendations to others considering accesso Siriusware:**

Great for a multi-platform system. They are expanding. For a vanilla system without enhancements, they can deliver, but do not have enough manpower for developing new ideas.

The EMV requirements of the US. The interconnection of web to in-house POS systems.
