What do you like best about Celigo?

Once the mapping is done, it works the way it should.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

It is not easy to implement by someone not qualified. We are forced to use a third party company for every new implementation at great expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Addresses the entire sales order life-cycle from order entry to payments reconciliation. The amount of labor-time saved cuts across many departments. As long as your website is producing the volume, the cost is well justified. Celigo helps us improve our customer service by providing our customers visibility of their transactions in real-time.
