It's good for companies that use an offline SQL (a lot of places don't support this) as well as it has some of the best most attentive staff garnered. **What do you dislike about ShipWise?** There really isn't much to dislike, however in being transparent cloud options off an offline SQL database present more of a challenge. **Recommendations to others considering ShipWise:** Definitely do your research if you have an offline SQL database upfront. Also determine if you are going to want a hosted solution or cloud based solution as they offer both. **What problems is ShipWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining and consolidating our fulfillment and shipping management. It gives us a 1 stop shop to consolidate all of our sales channel orders into an intuitive platform that can be tweaked on the fly by Desktop Shipper staff as needed. We've been able to save considerable time by batching single line items with location and SKU ready to go. ### 4. IBS was able to create custom code for a website i created. It was then able to add barcodes to all invoices to calculate shipping **What do you dislike about ShipWise?** The system did have a few bugs that made it crash or not work property but such bugs created a quality control aspect to the system. Minor bug was Caps lock could not be on or it wouldn't pull information **What problems is ShipWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Deskstop shipper was able to solve the problem of over paying for shipping plus it was able to scan in customer information and process orders very quickly ### 5. They were able to streamline our procedures and eliminate manual entry. They are good with communication. **What do you dislike about ShipWise?** Sometimes software is still not as good as human knowledge. Support is able to help us in the afternoon but not the morning. **What problems is ShipWise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to price shop shipping methods without having to rely on an employee to guess on the best way to ship.
