They work hard to provide effective customer experiences. They think ahead to offer new warehousing and shipping solutions, and they simply make our job easier. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** We cannot offer any dislikes about Ware2Go, and are very pleased with their service. If we identify any challenge on a given day, they take immediate steps to remedy this. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ware2Go has helped us offer new ways to save our end customers money and time. They are working on new solutions on the B2B side for LTL / freight solutions which will truly set them apart from the rest. ### 2. So far they have provided CastleWare Baby with excellent service. Communication is fast and efficient. The platform is easy to learn, set up and maneuver through. I trust them which is simply amazing in this day and age of 3PL services. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** A little expensive but worth the extra cost so far. If they can keep their current level of service up then I'm fine with it. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ware2Go has taken the worry out of providing fast and efficient shipping to CastleWare Baby's customers. Orders ship out quickly and actually arrive when they are supposed to. How refreshing. ### 3. It makes warehousing and fulfillment amazingly do-able, and there are plenty of tools and support to make the service operate the way you need it to for your business. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** As for the negatives, it's the same as using any UPS service - unpredictable mistakes can happen and there's nothing you can do to avoid it. But that's kind of how it is with shipping/order fulfillment **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ware2Go really takes the guesswork out of order fulfillment. Once you get everything set up, that part of our business essentially runs itself with the way it integrates with Shopify. ### 4. Our customers consistently rave about how fast their orders arrive, and how our entire D2C fulfillment leaves no carbon footprint through our partnership with W2G. We have used other 3PL options in the past, and found that when customer experience matters, you need to go with the best. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** Ware2Go is a great platform and professional at every level but is more expensive than some of the options we have used in the past. While very fair, we have come to realize that the cost is worth the consistency in rapid 1-2 day deliveries and exceptional customer service. **Recommendations to others considering Ware2Go:** When it comes to new age 3PL options for D2C brands, we've used several and explored most, W2G is by far the best we've seen. Highly recommend. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an enviable D2C fulfillment operation thanks to W2G. We reach 99% of our shoppers with 1-2 day delivery and our customer service tickets that are fulfillment related have decreased significantly. ### 5. It makes it easy to manage our products and US orders as we currently do not have our inventory and accounting integrated with Shopify. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** We have had issues with this platform and shipments in the past. Occasionally there are errors with our US shipments such as duplicate orders being sent, damaged in transit, or items missing from the order. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ware2Go is solving the issue of US order distribution and tracking inventory. As a CSX agent, this is helpful because I am able to manage and communicate our products and their availability to customers. I also can track orders through W2G. ### 6. After having worked with several different 3PLs, it's my firm belief that they are the best in the business. We ship thousands of orders with them a week, and we consistently see both unmatched accuracy and speed to delivery. The leadership team is strong, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** Occasionally there are mispicks, but the team is always fast to correct them. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast, accurate, affordable 3PL. Having the ability to cover the US w/only using 3 of their warehouses has been a great cost saver for us. Plus, we know, as we expand our market footprint they have other locations to support our growth. **What do you dislike about Ware2Go?** One drawback would be they don't provide a client support manager to your account. They use one general "support" email so you don't ever seem to get the same support person and you end up with a couple of people trying to get you answers. However, when we do reach out to "support" their team is extremely professional and helpful in getting any question answered or problem resolved. **Recommendations to others considering Ware2Go:** For start-ups or emerging brands, you can not go wrong with Ware2Go. **What problems is Ware2Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since moving to Ware2Go as our 3PL, from Amazon Prime, our shipment damage has been reduced to 0! Our customers are giving us great, positive, feedback about how over the last few months the shipments they receive have not been damaged where before it seemed every other shipment they received was damaged. W2G obviously knows how to package our product for a safe and secure shipment. We requested filler in our boxes to mitigate damage and this is exactly what they have done for us.
