It provides a variety of tools that facilitates the growth and development of our company, as well as smooth integration and deployment. I want to use because of the outstanding customer support. **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** I don't like that some features have glitches. It could be more affordable and reliable. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** InkSoft helps me easily design and sell custom products online. It saves time by streamlining the process of managing orders and inventory. This makes it easier for me to grow my business without a lot of extra effort. ### 3. After a decade, we finally left. They used to have a great way to market editable designs. Not so much anymore. But their customer side for single unchangable shirts is OK. **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** You do not have access to your own data for marketing (the data is a joke that they offer). There is no real inventory ordering system (like in teesom), the order management system is clunky and unwieldy. We used it for a decade trying to make it work and it never got there. Communication is little to none (i.e. - doubling prices with a single notification in an email with a subject that looks like marketing). We have moved on and only now do we realize how bad it is. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It previously had many features that they have slowly abandoned to become a good solution for stock products without lots of customizable designs. They don't solve the inventory problem. ### 6. You do not necessarily need to have a background in web design to create useable and attractive designs. **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** The issues I have with Inksoft are mostly related to a lack of customizability. You can't, for example, just drop in a text box or image, or make the background an image. There is no HTML/CSS editing. Additionally, there is not a lot of help if you have problems. There is a chat service, but the people who run it usually take at least an hour to get back to you with help. Tthere is not a large online community for people to help troubleshoot issues, so you are largely on your own. **Recommendations to others considering InkSoft:** It's a great program for people who do not have a lot of web design skills. Not as great for people who want more customizable options. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** InkSoft has made it a lot easier for our clients who are ordering garments for an event or team. It helps keep track of orders in a concise and easy way. We have never used any other program for creating websites but we haven't felt the need to. ### 8. We like the ease of use and the cost for our company. It was quick to implement and learn. **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** It's not as customizable as some would like, but for basic tees like schools and churches anyone can use this program. You don't have to be a designer to understand how it works. **Recommendations to others considering InkSoft:** It really is user friendly, simple to understand, and fast to learn. Highly recommended. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can create a variety of shirts that look the same but have different sports listed below the logos. It's great to edit this in the software. ### 9. It has many customization options and is easy to configure and manage. Super useful for a company that wants to sell its products or that wants to offer the option of customizing "standard" products to its customers. The truth is that it is another but it works very well. **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** The problem with this type of application is that there are millions ... Being for my taste Prestashop since it is the one that has more add-ons and in which the community is more active. InfSoft is very good because its simplicity makes it nice, but maybe for someone looking for something very powerful it falls short. It does not have the capacity or ease to handle, for example, 3000 active requests or 30 connected users handling products. **Recommendations to others considering InkSoft:** If you need a website to sell customizable products, this is a good option if you like your aesthetics, which is very minimalist and personal. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sell ​​products from a t-shirt company. ### 10. Great Design tool. Especially for my direct to garment products. Sometime people go to cutom ink and design their own graphic when they do use it, I like that I can set parameters on how many colors etc **What do you dislike about InkSoft?** Store building is difficult and can be time consuming. I’m not a fan of how the storefronts look either but that may be because I don’t know how to customize them well. The monthly fee is steep and sometimes I am paying when no stores are open. **What problems is InkSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** The stores are better than using paper order forms so I have a better ordering process for my teams and schools. I do think that the design tool has helped with my grow the number of small unique orders that come in. ### 11.
