We used inkSoft for many years and the best part was the front-end interface to end customers allows for orders to be placed. They used to have a great way to market editable designs. You do not have access to your own data for marketing (the data is a joke that they offer). There is no real inventory ordering system (like in teesom), the order management system is clunky and unwieldy. We used it for a decade trying to make it work and it never got there. Communication is little to none (i.e. - doubling prices with a single notification in an email with a subject that looks like marketing). We have moved on and only now do we realize how bad it is. The issues I have with Inksoft are mostly related to a lack of customizability. You can't, for example, just drop in a text box or image, or make the background an image. There is no HTML/CSS editing. Additionally, there is not a lot of help if you have problems. There is a chat service, but the people who run it usually take at least an hour to get back to you with help. The problem with this type of application is that there are millions ... Being for my taste Prestashop since it is the one that has more add-ons and in which the community is more active. InfSoft is very good because its simplicity makes it nice, but maybe for someone looking for something very powerful it falls short. Store building is difficult and can be time consuming. I’m not a fan of how the storefronts look either but that may be because I don’t know how to customize them well. The monthly fee is steep and sometimes I am paying when no stores are open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
