I like that Verkada offers multiple platforms, like cameras, response systems, workplace access control, and intercoms. We're looking into using everything they offer. I need an efficient way to get to specific camera footage at a precise time and date, like Wednesday at 2 PM in building three. Right now, clicking on an "erroneous thumbnail" to open a clip and then having to match the date and time is cumbersome and time-consuming. It could be improved for a smoother user experience.
