We'd like more than just the two Brother printers that are available. Navigating the full footage is really challenging and feels like "garbage." I need an efficient way to get to specific camera footage at a precise time and date, like Wednesday at 2 PM in building three. Right now, clicking on an "erroneous thumbnail" to open a clip and then having to match the date and time is cumbersome and time-consuming. With both indoor and outdoor cameras, we get clear, reliable coverage of key areas. It’s easy to use, with cloud access that lets us check footage anytime, from anywhere. The motion alerts are helpful, and sharing clips is simple. Overall, it’s made our space feel safer and more secure and when we need assistance, the customer service is exceptional. Additionally, they reliably work even in our extreme temperatures, still offering video even at temperatures of -50F. **What do you dislike about Verkada?** Our downsides would be related to having to rely on internet in an area where internet can be spotty and the costs of the annual license. The cost is not unreasonable, the costs do give access to reliable and helpful service, but as a small non-profit, we look at every dollar spent, and this is worth or while, but we do wince when paying the bill. **What problems is Verkada solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a 38,00 sq ft commercial building that sees foot traffic of over 160,000 people/year. We monitor activity in and around the facility, and are able to keep an eye on what is happening. We are working hard to extend this camera system, as it serves our needs, and hope to be able to implement that plan. It allows us to be able to keep on things remotely, offer an exterior webcam (our Antler Arch) for people to enjoy from our web page. ### 28. One being that ‘tailgating’ is found even if the users coming thru the door both scan their badge. Two being the “unknown user” when scanning a badge from a wallet. There has to be a way to adjust this.
