What do you like best?
-Free, open source graphical user interface for the FTPS, FTP, and SCP protocols.
-Simple and powerful, no unnecessary extras. Save different site profiles and connect to remote server with one click.
-Terrific SCP and SFTP client. Easy to use, and includes lots of useful functionalities.
-Drag and drop support, allows to transfer files simply by dragging them.
-Included text editor You can open files from remote servers directly in a text editor, make desired modifications and save file without downloading on local computer and upload it again.

What do you like best?
The best feature of this application is the ability to move files from your local desktop to the remote server that you are logged into using this application. It allows for easy remote login to other servers and displays your directories in an organized way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The software will log you out of your session if there is a period of time where you are inactive. Sometimes error messages come up when trying to download certain files, and it is not always clear what the source of the error is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

winscp is easy tool to do the file transfer between.It support ftp,sftp,scp,webdav,& amazon s3.
User can easy drag file from remote to host or host remote.From the local folder it can directly drag into remote.It also show when it attempting the connection. Editing file name and folder name are done easily.And removing file and folder are also easy.Creating folder in remote is done just right clicking the mouse on the remote folder.User can save temporary folder while re login we can login directly to that folder.In winscp local folder is saved so each time no need to select local path Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even we saved the password for a session.It will again ask password for the session

What do you like best?
WinSCP is a very user-Friendly and simple software, Paticurlaly very good UX design and supports different Operating System file transfer(Windows and Mac) with ease. The Encryption and security of the software during message and file transfer is very awesome.

winscp is used to copy files from client system to host system or vice versa.it uses the ftp(file transfer protocol)/scp(secure copy protocol)/sftp(ssh file transfer protocol) to share the files.The best fact is that it is integrated with putty software so that you can use the clients comand line interface also.One of the most common software used in IT companies.The best open source and most useful product for secure file transfering.auathentication methods such as key based,credential based are all available to connect.if a new system is planned to add, a notification will be showing regarding new host key. What do you dislike?
The User Interface can be improved.now its is using solid colours for the connection and system files.
reconnecting time should be increased.once a connecteion is established and closed,when an disconncet happen,it wont reconnect automatically(the reconnecting time is less).last time while installing on my new system ,colour display error came.when i checked google,i could find that it was a bug commonly shown on that version regarding high dpi displays. What do you like best?
I often have to work with different Network Attached Storage devices. It is very fast and convenient for me to move files back and forth or download as I need. User interface is very intuitive and the learning curve is very low to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is a bit clunky when selecting a different file source. It does not switch back and forth between NAS devices without more input than is really necessary. This needs enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
First of all it's a free tool. Always a plus. It was so easy to install and I think it's compatible with almost every computer. It covered my necessities and worked when I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the short-connection time it has. It makes working almost an unbearable thing. I had also delay in refreshing the error / success folders when a file was totally uploaded or failed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
This software is a really stable FTP client and I have never had any issues with it. I like the fact that I can configure the speed limit for WinSCP to upload or download files from the web server, so that it doesn't saturate my internet connection. I also like that it is possible to make connections with Amazon S3 servers. Another important factor is that it is possible to open PuTTY from this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your data record control disposition is affected by having a computer analogy virus, where stable access conformities should be imparted, causing the user to not have certainty of the protection that their data has when being exchanged between systems when being present this error in your coding, so your operational development of file transfer assistance plug-in source codes should be reviewed and corrected to eliminate this issue. The most fey things i like of Winscp are ,
1. Portable Use of this software

3. There is scope for connecting with Amazon S3 server
4. It is very configurable and i can use other software with this like Putty

WinSCP is very easy to configure software to connect to a web server. One of the reasons I like it is because it has a free version. I like WinSCP for different reasons:
1. It is an easily downloadable software with a very intuitive interface.
2. It has support for SFTP, FTP, WebDav, Amazon S3 and SCP protocols.
3. It is possible to create groups to save data from different websites, in case you want to carry out future sessions.
4. I can customize it to show two panels or just one.

It's a highly recommended program for all types of FTP connections, the usage of tools on the pc is minimal, documents have been uploaded to the host in minutes, you can upgrade all types of information, from that program without opening the machine, just the FTP and the host has to be dispersed, where the information is hosted, and I really like this program because using others I had a particular problem, when downloading any files, I wouldn't permit them to upload them because of the kind of format they had been inside, also, I could upload all I wish for my server, without any difficulties. What do you dislike?
This program presents a massive problem of compatibility, together with other operating systems, when just working on windows it restricts its usage a good deal, I usually use Linux and mac, and I can't use this program in those operating systems, when I want to link to my machine, FTP for this program I have to use windows, lack of dedication on the part of the programmers to take this program to other desktop programs, and why not to cellular systems such as androids or iOS, because it'd be beneficial, if you don't own a desktop gear, in hand, and you want to get into the server shortly. L'interfaccia utente ha come unica pecca la finestra popup di configurazione: quando è aperta, rimane praticamente incollata al resto dell'interfaccia grafica sottostante, come se non fosse effettivamente un popup.
