**What do you like best about FTP Hosting?**

It is a platform for sending and receiving files, folders, and other content over the internet. The reliable FTP server works well when hosted on a Linux platform.

**What do you dislike about FTP Hosting?**

Managing user IDs, organizing folders, and handling disk space maintenance all require manual effort.

**What problems is FTP Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FTP hosting enables our department to send and receive content over the internet, making file transfers straightforward and efficient.

**What do you like best about FTP Hosting?**

Connect to a server and store data from any device, the connection is made from the web browser.
Automatic connection and share link to upload or download files with a validity period.

**What do you dislike about FTP Hosting?**

The folders and moving files section are tedious to use when I have large directories.

**What problems is FTP Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect to the server and upload files, download them to different devices.

**What do you like best about FTP Hosting?**

Folder and user creation and provisioning in the UI is quick, easy, and error-free

**What do you dislike about FTP Hosting?**

The UI is limited, troubleshooting is nearly impossible (especially in User Management), and native integrations are nonexistent.

**What problems is FTP Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FTPH as a cloud-based SFTP server to securely receive and send files to our customers. Each customer has a User and Folder dedicated to them.
