The platform offers tools to standardize the catalog, automate product and order flows, and simplify seller onboarding through structured and standardized processes. **What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?** The interface and some automations of Mirakl Inc can be complex to handle, especially during the initial setup. Some features are spread across different sections, which can be confusing. A more intuitive interface would be very beneficial for users. **What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Mirakl Inc to develop and manage a marketplace by centralizing seller integration, catalog management, and order tracking. As their simplified approval process swiftly brings sellers on board, it is our best bet to speedgrowing the marketplace. The site is not only for the vendors, but also for the customers who will from now on place their order online. **What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?** The habitually only integration of Mirakl and our current systems becomes troublesome. It is a bit confusing for their APIs are unbundled, and the documents do not have much clarity. On recommendation and application issues, we frequently need their support team, but they may take a while to respond sometimes. **What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mirakl has changed the face of operations in my enterprise through the creation of one enormous avenue. It becomes possible us to expand our range of products by not having to physically store them ourselves. Mirakl is easy to setup, quick to integrate, and very user-friendly. Learning Mirakl was the easiest part for my entire team **What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?** Mirakl needs to support more integrations. Mirakl also has certain performance issues from what I have observed. The claimed uptime is four 9s but I have seen it down way more than that, so definitely scope to improve **What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?** We at Ubreathe were trying to create a new category of business and it was getting very difficult to get customers to purchase our product without showing them many things in the catalog to browse. Mirakl eased our lives by letting us connect with a few vendors who were selling complimentary products. We were not sure whether the products will sell on our website, but once the traffic started coming in we were able to see that these new products offer great margins and expanded our catalog ### 10. Signing up is easy and the prices are very low.
