It allows me as a user to login and see all my orders at my 3pl that are in a portal ready for shipping. I am able to edit and correct orders as long as the order is in 'open' status. This has been very helpful. I find the inventory stock status report very helpful so that I can see my inventory levels in real time. The integration seemed pretty good. Easy to use. I ship globally. I have to assign for each product a value for customs and I cannot change it which can be a big problem in order to give accurate values for customs purposes. Blatant disregard for accessible analytics means any report outside of the standard reports costs hundreds of dollars for one of their devs to create a custom report.
