**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo continues to impress with its strong work order management capabilities. The ability to assign tasks quickly, track progress in real-time, and automate workflows makes daily operations much smoother.

Additionally, I’ve noticed improvements in reporting and visibility, which help in making better business decisions. The mobile accessibility for field teams is also a big advantage, allowing seamless coordination between office and on-site staff.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

While my overall experience with Corrigo has been very positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. The interface can sometimes feel a bit outdated compared to newer platforms, and it may take some time for new users to fully understand all features.

Additionally, customization options in certain modules could be more flexible, especially when tailoring reports or workflows to specific business needs. Occasionally, system performance can slow down when handling large volumes of data.

That said, these are relatively small concerns and do not significantly impact the overall efficiency and usefulness of the platform.

We have solved our Work order management and Vendor management problem solution. Also, we get the central answers for our track performance and collaborate with external service providers.

Corrigo is so detailed and thorough when it come to its capabilities.  This work order system is top notch!!

Sometimes despite using Corrigo for over 10 years, I still feel like it is so advanced that I am still a beginner and not utilizing the system as much as I could based on its extensive capabilities!!

Corrigo has allowed us to organize and track work orders and provide an excellent method of tracking for our tenants!!

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo is great for our business needs. We are excited with the newest upgrades. It is nice the software has availability for customization and is going to advance with its AI integration. It is easy to tweak to our business needs and with it having multiple updates in each quarter it is nice to see what new advancements it will have. Additionally, our clients state it is easy to use since some of them use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

The downsides of Corrigo is that we are not able to customize to each site still. One adjustment can affect all of Corrigo for global settings. When we adjust settings it does it for all of the sites and not just certain properties. It would also be helpful to be able to edit properties once they are set up when we need to change them to fall under a different client. Additionally the Corrigo support staff isn't able to address concerns as easily and needs to continously escalate to another tier.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have submitted a couple of enhancement requests. One of them is it being able to talk to other softwares. We implement other softwares and it would be helpful if they could talk to each other. One example, is the power bi dashboards we are creating. We have to make manual updates instead of the information feeding into the dashboard and being able to see it automatically.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

I like Corrigo for keeping track of work orders in real-time. The communication between vendors and myself is much easier, and it helps me keep track of the work process. The initial setup was very easy and simple.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

I feel like Corrigo doesn't look appealing, but that's just me. Also, when looking at a list of open work orders, you have to hover over the work order to show the issue, which could be improved by showcasing the issues directly.

Corrigo solves overall workloads, tracks vendors, and shows issues effectively. I like how it keeps track of work orders in real-time, enhancing communication with vendors and monitoring work processes.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

What I like most about Corrigo is how it simplifies everything. It keeps all the work orders, vendor communication, and tracking in one place, which saves a ton of time and reduces headaches. I also really like how you can customize it to fit your team’s workflow—it’s flexible enough to handle everything from approvals to performance tracking without feeling overwhelming. It just makes the whole facilities process run smoother.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

I’d say the biggest drawback is that the system can feel a bit clunky at times, especially for users who aren’t in it every day. There's a learning curve, and if it's not set up thoughtfully from the start, the experience can be frustrating. Also, while it's great that it's so customizable, that can sometimes lead to overcomplication if too many rules or workflows are layered on top. It just needs good admin oversight to keep things clean and user-friendly

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a CSE there named Austin, I swear I saw him walk on water at the last conference! Austin has been extremely helpful is resolving a bunch of stuff.

PM consistency - naming conventions, timing, dispatch timing etc. 
He has been helpful in Specialty dispatch as ours was and is a mess as we work through it.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

I find the system very user friendly. It's easy for the fleet of stores and the store managers, district managers, to utilize it. It's also easy for our FM team to utilize the interface on mobile and desktop. Plus, there's excellent customer service coming from our account rep, Dan Kimball.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

It would be great if we could approve invoices on the mobile application.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Corrigo to ensure all stores can easily log in with SSO to manage reactive maintenance. It simplifies dispatching work orders to vendors, streamlining invoice approvals and payments. Scheduling maintenance With PMRM  has helped us assure and any repetitive work is set to a schedule and doesn’t get forgotten by us or the vendor.

Corrigo is easy to use for internal and external stakeholders. There are a lot of updates within the software so new features are always being developed. Especially with AI it is making significant process.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

It isn’t as customizable for each site. When one change is made it can affect everyone on a global level. It also doesn’t work too well with other software integrations. There also isn’t a purchase requisition option.

Solving issues on how to make accurate bids for projects and being able to get granular so the company can be more competitive to gain additional opportunities.

Centralised work order management as everything in one place. Increasing transparency across the Work Order lifecycle. Real time visibility, catch red flags easier.
Corrigo's automation features enable efficient task routing and consistent compliance with SLA benchmarks.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Have had issues that aren't always easy fixes, such as error codes when technicians try to complete a work order. Notification system lacks more granular control, making it difficult to tailor alerts to user roles or urgency levels.

The Dispatch Board is a little basic in its current form, and not as efficient as an Outlook Calendar for planning Work Orders. For example, being able to change work orders to colour coded based on their status (planned, booked, confirmed etc) would be helpful.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to rely on maintenance processes across different systems - less stitching together data from email, spreadsheets and files on servers.
Easier to maintain consistency and data across the FM ecosystem. Fewer points of failure.
Gives real time updates on work order status, technician activity, asset history. Enables me to have live monitoring and faster troubleshooting of problems in the data. Automatises predictive maintenance planning instead of keeping spreadsheets.
Reduces manual workload and margin for error across repetitive processes.
Standardises forms, fields and workflows. Easier to adjust and maintain integrity with compliance or audit requirements.
Scalable data that can be optimised by an analyst easier through bulk changes.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Being able to work with Connected ServicePros is the best part about Corrigo because it really streamlines the process and allows for continued and clear communication all in one place. It helps track warranty and recurring work as well which is helpful in preventing missed requirements for maintenance and repair. The report function allows for great analytics to really get a top down view of what is happening across the portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Although very customizable, the back office side of the program is not particularly intuitive or aesthetically pleasing. It can be hard to know where to go to adjust settings, but the support team at JLL is exceptional at providing assistance.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us a central location to see and track all of the work orders for our properties and provides us with historic details to really see what issues are recurring. It also allows for tenants to communicate their maintenance needs directly to the system where we dispatch Pros and all communication is in one spot.

Our organization has been utilizing Corrigo as our CMMS platform, on a specific client account, for nearly 4 years and we are extremely pleased with its performance and reliability. Corrigo has consistently delivered measurable value in three critical areas:

Ease of Use – The system is designed with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that streamlines daily workflows. This has enabled our teams to quickly adopt the platform and operate more efficiently, with minimal training required.

Technical Support – The level of service provided by Corrigo’s support team has been outstanding. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to resolving inquiries promptly have instilled a strong sense of confidence in the platform.

System Reliability and Up Time – Corrigo has demonstrated exceptional stability. We have experienced virtually no unplanned downtime, and those downtimes which are unplanned are brief.  This helps to ensure uninterrupted operations and provides assurance that the system can be relied upon in critical situations.

Overall, Corrigo has proven to be a highly effective and dependable CMMS solution. It has enhanced our operational capabilities while providing the reliability and support necessary to manage our facilities with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

As this is a client-owned CMMS for our account team's application, the only issue worth noting here is the lack of ability to integrate into our version of Yardi, a critical financial software required for account management.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally, Corrigo is used as a service request workflow tool, so broad operational problems are not of immediate concern.  However, there is an Asset Management component we are beginning to unlock and the reporting for both vendor executed and self-performed work is invaluable in our efforts to provide exceptional service delivery to our client and their customers.

The learning capabilities of the JLL University.... For the serious user that will invest in the time to learn, this platform can allow you to expand at a pace that will let you use all the resources available within Corrigo. With the option for those teams unable to take on the task of rolling out the next step, the Corrigo team can assist it creating project assignments to help you complete your needs.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

The blended functions unavailable between the internal cost and vendor platforms used. But very few would experience this consideration, Both the Customer and vendor sides are well defined.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate Dispatching, Historical data for all assets, Inventory Parts, and the ability to see, implement and manage Benchmarks/Metrics on Work orders and technician. Reports and custome Dashboard settings for days..

The one thing I feel needs impovement in Corrigo are the Asset Systems.  I would like to see a better way to have assets connect to one another and show their relationships within the Asset List.

It is solving the issue of being able to keep track of equipment and it's lifecycle.  When you have 200+ buildings that are being managed it can be impossible to track equipment life without the Corrigo tool.

Corrigo captures all sorts of data for physical buildings, equipment assets, PM work, and demand work. There are more customizations and possibilities than can really even be counted.

We have great customer support with our Dan Kimball, our Customer Success Exex, and we absolutely appreciate his constant help, support and positive attitude. We use this system daily and it works fairly well for our Engineers, Admins, Managers and Accounting groups.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Having so many customizations and options leads to confusion. It's hard to come up with best practices for our company. We've asked before what some other companies have come up with for setting thing up like time tracking or invoicing, but this doesn't really exist. We often find ourselves hunting and researching when we try to set up a report or even work on some imports - there are almost too many fields to choose from.

Unfortunatly, we integrated in 2020 in a condensed timeline, so we were not able to set our system up to take optimal advantage of some tools like Procudures. We still have not been able to switch or PM's over. We've been offered help from Corrigo, but at a cost our company is not willing to pay.

We use Corrigo to generate our preventative maintenance work orders, entering and tracking demand work orders, engineer time tracking, invoice billings. This system houses most info related to the work the engineers are doing and exports out to our accounting and payroll software.

As an administrator, I have access to everything.  I can see it in action.  We've been using Corrigo since 2015, and it has taught us a great deal on how to manage, budget and track the work we do.  Best practices with our budgeting process has made it easier for our leadership to follow along with that process.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

There are a few improvements we have brought up over the years that have been added in consideration to product development.  Dual on call assignments based on specialty (allowing two different types of technicians to receive emergency work orders instead of just the one) and preventing the completion of any work order without billable labor in it are a few items we are hoping make it into the Corrigo cannon.

Corrigo keeps track of what our technicians are doing and how long it takes.  The basic beneifts of the Corrigo Enterprise system.  We primarily utilize Corrigo using internal (employed by) technicians.  It is managed in house.

We used several CMMS systems before switching to Corrigo, and it is by far the best.  Corrigo is a powerful system with a ton of features, making it very flexible for the specific use case of your business.  But it is also very user friendly so it doesn't overwhelm the field staff that uses it on a daily basis for their PMs and Work Orders.  The team at JLL/T also goes the extra mile to give their customers a voice for future features and updates.

Customer specific integrations and projects take a little while to get started, but once they start moving, the process goes smoothly.

Onboarding is not always easy. We don't know who our customers are. We do not have a list of locations assigned to us.  Would like customer contact information on the initial invitation as well as stored within the portal.

Corrigo makes it easy for me to manage my customers work orders as well as process billing

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

This is a long list - Probably top reason we use Corrigo is that the desktop and the phone app are user friendly. It is easy to add useability to the system setup and easy to teach all the users how to use it. The system is adaptable, as our business needs grow and change, so does the Corrigo platform with regular updates throughout the year. The updates are driven by customer needs, what we (the customer) ask for through the CAB (Customer Advisory Board) can be seen in future updates. The One Service support is helpful when your instance is not working the way you expect, and the back office is supportive when making changes or implementing a new module. 

With every work order we put into Corrigo, the resulting data offers protection of our assets and value to the preventative maintenance program based around the equipment. We encourage our team to create a work order for all the work they perform, because without a work order there is no data to say the work was performed.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

If I had one thing that I dislike, I would have to say it is projects and the timeline. I feel like the process just to get it started is slow.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currenty Corrigo establishes our preventative maintenance program, while managing customer request (cleaning, supplies, broken furntirue, etc...) work orders for the entire Enterprise. As well, we manage our equipment assets, record various types of incidents, capture equipment failure, and records any repairs found and mitigated through the PM program (REPAIR fromPM).

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

I think there are too many menus and submenu's on the software. I believe we should be alerted to new vendors that have joined and the areas they serve.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo is very easy to use and can be used anywhere.  I'm able to utilize the app on my phone, open a web browser of it, or use the desktop version. Corrigo is constantly improving and making additional upgrades to better suite their platform users.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Corrigo does not have all the functionalty that fits my business needs.  A few additional upload capabilities would be ideal for my purposes.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corrigo is a data collector for all of our work orders at each account we have.  It also provides technicians and managers ability to track time and cost for individuals.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo helps us manage the repairs and maintenance in our restaurants.  The many features it offers gives helps us make better business decisions to bring more to the bottom line.  We are implementing some of the enhanced features and are excited to see how it is going to streamline our processes and help us better manage our facilities and spending.

At this time, I do not have any dislikes about Corrigo.

Managing multiple repairs for the same equipment - determining if we are overpaying vendors in a certain area
