&lt;p&gt;Surprised HighLevel was overlooked. For small businesses, you really can&#39;t beat HighLevel for all that it offers. It&#39;s a comprehensive CRM and business management and marketing platform. Seems an oversight on G2&#39;s part.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Monday CRM is also a good choice for small businesses. It&#39;s well known and it has an easy learning curve with a simple interface, but still offers a lot of features and integration options. As well as automation, if I should add this, or remove one of the items I listed, let me know!&lt;/p&gt;
