What do you like best?

The Listrak team goes above and beyond to provide client support 24/7. There are dedicated team members ready to provide solutions and advice for every function of the platform (ex. Triggers, SMS, GXP, etc). There's also a live-chat feature and support via phone. The level on ongoing support is invaluable as we're constantly in a state of growth and testing. What do you dislike?

SMS functionality is lacking. I've used other SMS marketing platforms that are more user-friendly and have more analytic capabilities. The pro of using their SMS platform is that text messages can be used in triggers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Listrak is by far the best email service provider I have used in 10+ years of email marketing. I've used Bronto, Eloqua and MailChimp extensively, and nothing has compared to Listrak. I love that it is full-service, and they are very knowledgeable about the email marketing space. Their services are comprehensive and their platform is easy to use. They also have a fantastic support team and database full of resources. We loved the initial designs for our emails and pop-up. What do you dislike?

I don't believe there are any downsides to using Listrak. After switching to Listrak, our email traffic and revenue has gone up exponentially. Some of the services require a developer for integration, but that is to be expected with a tool like this. Whereas reporting is comprehensive, it is spread out throughout several spots in the dashboard. It could be helpful to have a centralized reporting tool with selectable options. I would look at the goals you're trying to achieve, and compare platforms for ease of implementation, ease of use and cost. There are a few platforms that might stack up to Listrak, but for our business needs, Listrak has delivered above and beyond - and is very reasonably priced. We are actively acquiring new email addresses with Listrak, in an enticing and engaging way. The automated campaigns (welcome series, post-purchase, shopping cart abandonment, etc.) are absolutely fantastic and require very little upkeep. What do you like best?

The Listrak platform is intuitive and user friendly. They’ve made integrating with other partners a quick and painless process. From help desk to account management, they are ready and waiting to help whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Reporting can be a challenge within the tool as all lists are reported on separately. However, the account management team has provided reports for us that we weren't able to get from the tool. Listrak is solving for all customer facing emails, SMS marketing, predictive analytics, and supplying the store locator on all marketing emails. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there's not much a dislike. Here are my two biggest pain points:

- The inability to adjust designs between desktop & mobile. For example, hiding images on mobile or centering a button on mobile, but having it left aligned on desktop.

- Within the system you cannot see all your reporting marketing & automated campaigns on one screen. There is a lot of clicking around between the marketing, transactional and conversation data. However, our account manager sends us monthly reporting that gives us all this data within one document which is extremely helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Listrak has several common out-of-the-box solutions that they create for you provided that they have all the data and assets necessary. This includes SCA, welcome series, an alerts suite, and more. These are solutions that you'll want to stand up for your email program and Listrak makes it really easy to do so. The analytics are pretty in-depth and give great insight into KPIs. They're definitely working to improve the platform regularly, and if you want to do something that the platform can't do just yet, they'll usually guide you on a workaround. They also have a great feature that offers predictive audiences who are most likely to open, purchase, click, etc. and we've seen success from using these audiences. The message editor is drag and drop and makes it very easy to build messages, but it also offers an HTML component to add any custom sections. There are dynamic elements available based on segments, which is another big win. Their account managers are very attentive and really want to make sure that you use the platform to its full potential, which is appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some parts of the platform that should connect don't, specifically pertaining to analytics. Setting up triggers is complicated and almost always requires the seal of approval from your Listrak rep to make sure that it's set up correctly. They've tried to improve this with workflows, which definitely are an improvement, but it's not quite there yet. The audience builder is slow and has to reload every time something is added. Listrak reporting isn't intuitive. It feels cumbersome at times and hard to navigate.

I have partnered with Listrak for nearly 10 years now. Listrak has helped us continuously improve and expand our email marketing campaigns from standard subscription-based mailing campaigns to triggered campaigns (SCA, Browse and Abandonment, Winback, Post Purchase, Recommendations etc.).

They have helped us be more efficient with our Search Engine Marketing and Social Advertising by extending data to these platforms allowing us to build effective lookalike audiences.

Additionally, they are providing us tools to tap into predictive tools to be more effective with our contact strategy.

What do you like best?

My company has used Listrak as our email service provider for two years and we are very pleased with the platform. I appreciate that the lists are kept separate, making the analytics and contacts differentiated. I also find the Conversation Editor intuitive, and enjoy the Visual Analytics option to quickly view conversation performance such as total entries and message revenue. Creating professional-looking messages is a breeze with various drag-and-drop elements and options for personalization. I meet with our designated account representative bi-weekly and find these calls incredibly helpful in strategizing program improvements. Whenever I experience an issue or have a question, the Live Chat support team always responds quickly and is helpful in providing the best solution. I would recommend Listrak to any company looking for a simple, straightforward email service provider. The platform, combined with its knowledgeable and passionate staff, make for a great partner. Feedback has purpose and we are constantly improving our sends while analyzing the data as a team to implement move forward strategies. Bi-weekly meetings are thorough and we are often challenged with ways to improve our business--Listrak has solutions. What do you like best?

I like the ease of creating and running my lists and seeing the reporting on how they perform. The system for adding artwork and generating your email is pretty dummy proof and the segmentation area has been very helpful for targeting different customers within our system. We have been able to automate a lot of the emails we were previously sending manually and this saves us time and energy. What do you dislike?

Sometimes it is difficult to find the answers to questions I have on how to do something in the system. I hate to reach out to my rep for menial questions, though I know he is available. I feel like the answers are probably available in the support system, but navigating it can be a bit confusing. I'm also not crazy about the limit size for media uploads. It is difficult for us to host our own images for our emails and we always seem to reach our capacity and ask for more space within a few months, otherwise we would have to delete that data fairly frequently. Listrak has been really great for us as a company. I think a lot of that can depend on who your rep is though. However, if they aren't the right fit for you and your needs, Listrak can identify that and help find you someone who understands how you operate and how much or how little attention your account needs. They are great at letting you know new products are available but without pushing the product on you, or insisting you invest in something that might not be the right fit for your company. It has been a great email platform for us and we are really able to generate sales for the website quickly. What do you like best?

Our company has been using Listrak since moving from a prior ESP in 2014. Our main reasons for switching to Listrak was to improve upon the prior ESP's shortcommings. At Listrak we found improved (and faster) reporting, an easier to use automated workflow tool and improved customer service. Besides these improvements, Listrak brought experience in the ecommerce category. The majority of our revenue is generated through ecommerce related email. Besides using Listrak for ecommerce emails we also send regular editorial newsletters and emails on behalf of our sponsors.

Listrak's back-end tools are the best we've used vs the three other vendors we have experienced. We currently use another ESP for one of our brands (required because of a third-party arrangment) and we wish we could switch from that system to Listrak which is far easier to use. We find the back-end systems easy to manage. The Composer tool was a huge improvment over their already useful editor. Our digital team are experienced coders, however the Composer greatly reduced the time to design email with it's simple drag/drop platform. It also allowed less sophisticated folks (like me) to quickly and easily create emails. The segmenting/audience tool is simple and intuitive (they have recently launched a new interface which makes it even easier to use).

Listrak's technical support team is easily accessible via chat, phone or email and they respond quickly.

Along the way we've added several of Listrak's solutions: email capture, product recommender and SMS. These have proven effective in driving revenue and growing our list.

In summary, Listrak is innovative, listens to customer needs, has a high-touch customer service and support team and highly values their relationships with their clients. They are a good vendor and partner for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The new email capture system (Pop-up Pro) is a significant improvement over the previous mechanism but it really could use additional features like A/B testing.

What do you like best?

I love their CRM tool which enables you to view data on your segments and right click on any graph to automate that segment for future marketing. I also love their drag and drop journey building tool. It is easy to use, pause, and update our journeys.

In addition, their account team is extremely responsive, professional, and creative at solving our organization's marketing problems. What do you dislike?

Accessing raw database data is not easy. Other marketing/CRM platforms enable us to use SQL to access the raw data. Listrak requires us to go through their support department, especially on large queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Listrak performs extremely well when you utilize it as a data warehouse for your organization. I'd recommend enabling product data, consumer browse data, transaction data, content data, and other CRM data within the platform. What do you like best?

The Listrak platform is very user friendly. Additionally, the customer support is exceptional. The IT team is responsive and professional. Likewise our representative, Cody Johnson, is extremely hands-on and helpful in all aspects of our email marketing program. Learning the platform was easy and intuitive. The Onboarding with Listrak was a smooth process, heavily assisted by the Listrak team. We are constantly reviewing performance of current strategies and adjusting if needed. What do you like best?

My account rep is wonderful. I love the ability to analyze how each message performed. I also love the product recommendation blocks, and ability to filter out customers based on location and purchase history. Deliverability of our emails has greatly improved since we switched to them from Mailchimp. There's simply no comparison to how much more effective the Listrak platform is. What do you dislike?

It is definitely an investment, but the ROI makes it worth it! There is definitely a learning curve when getting started and I'm sometimes concerned that I'm not using each aspect of the program as effectively as I should be, but my rep has been wonderful in helping me. Their whole team is super supportive and always available to offer assistance. Their tech support team is also great for troubleshooting issues as well. We are able to reach customers better with Listrak's customized recommendations and increase conversions with more effective triggered emails. I love being able to see which areas of my emails perform better, and the A/B Split Testing was enlightening as well and has helped me create better subject lines. The increase in sales since we have been using Listrak has been mind blowing! I now have more time to focus on the creative aspects of our marketing instead of figuring out how to just generate more sales...we plug in the creative and it generates sales for us! What do you like best?

Listrak is always happy to jump in and help me with my email program whenever I need. Whether I'm going on vacation and need additional support for my back-up, or I need assistance figuring out/solving a technical issue, they are ready to assist in any way they can. My account manager listens and helps me problem solve whenever an issue arises. They are constantly working on and improving the tools they offer. They listen to what their customers are asking for, and make changes based on the needs of their clients. I have made several 'feature requests' myself that have been implemented in the tool. Listrak has helped us take our email program to the next level. We have seen growth year over year since we signed on. They offer tools for easy 'set it and forget it' automation, that is easily updated if you need. The 'recommender' tool allows us to send personalized emails to each person on our list without any added effort to our set-up. What do you like best?

The platform is extremely easy to use. The data is accessible. Their account management team is focused on growth and available 24/7. There is so much more to it than just an ESP (predictive analytics, recommended products on site and in email, SMS, CRM and more). We have used them for three years now and we couldn't be happier. We switched from using Bronto and by utilizing Listrak's Composer Tool, we saved roughly 4 hours per day on building emails because their email builder is so intuitive. I also like that they're family owned and and never satisfied with the status quo. They are always pushing to new heights and adding new capabilities. For example, they just released a new, intuitive, automated email trigger campaign tool that is right up there with the best of ESPs.

One final thing, they care about their clients, especially during the current COVID-19 crisis. They recently introduced a new project called Bounce Back, which is a program that any of their interested clients can take advantage of. Clients get their SMS and GXP programs at little cost for the sole purpose of helping struggling clients rebound. I can't speak to many vendors willing to do that for their clients. We are converting more customers due to dynamic product recommendations on site and on email. We are more profitable per email campaign due to advanced segmentation. We are moving into predictive analytics and SMS next quarter. By utilizing Listrak, our Email channel revenue has grown 23+% vs. the same time period prior to switching to them.
