The initial setup was very easy to redeem with the key. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** I find the lab customization flexibility in Skillable could be improved. There's a need for a visual lab designer with a drag and drop interface to design lab flows without heavy scripting. Troubleshooting visibility is another area that could use enhancement. I also appreciate how easy they make it for the student, allowing us to complete the courses at our own pace and without the pressure of having to be constantly connected. Additionally, the initial setup of Skillable was very simple, easy, and fast. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Look, one of the things that doesn't completely excite me is the expiration of the labs. We have had problems because some labs have expired on us. There are times when we can do the labs quickly and other times we can't, because we have work and because our time is occupied with other things. I would indeed extend the possibility for those labs to be usable for a longer period. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Skillable to stay up to date with the latest in artificial intelligence and Microsoft technologies. I like how quickly it adapts and how easy it makes it for the student, allowing me to learn at my own pace. ### 5. A bit more flexibility or guidance for edge cases would make the experience even better **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest challenges I faced was delivering consistent, real-world training without access to live environments. I remember a session where I had to teach a group of learners about role based security configurations. Before Skillable, this would have meant either a dry theoretical walkthrough or a risky live demo. With Skillable, I was able to set up a virtual lab where each learner could experiment independently. They made mistakes, learned from them, and came out more confident. I like the easiest way to do training, and the nice and simple UI makes it easy to learn with no learning curve here. The initial setup of Skillable was very easy! **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Sometimes things can get stuck like logging into GitHub or failing on some policy. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Skillable for training and practicing. It solves lab creation and environment management. The simple UI makes learning easy without a learning curve. ### 10. But every time I am required to use it is awful. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Things start incredibly slowly. Taking minutes to load a single lesson. Everything is simulated, whether or not I gain anything by it being simulated. Accomplishing tasks does not automatically check off things so you're left constantly leaving the lesson to manually check boxes and keep up with where you're at, breaking flow and concentration. Evaluate Questions can take a stupid amount of time to verify as well. And that's when the labs are working. So many times the labs have bugged out completely and left me unable to complete them. This is an incredibly frustrating experience to deal with.
