We have a retest for integration with one partner that has taken over two years, and we are still not done. This setup has been going on for over a year before I started this job. We are on the 4th time going through the testing scenarios because how long it has taken to test documents and how the docs were submitted. I believe we are past the window for testing again so we will probably need to redo all the scenarios again. They have tried to raise prices on us twice in the past 7 months (about 10% both times). They try to get us to setup more partners to offset the cost and lower the price increase. The problem is who is going to wait to setup a partner? They don't allow you to edit how the mapping works on the back end, so you are reliant on the implementation team for even small changes.
