It is very easy to use. Scheduling tasks for different employees is very simple, you just click on their box and then click "add card". It has various features that make it easy to use such as color codes and time labels. It helps boost productivity and gives all employees something to look at when wondering what to do. **What do you dislike about Visual Planning?** I dislike how aged it looks. It looks like it was made 15 years ago.The graphical user interface is extremely ugly and I often find that distracting. Other than that, there are no complaints as they perfected everything in the latest update. **What problems is Visual Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Visual Planning, we can schedule tasks for all of our employees to complete with ease. We can easily assign tasks with just a click of the button and color code them or mark them completed. Our productivity has went up ever since we started using this. ### 2. Everyday use **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Claire R. | Production Planner/Admin , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019 **What do you like best about Visual Planning?** It has an easy to use process that imports all my jobs on to visual planning from Efacs I can plan each machine effectivly by being able to litrerelly click on each machine, but i can also see if everything is in time and not clashing. **What do you dislike about Visual Planning?** sometimes it sticks and the scroll bar doesn't work. **Recommendations to others considering Visual Planning:** Make sure you have different colours for different areas of planning. It gets confusing IF someone other than yourself is using it. **What problems is Visual Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use Microsoft Excel for our planning tool, we now use Visual plan and its made me work 50% easier. We are using and printing less paper, we are making less mistakes in regards to typing errors. ### 3.
