Currently, it is being used to track purchases, drug products and expirations of our items. It has proven very useful for our inventory management, as we frequently need to make changes to our numbers on a minute by minute basis. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** The least helpful thing so far about SAP has been that it is not very user friendly for beginners to the product. It takes extensive training on our part to show new users how to use the product, and how to enter and alter information that we track. **What problems is SAP Business One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The one thing that it is greatly improving is our inventory management. We now have a more accurate count of the products we are carrying, what is used, and what we need to buy more of. ### 3. Seggregation of duties and role responsibilities are limited and implementation takes a lot of time. Its small enough to not cost too much many but covers everything you need for a small to medium business. **What do you dislike about SAP Business One?** Major functionality improvements from the standard package can be costly and take lots of development via your third party provider. Your experience with the product can be heavily biased by your consultancy provider. We use Vision 33 and I rate their Customer Support very highly. **What problems is SAP Business One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating Work Orders and moving stock, Sales Order processing, delivery, invoicing, purchasing. The application also has multiple uses, so we are able to place expenses and also track material quantities in real time. There are too many menus to make navigation easy for the typical user.
