I handle daily client follow ups and online consultation queries, so I needed one place to keep track of calls and reminders. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I mainly use Pipedrive to note down client names, phone numbers, and to set follow-up calls for diet and consultation work. Earlier I used to forget some follow-ups when work got busy. Now I just open Pipedrive and see who I need to call today.
It was easy to start using it. I added a few people and made call reminders on the same day without reading any long guide. I use it regularly during the week when clients message me for diet follow ups or when someone asks for an online consultation. It helps me keep my small daily work organised without making things complicated.
The features I use are simple but useful for me, like activities for calls, contact details in one place, and a basic pipeline to track one or two consultation cases. I also connected my email and calendar so I can see reminders on time. It fits well with how I already work in the clinic and while handling health education queries, and it saves me from writing things on paper or in random notes. There is not much to dislike for my daily use. Sometimes the search takes a moment when I have many contacts, so finding an old name can feel a little slow. A few filters reset when I switch views, so I need to set them again. On the mobile app, some details are not as easy to see as on the desktop. Notifications can feel a bit too many on busy days. I like Pipedrive because I can automate with other systems and export data easily. n8n works very well with Pipedrive, allowing the creation of activities from stage changes, sending emails or messages in our communication system, and updates in our internal platform. I have noticed that this February we are experiencing a lot of slowness and some random errors that refresh the page and cause it to disappear. The way to better visualize the data could improve, as it is necessary to understand almost 60% of the platform to export decent content. The data export part is complex. At the beginning of the day, I can quickly see what I need to do in the Activities tab. I find Pipedrive easy to use and user-friendly, which makes navigating my sales process a breeze. It's aesthetically pleasing, so it's not overwhelming when I look at it. It's very easy to complete tasks, helping me stay organized. The setup was very easy because it walked me through every single step. If I missed something, I could easily find where to navigate and make the necessary changes. This ease of use is really important when I'm in a rush. It's also simple to choose what stage I'm added to with just a click of a button. It is a daily tool for me, that has become part of my necessity to function. The modularity and customization options within Pipedrive really set it apart for me. After using other CRM software in the past that felt clunky and repetitive, it’s refreshing to have a CRM that’s genuinely easy to use while still letting me track everything at a very granular level. The only reason my recommendation for Pipedrive isn’t a 10 out of 10 is the lack of being able to link multiple organizations to a single project. The way I track our projects is by linking the organization that is the actual customer, and then also linking the vendors for all purchased components. That way, the CRM almost acts like a version-control solution, and it lets me look back on previous projects to see which companies I used for shipments, procurement, and similar items. It would make a HUGE difference in how I use Pipedrive if multiple organizations could be attached to one project. Right now, I’m using labels to sort of “attach” vendors, but it’s really just a band-aid fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Pipedrive is very customizable, and we've been able to build it in a way that works for what we need. It allows us to keep our client list and prospect list organized and use it for traditional CRM functionalities, like keeping a database of all our leads, prospects, clients, and customers. Additionally, we've been able to use Pipedrive to keep track of projects, such as providing cost estimates, processing orders, and communicating with vendors. I find the integration with some accounting programs like QuickBooks to be lacking or poor. Also, it would be nice to have a more live integration with Google Drive to input data easily and save it in Google Drive, and perhaps vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Pipedrive is very easy to use and user-friendly. It has all the features that we expect from a good CRM system. The initial setup was pretty easy. We didn't even need to set up an onboard call, even if they had offered it. It was simple to set up the pipeline, the deal logic, and determine what fields were necessary at each stage. I think it's mostly really good. The only thing that comes to mind is the reports. They have some cool ones, but they are mostly basic. So if you want to cross some specific data and do some cohort analysis, you would need an external tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Pipedrive to be excellent for managing my clients and calls. I really like how it allows me to organize information and contact clients, all while keeping track of who I've called, how many times, and the reasons for each call. I also value the ability to take notes on my interactions, which helps me stay organized with every client. One feature I particularly enjoy is having everything displayed on a single page, which makes navigation straightforward. I can assign different columns for actions such as calls, offers, or invoices, and this flexibility is very useful. The platform is user-friendly, and it only takes me a few seconds to locate my deals, contacts, or follow-up tasks. Setting it up was incredibly easy—so simple that anyone could do it. I like how simply it shows a clear picture of my sales team clients, which helps in planning strategies for the coming days and making more informed decisions.
