"Great All-in-One Project Management Tool"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really appreciate the breadth of features that ClickUp offers, which helps me manage short-term tasks throughout the week and more complex, months long projects. It makes collaboration and communication with other team members seamless, which takes the clutter and chaos out of projects. I appreciate being able to keep track of what tasks I'm responsible for and their urgency easily, making my daily workflow simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It takes some time to set up your workspaces and organize them since you are starting from a blank canvas and there are a lot of features to use. I do think the design of ClickUp could be simplified, since sometimes it can feel cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation and AI Tools Make ClickUp a Game-Changer"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Before switching to ClickUp, we used Redbooth for project management, and comparing the two, I can see a significant improvement. I really appreciate ClickUp's automation features and AI tools. The dashboard is engaging, and I enjoy its visual design. I find the separate sections for assigned tasks, completed work, and items under client review to be among its best features. Being able to add media, create documents, and work on whitepapers are also some of the aspects I enjoy most about ClickUp. Overall, it has definitely helped me become more efficient in my work. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

When I need to check something from the beginning of a project, I have to scroll all the way to the top of the page, as there is no shortcut available. In the message window, composing a new message is inconvenient because the small window takes up space and prevents me from viewing other important details. Additionally, the abundance of filters can be confusing at times. Sometimes, tasks seem to disappear, which adds to the confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Solution That Keeps Our Team Perfectly Organized"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love that everything we need to stay organised and on track is in one place. No more switching between Google Drive, emails, whatsapps, a "to do list", and a bunch of other annoying apps that don't work together properly - literally everything can happen in this one space. I open it every morning and it's my guide, my workspace, my messageboard, literally everything I need. It is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I honestly have no complaints, especially using the free plan. It has more than satisfied all of our team needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp is the backbone of my operations as a founder and consultant"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp gives me a true “work operating system.” I love how I can move seamlessly between Whiteboards, Docs, tasks, and dashboards without losing context. It’s the only platform where I can map an entire service blueprint, convert the nodes into tasks, build automations around the workflow, and then track execution—all in one place. It keeps my client work, product sprints, and internal projects unified instead of scattered across different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can get intermittently slow, especially on mobile or when loading large Whiteboards. For new users, the number of features can also feel overwhelming at first—there’s a learning curve before everything “clicks.” But once the system is set up, it becomes extremely powerful. "All-in-One Project Management That Keeps Everything on Track"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp brings all my tasks, projects, and communication into one place, which makes it incredibly easy to stay organized. I love how customizable everything is—from views and workflows to dashboards—so I can structure my workspace exactly the way I need. The ability to collaborate in real time, assign tasks, and track progress without switching tools is a huge advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can feel overwhelming at first because it offers so many features. The learning curve is noticeable, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with project management tools. Occasionally, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and some advanced features require extra setup time. Performance can also slow down with very large workspaces. "Boosts Productivity and Organization Effortlessly"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an interesting platform that supports productivity, both individually and within a team. With this tool, I can organize not only my work but also my personal life. I found it quite intuitive, featuring a pleasant and user-friendly interface. It’s simple to add reminders, appointments, meeting plans, documents, and generally manage daily activities directly from the dashboard.

Additionally, setting up and integrating ClickUp with other tools and apps is straightforward. So far, I haven’t needed to contact the Customer support, but I have read that many users have reached out without any issues.

Since downloading the app, I’ve been using ClickUp regularly, adding new notes and tasks almost every day, mostly to help organize my personal life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

In my view, ClickUp is not significantly different from other similar tools, such as Notion. However, I do find that ClickUp's layout appears more attractive compared to the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is how simple it makes my every day paintings. The interface is smooth, and it’s smooth to move between responsibilities, lists, and files. The setup procedure become clean, and it didn’t take long for me to get comfortable with it. I use ClickUp nearly every day as it keeps the whole thing organized in one vicinity. It also gives a extensive range of capabilities, however they may be arranged in a way that doesn’t sense perplexing. One factor I without a doubt appreciate is how properly it integrates with gear I already use Google Drive, Slack, and Calendar sync all paintings with none trouble. Customer support has also been beneficial whenever I wanted steerage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the variety of features can feel a bit overwhelming, specially whilst you’re seeking to explore extra superior alternatives. A few customization settings take the time to recognize, and a few pages load slower when the workspace has too many objects. The cell revel in isn't always as speedy because the computing device model. However, these troubles don’t affect my standard workflow an excessive amount Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A panel to rule them all"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the fact of having everything at my fingertips, tasks, documents, personalized dashboards, links to projects or discussions, search, and AI that works well... in short, it's an environment that makes you productive and above all allows large teams to always be aligned on all projects. The ability to create closed/private groups also allows clients to join operational discussion channels without having to use external messaging software. I just need one ClickUp window open to be able to work. TOP! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Being super rich in features, at first it may seem heavy to digest; if an environment is not set up well, you risk having to chase after tasks. I must say, however, that the procedures are well explained and the software helps you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Productivity Powerhouse with Unmatched Customization"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp centralizes everything—tasks, documents, dashboards, communication, and automation—in one place. The level of customization is one of its biggest strengths: views, statuses, automations, custom fields, and permissions can all be shaped exactly to fit the way our team works. It’s extremely intuitive once configured, and the ability to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Gantt makes planning and execution much more efficient. I also appreciate how fast it is to onboard new team members, thanks to the clean structure and templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The platform is powerful, but sometimes its flexibility means there’s a bit of a learning curve during initial setup. A few features can feel overwhelming at first, and certain pages occasionally load slower than expected. These are minor issues, though—the overall experience is still excellent and continually improving with frequent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
