"Celigo is a perfect fit for our business model"

What do you like best?

The data that Celigo pulls into our system allows us not only to automate all of our processes, but it provides us granular details on sales that are typically not available for a company our size. If you have NetSuite, Celigo is a must. Celigo does exactly what we need it to do in that it gives us the ability to see live sales data, product movements, etc. We also have a customer connector that helps to process our warranty orders.

What do you dislike?

Celigo is a basic platform that does exactly what is tells you it will do. While the system is not a flawless system, the fact that Celigo's customer support is VERY efficient should help to alleviate any concerns about down time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Celigo seamlessly pulls all of our sales data into NetSuite...period.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Without Celigo we would not be able to collect the data on all of our sales that we currently do. We would have to rely on bi-monthly data dumps, thus nullifying any accuracy in our current system.

"Efficient and Easy To Use"

What do you like best?

I like that everything is visually represented. Field mappings are easy to follow and offer drop down list choices. The Netsuite Assistant is a great tool for field mapping into that application. Mostly I love the people at Celigo. They are always willing to help and for us to learn together to make the product better and better.

What do you dislike?

I would love to see a drill down option in the Successes on the Dashboard. I am able to drill down into Errors, but not into Successes or Ignores. So I am never certain which transactions successfully passed through.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I highly recommend this company and this product. It has saved us countless hours of manual data entry and human error.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to realize great efficiency in recording our sales revenue from Shopify into our Netsuite ERP. Without the Celigo Integrator.io Smart Connector, we would have to do very manual downloading of order details from Shopify and manual uploading to a Saved CSV Import in Netsuite. With order volumes in the thousands per day, this would be nearly impossible without Celigo's help.

"Customizable and Self Service"

What do you like best?

It's great how easy it is to adapt the connector and flows to the needs of our business. It's really nice to be able to easily make a change to the mappings if we want/ need without an IT person are paying an external developer to make the change. We have flexibility and we have confidence that our connection will stay unbroken even when it comes time for massive system updates on either end point.

What do you dislike?

One of the pain points we experienced during inplementation and initially after go live is that sometimes the errors are hard to decipher. This would require us to contact support to under stand the issue, when the solution was often simple.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to adjust the out of box NetSuite <> Shopify Connector to fit our needs in a way that gives us the freedom to make changes on our own, but confidence in the integration itself.

"Excellent project management!"

What do you like best?

The engineering preparing the scope document did an excellent job. In addition, the project manager kept us on track and was an advocate for our company. We had another tech partner involved in the process, and when that partner was not being cooperative, our Celigo project manager called them out on it.

What do you dislike?

Asking during formative stages of agreement process if your programmers were based in the U.S. and then learning, after signing the agreement, that ours were located in India. This was important to us due to previous experience in dealing with different times zones and language nuances. Although things turned out well, we would have liked to have known this upfront.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Explain your needs in detail. Celigo can't do their job effectively if you fail to give them all the facts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides a redundant backup technology for transacting information between our scheduling and accounting systems. We now have piece of mind knowing that if our current connection system goes down, we will be able to continue with limited interruption to our billing operation.

"Celigo Integrator.io"

What do you like best?

The easy to use integration platform has helped our company significantly over the years, allowing us to quickly connect and share data between systems without complicating our work flow process. Probably the most helpful part for our company as being able to access and modify settings as needed per business case, plus the online support center is very helpful too.

What do you dislike?

It's honestly difficult to point out dislikes with Integrator.io, because it provides dependable connectivity between systems as intended and we have not experienced any downtime over many years of use.

Having business objectives and data organized greatly helps the speed of integrations.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Managing data transfer between multiple systems without a high amount of resource overhead - we are able to connect between systems and effectively manage those connections with very little company resources.

"Integrator IO"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, clean look and feel. There seems to be new updates fairly often adding and updating integrations. My company specifically uses the MySQL integration and found that it's easy to setup and get working at a base level.

Also - the support that I've received from one member of the Celigo team has been integral in getting up and running the way that we needed.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there is a lack of documentation about what a field requires. An example of this is when doing a MySQL Add or Update, you need to define a lookup, on that lookup popup there is a field called "Resource Identifier Path". I'm never sure what to put there but it seems to work anyways.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Integrator IO to communicate between our NetSuite instance and some custom tools.

"Got an issue connecting API enabled applications? Not anymore!"

What do you like best?

The mapper is solid and can pull from multiple sources to the target application. These orchestrations are also able to show if there is a failure and the retry data shows up in the error. Very clean intuitive interface and they are constantly developing the product and making it better.

What do you dislike?

More user training tools would be handy so I can do more integrations by myself but as far as API development goes I'm a novice.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Get a demo. This is what made my mind up. NetSuite with integrator IO is a no brainer.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Celigo to integrate our BigCommerce front end with NetSuite. We also use Celigo to take our orders from NetSuite and send them to our 3PL seamlessly. We have saved at least 2-4 FTE's by using the product.

"Robust Platform to integrate cloud-based systems"

What do you like best?

Our development team uses this platform to develop enterprise grade integration products. We built several smart connectors that connect NetSuite with other systems and have been successful selling them thus far. We also use the platform to build custom integrations. It is really robust - e.g. a field mapping tool is nothing like we've seen before. Back in the day we could not even imagine it can be done that way. Now it is reality.

What do you dislike?

Some minor stuff - e.g. some words in the UI break anywhere in the middle but this is pure cosmetics. No issues with the functionality of the platform which is what we are after.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All integration problems really - anything over FTP, webservices, EDIs (lately), you name it.

"Variety of flows that work seamlessly."

What do you like best?

As a start up company, we do not have full integration yet. Currently, the only integration we have is orders from Shopify to NetSuite. As an ops team, we have to come up with creative ways to reduce as much manual process' as possible. One of the ways Celigo was able to help us was with the billing flow. We contacted the Celigo customer service support and they were very helpful in helping us get the billing flow setup. Now with a click of a button, NetSuite will bill all of our Shopify orders that are in pending billing status.

What do you dislike?

At this time, we are only using a small part of Celigo services. But we are currently working with Celigo to setup full integration with our US 3PL. So we do not have any negative feedback at this time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed Celigo integrator to integrate our online store which is powered by Shopify. We needed the integration from Shopify to NetSuite so every order through Shopify will create a sales order in our system NetSuite. We receive almost 80+ online orders a day and it would take hours of manual data entry if we didn't have this part of the integration.

"Celigo’s integrator.io"

What do you like best?

Deliverability, ease of use and most important customized solution. We love the way they ansewr the questions or any issues we have. Initially we were very skeptical but the CEO and the entire team helped us fully understand the system and the implementation was a cakewalk.

What do you dislike?

Till now, we have not faced any issues apart from some minor errands. Although we have been using this for less than a year now but till now there were not many major problems. Yes, there were some issues came after the initial setup but those were sorted out pretty quickly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Strongly recommend Celigo to all if you want out of the box service, best technology in the category and above all ease of use with competitive pricing.

"Celigo are the best integration partner"

What do you like best?

Easy to use software, excellent customer service and the knowledge base online is excellent. Working with Celigo is the best experience i have ever had working on integration projects. I highly recommend working with Celigo for any and all integration needs.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, as a customer I could give some minor pointers that would help improve UI/UX. Such as being able to export all of json errors with a click of a button. But overall just keep doing what you are doing.

1. 3pl integration with NetSuite

2. Shopify integration with NetSuite

3. Magneto 2 EE integration with NetSuite

To be honest, we have other integration partners too, my only regret is not finding Celigo earlier and using them for all of our integration needs.

"Fantastic Connector"

What do you like best?

Amazing implementation and support staff and great out of the box solutions for all our ecomm & fulfillment software.

What do you dislike?

Used to struggle with support hours (we're on the east coast), but updated support hours have solved that. The legacy connectors didn't really allow us to manage flows and errors, or update mappings and schedules, but since moving to the new IO platform, we can easily manage all these tasks and make updates on our own, without having to submit a support ticket.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you use a lot of manual processes to update product listings, copy tracking or other data into ecomm sites, etc., check out a Celigo solution. They will save you a lot of time and headaches.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company has experienced incredible growth over that past 4-5 years - adding several new product lines and websites and marketplaces - and Celigo has been a huge help managing this growth by automating processes and playing nice with our ERP.

"Celigo has helped automate a complex environment"

What do you like best?

The Celigo integration and support teams have been critically involved in all of our NetSuite integrations. In regards to NetSuite integrations, they are hands down some of the best prepped and informed people I've met.

We integrate with a number of third-party marketplaces as well as third-party shipping solutions, payment solutions, and other various enterprise-level applications. Celigo has helped ensure the integrations have little to no downtime and are working in tip-top shape!

What do you dislike?

Celigo's original connectors were a bit... cumbersome and outdated. They have since developed a new platform titled Integrator.io. Integrator.io is easy to use and can be customized to meet your specific company needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't think. Just do. Celigo will NOT disappoint you if you need to integrate anything with NetSuite.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to reduce our time from order (on any of our marketplaces) to shipping from 4 days to a single day. This was a great achievement within our company and has helped us focus on what we should be focused on... GROWTH.

"Greatest technical implementation for our company"

What do you like best?

The ease of use, the incredible support, and the efficiencies it has provided us across all access of our business. My team can act as an internal IT department with no coding experience necessary.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing to dislike about Celigo's integrator.io.

Go with the extra support package, it's worth every penny. You will save your business on engineers and outside development teams which far exceed the cost.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have automated almost everything we possibly can with Celigo's integrator.io. From real time inventory and order flows to an automated batch return customization, Stio has saved days, weeks and months of work as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars (and not to mention customer retention).

"Excellent service and product"

What do you like best?

The Celigo team was great to work with during our implementation. Peggy and Mannan worked well together and with us, and the Celigo service as a whole is already a great product with lots of potential. The team over there is very responsive and has a grasp not only on the data flows, mapping, and their API features, but best practices for each sales channel and an advanced understanding of NetSuite which is important.

What do you dislike?

The only negative here and it's not really a negative is the "new-ness" of the company. We were coming from Channel Advisor as our previous marketplace integration and there are still some features Celigo has not rolled out yet that we did have previously in Channel Advisor. But at the same time, there are features in Celigo that were not available in Channel Advisor. They are constantly updating the connectors though and during our implementation they pointed out places where new features were on the roadmap

We are using Celigo for integrating our NetSuite account with all of our online sales channels. It is essential for us to keep clean records of product data, automate the order import process, and ensure proper inventory counts.

"Full Contorl yet Easy to Use - Celigo Integrator IO"

What do you like best?

1. Easy to use. The setup and initial implementation is very quick.

2. Good control on the data flow and configuration. The system is highly customize-able and highly control-able as a user.

3. Celigo's support team is great. They are very helpful and quick to respond.

4. Celigo handles NetSuite upgrades well, which often is a problem for our other partners.

What do you dislike?

1. Documentations about the fields are often missing.

2. We had experienced data flow interruption after Celigo's bundle upgrades. Some field mapping, especially default value settings got "wiped out" from the bundle upgrades.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Celigo is a great tool for integration with database or ERP system, but it will need to have knowledgeable staff on board to ensure taking full advantage of this tool.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. We use smart connectors to connect multiple eCommerce customers to exchange order data, shipping data, payments, etc. It helps greatly to reduce time invested in order monitoring and followup.

2. We also use a standalone flow to publish live data feeds from NetSuite via complex searches to FTP sites, which NetSuite web services cannot accomplish.

"Integration with Speed, Reliability and Convenience!"

What do you like best?

Quickly setup new integration flows.

Easy to add/update field mapping. Supports custom field value lookup.

Highly reliable connectors.

Tons of off-the-shelf connectors available.

What do you dislike?

At times I wouldn't get accurate documentation on field mapping. For example, mapping different boolean values (1 vs F vs true, etc.) across systems. Customer support can easily help with such requirements though.

Celigo proserve team is very knowledgeable and efficient to work with.

We use celigo to:

1. Integrate Salesforce and NetSuite. It syncs orders, opportunities, accounts, contact and other custom records. Celigo Financial custom records in salesforce has proved very helpful and cost effective for us.

2. 3PL custom integration flow to exchange shipping info.

We are impressed with Celigo's reliable connection and self-service customization.

"Smooth implementation from a great implementation team at Celigo!"

What do you like best?

The implementation team were fantastic. The project manager was highly communicative and available throughout the project, ensuring meetings stayed within time and only scheduling meetings when necessary.

The developer who was working on our particular custom script was very knowledgeable and easily understood our business requirements. The script was designed, built and tested by the developer and through regular meetings, we were able to tweak the script as required for our business.

At one point during the implementation, when we thought the script was ready for release, we realized there was one requirement that had been overlooked. Celigo were very happy to go back to the script to make the necessary adjustments, despite the fact we were very close to signing off on the project.

We were given a walkthrough of integrator.io by someone else on the Celigo team. This individual was clearly very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions during the demonstration.

Overall, we had a great experience with Celigo and would happily work with them again.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there is not much to say here. The one small criticism is that the project took a little longer than we had anticipated, but that was in part due to additional requirements that become apparent during the project and had not been identified in the initial scoping.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking to synchronize data between NetSuite and our support ticketing system, Celigo. This synchronization now runs smoothly with minimal maintenance required. We are considering using Celigo again for future integrations, following our great experience the first time around.

"Easy to manage once you get up and running"

What do you like best?

The integration has a bit of a learning curve, but that's expected with how complex it is (SF and NetSuite). once you get it up and running, however, managing the integration and errors is pretty straightforward. They have support available which is nice, they've been a little tough to work with, but better than other support I've dealt with.

What do you dislike?

I never really like when something like support is offered, but not that great to work with. It seems like every ticket we open turns into a whole back and forth and there is a lot requested of us for the support to even look into an issue. We have had a ticket outstanding for months with no resolution.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have the integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. We're solving for our billing. We have seen massive benefits from integrating the two systems. We had a process ran by operations previously (startup company) but transitioned it over to our accounting department - clearing up a lot off of sales and ops.

"Happy user"

What do you like best?

It's reliable and easy to use. It's basically set and forget which is a very nice change. The interface is clean and intuitive so even my non technical staff are able to monitor it.

What do you dislike?

1) We use the Shopify to Netsuite integration. I wish upstream inventory was faster and more targeted. Because the inventory flow runs for every SKU in the store, it can take some time to complete, so it can only be run a few times a day. I would much prefer that an item receipt (from a Purchase Order or Customer Return) triggered an inventory sync on those particular products so inventory levels could be updated more frequently.

2) The refund flow is designed in such a way that refunds that do not involve a return are impossible or require a not very elegant hack. For example, a customer asks for a retrospective price match or forgot to use a coupon. To refund them $20 without involving inventory returns is not possible.

The implentation can take quite a while. Plan accordingly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use the Shopify to Netsuite integration. Previously we had built our own using Heroku which was buggy and opaque. When errors happened we wouldn't know about it until too late etc. The main benefits of Celigo is it's reliability and open, easy to use/understand interface. Errors still happen but they are easy to see and fix. We focus on our business now, not worrying about API connections going down.

What do you like best?

Simplicity and modern look, easy to use and navigate

What do you dislike?

Cannot see formula fields

Syncs duplicate when refreshing or upgrading Salesforce

Implementation team (not very helpful, I would suggest implementing on your own or with a consulting firm their internal team was hard to work with)

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure Celigo meets your use case, we realized that a few months in it could not do everything we want. We also should of defined requirements better.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving an integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, bi-directional. We have seen the most benefit from Salesforce to NetSuite and not so much when it comes from NetSuite. It solves basic point to point integration and thats where we see the use cases, for more robust integrations we have seen some limitations.

"Great connector Amazon"

What do you like best?

The product is easy to understand and easily to change settings on internally rather than having to go through support. Their implementation team is also awesome!

What do you dislike?

I can't think of much! The implementation took a few more weeks than we would've liked, but there were good reasons for that, so it wasn't a big deal.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to have data flowing between NetSuite (our ERP) and Amazon without having to do much manual work. This has absolutely been the case, and our team is seeing great efficiencies and time savings.

"Straightforward Integration"

What do you like best?

Celigo offers a high level of customization and control that makes managing your integration pretty easy to do.

What do you dislike?

The user interface was not as clean or as easy to understand when getting set up. Support tickets would require a lot of back and forth to get a solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I'd highly recommend the product. It works well, it's easy to manage, and there's plenty of onboarding and support available.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have put in place an integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. We sync opportunities over to NetSuite Sales Orders for billing purposes. For a small organization, Celigo has helped streamline our closed opp to billing flow, this has been hugely beneficial for me. I used to have to manage customer billing manually, so being able to do it automatically has been crucial.

"The Celigo integrator.io product is incredibly easy to configure and use."

What do you like best?

Aside from the ease of actually setting up the integrations, the visibility it gives to the individual connections and the ability we, as users, have to go in and trouble shoot any errors that may occur.

What do you dislike?

Only real issue I've had is sometimes the errors themselves can be generic, and as a result not all that helpful.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you prefer to have the ability to be hands on with your integrations/connections, then the integrator.io product is fantastic. It's easy to use and has been a huge time saver for our organization.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were sending a lot of information manually from our website, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com to our warehouse. The integrator.io product has completely automated the order to fulfillment process for those three platforms and has freed up our time to focus on running and growing the business.

What do you like best?

The people are great. Our main contact Heather is always on top of our account. The engineers are good to work with as well.

What do you dislike?

I wish they had some more features, like a repricer. Having yo use a secondary repricer adds to our workload.

Celigo is great for our company and it's size. It gives us room to grow, but they treat us just like one of the big guys.

"Straight implementation between NetSuite to SalesForce Commerce Cloud"

What do you like best?

Easy to implement and at a reasonable cost. Some technical knowledge is required but there is no need to have a developer.

Good Support.

What do you dislike?

There are some gaps in the base connector, like promotions and discounts. The interface has room for improvement but for most companies should work without big customization.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Extend the functionality in the SalesForce Commerce Cloud connector to cover the integration of coupons, promotions and discounts

Review the product flow to consider different item setups.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Moderate cost to integrate our eCommerce platform with our ERP and in a very short period of time.

- No need to have a developer to maintain the product and make changes when necessary

- Having a small IT department, we rely in Celigo for the bi-annual NetSuite upgrades and to ensure there will be no disruptions.

The UI and platform is very easy-to-use. When customizing flows, field names populate automatically from Salesforce and NetSuite. You don't have to manage obscure ID names which can be confusing for non-technical users.

What do you dislike?

We'll occasionally see one-off "flow errors" where transactions and/or objects do not sync between Salesforce and NetSuite. Generally requires an "edit/save" in the transaction on one platform or the other to remedy.

"Solid Integration Platform for Business"

What do you like best?

There were plenty of options for customization and field mappings. This was necessary for our business.

What do you dislike?

The process to set up your integration is quite lengthy. It took us over 6 weeks to get everything set up. If you are looking for a self-serve solution, this is NOT it.

Integrator.io allows us to automatically sync all of our Amazon and Walmart orders and customer data with our CRM platform. This helps us keep track of financials and order fulfillment in one central database for all of our selling platforms.

"Connect anything to NetSuite simply!"

What do you like best?

The integrator.io platform has a proprietary RESTlet in NetSuite that allows the integrator.io interface to map to virtually any record in NetSuite. They have even found a way to include sub-records and sublists. Also, new feature are constantly being added (such as ability to review resolved errors, etc.).

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the UI can be a bit buggy on loading certain screens (such as Integration Tiles or Field Mapping), but it doesn't happen often. Scheduling could use a bit more robustness.

"Great integrator from SFDC to NetSuite"

What do you like best?

Celigo makes syncing standard objects from Salesforce to NetSuite very straightforward. We have a ton of custom fields and objects in SFDC and we were able to successfully get all relevant information over to NetSuite.

What do you dislike?

We do seem to hit SOQL limits in Salesforce every so often due to the connector, but we also have a lot of automation and many third-party packages working in our instance simultaneously.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting financial/opportunity information from Salesforce to NetSuite. We've been able to more accurately calculate and process ARR.

"Reliable and Resonsive"

What do you like best?

The Customer Service team is always willing to take the time to explain and walk me through how to execute something.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, it can be hard getting other vendors of ours to work directly with them. Celigo is willing to do so, but others are not. It can make it challenging.

Definitely get to know the CS team. They are super helpful and you will get the same people each time.

We use it to quickly process orders for our customers. What is amazing is during a large data flow day, and Netsuite can't handle the bandwidth we are dealing with, Celigo allows us to turn off specific data flows to allow for us to remedy a delay in another system.

"Celigo’s integrator.io"

What do you like best?

Deliverability, ease of use and most important customized solution. We love the way they answer the questions or any issues if we have any. Initially we were skeptical to go but the CEO and the entire team helped us fully understand the system and the implementation was a cakewalk.

What do you dislike?

Till now, we have not faced any issues apart from some minor errands. Although it is less than a year but honestly, we have not faced any situation where we forced to think about why we brought the platform negatively. Still there are rooms for improvement in terms of pricing and backend support.

Best in the service. Will recommend to all who would like best services, customized solution, out of the box services and inexpensive solutions.

"Very Satisfied"

What do you like best?

Smart connectors are very customizable, extensible and offer a variety of capabilities to connect with Netsuite. Customer support is quick and thorough in their responses.

What do you dislike?

some logic can be complicated to set up. Otherwise, very easy to configure and manage. I'd prefer additional documentation for handlebar logic

Make full use of your time with consultants and integration specialists. Do your homework before to ensure that you are up to speed on basic usage of the product.

"Premium Pricing, but you get what you pay for"

What do you like best?

I really liked the ease of working with them as we set up one of the integrations. They offer many different customizations, but we are currently using the integration for NetSuite to 3PL & 3PL back to NetSuite. I love their user interface (Integrator.io) once this was completed. I can easily go in there and schedule the data flows to run or manually run them if necessary, view errors, and get help as necessary.

What do you dislike?

This really is a pricey service. We wanted to use many of the other services they offer, but many of them have a high upfront cost, as well as a high reoccurring monthly fee.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is expensive so really look into whether this will save you money in the long run. However, please don't let the price scare you completely because the service we use is really worth it for us.

All of our sales orders flow into NetSuite through different services. We are then able to send them from NetSuite to our warehouse. The tracking and shipping confirmations get sent back to NetSuite from our warehouse through Celigo's integration.

"Celigo knows their product which made for a painless, seamless integration."

What do you like best?

Celigo somehow made integrations into NetSuite seem easy, and having completed multiple integrations with other companies know this is not true. The support after going live has been great. Their tool allows me to handle most issues myself without having to contact support.

What do you dislike?

I have not had a subpar experience with Celigo.

Celigo can do more than is shown at face value, they can integrate almost anything with an available API with the only limitations being the data provided.

We are integrating our Website and POS, from orders, to fulfillment, to accounting. We have not only saved a lot of time, but this has allowed us to do more things that we previously did not think we would be able to do.

"Successfully Using Celigo / integrator.io for Multiple Integrations"

What do you like best?

Setting up integrations with Celigo/integrator.io is extremely easy. Their systems offer a point-and-click interface, which allows for easy mapping of fields for even the least tech-savvy companies.

If you ever run into an issue, the support team has come a long way in terms of responsiveness, and there is a nice library of help files for those who prefer self-service.

What do you dislike?

Upon first engaging with the company, I didn't understand all of the resources that were available to me, and it wasn't readily apparent how to troubleshoot issues.

Since engaging with the Customer Success team, however, I can't believe how much information was available to me all along

We initially discovered Celigo in an effort to helps us exchange information with our 3PL, and that integration has been working with very little maintenance for 3 years now. What used to be a manual process has been entirely automated, saving us time and reducing errors.

Recently we've used the Amazon-NetSuite connector in order to better recognize revenue from sales made on Amazon and report within NetSuite on activity happening outside the system.

What do you like best?

Celigo delivers high-quality solutions that help our company work smarter and more efficiently. Their integrator IO solutions allows our e-commerce presences to speak with our Netsuite account and keeps everything working smoothly.

What do you dislike?

Celigo's solutions are not inexpensive - I'm not sure what could be done here but their integrations are an expense that has to be considered.

"Solid service product to bridge the gap"

What do you like best?

Integrator IO allows companies that have limited technical staff to integrate their business solutions with their business partners and vendors without a ton of custom programming. Most of the time using your existing ERP system this product can easily cover various types of solutions or integrations with already available options.

What do you dislike?

Depending on how many flows you use, what size your business is or how you're using this product to develop revenue, the cost of the product may not align with your needs. It's not expensive for most, however, it's something that smaller companies need to maximize use for to make sense.

If it fits your budget then this product is a great source especially when the need to pull from Netsuite or another supported ERP system and transmit data to vendors, suppliers or customers.

"Great stuff"

What do you like best?

I like how it is easy and efficient it is to use, very nice software i would use it for more stuff if i could. Very impressed with support as welll. Hard to find that level of training.

What do you dislike?

There are still some help windows that do not have any information in them. Also support when asking questions was like they were speaking another question. Then they would respond to questions asking if i enjoyed their fix for their solution. Very weird.

Run a trial period, you will likely need help getting pointed in the right direction. Use your intergration specialist, he always had an answer.

What do you like best?

Product still has room for improvement, primarily to make details of the connection more visible during the development phase.

What do you like best?

Support and onboarding is top notch, five star. They are invested in helping you get the most out of your subscription. They offer many smartconnectors to fit your business needs.

What do you dislike?

Variable mapping could be improved, you have to write complicated syntax if you want to map variables into NetSuite.

We no longer have to manually input orders from Shopify into NetSuite. This reduces manual labor and input errors.

"Celigo is best connector to communicate with Netsuite using basic excel"

What do you like best?

Celigo Empowers your Excel it makes it so simple to use NetSuite out of the Box. Celigo Cloud extent connector is awesome. It is simple easy to use and perfect customer support. you cannot ask more in that price. It is probably most efficient way to work with Netsuite even if you have minimal knowledge with netsuite.

What do you dislike?

I have asked for some features like, auto sync, auto refresh of saved searches.

I would definitely recommend this product to my friends who are having hard time with NetSuite. NetSuite is overly complicated system.

"A must have tool for those who use use Netsuite and have to handle many Data Feeds"

What do you like best?

Celigo allows our eCommerce department to seamlessly work with out accounting and inventory management system.

Our accountants love it and so does our operations director.

Being able to import all fees from amazon and keep inventory parity across all of our warehouse locations is invaluable when you have a large company.

Our services division uses the IO Smart Connectors to integrate with our Call billing platform.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing really to dislike about the integrator.io service, it just works.

Support has been great to lend a hand and they go above and beyond to help in weird scenarios.

Just do it, if this suits your needs do not hesitate to jump on board.

"Celigo is great"

What do you like best?

The inter-connectivity that Celigo brings to an office is invaluable. It integrates flawlessly with the program we use in our office which in turn helps to streamline communication between workers.

What do you dislike?

Celigo has some bugs that are mildly inconvenient. It will stop working on occasion which requires one to log out of their email or if that doesn't work they must delete their cookies. The time this takes can be inconvenient.

Celigo allows for greater accountability within the office and with our customers. Any communication is readily available in our program because of Celigo which allows us to help our customers and each other in a timely and concise manner.

"It does the trick"

What do you like best?

It's a relatively open platform. You're not locked in to a set of pre-configured black boxes, you have the option to create and manage your own integrations with tools that range from an intuitive GUI to a permissive API.

What do you dislike?

Documentation in Customer Compass is sometimes hit or miss. Good for high-level overviews or very common issues, but leaves a bit to be desired for more detailed explanatory info.

Integrations with NetSuite and all the big retailers. It's relatively low maintenance after setup, and the dashboard gives at-a-glance overview of how everything's running. Simple way to get data in and out of our ERP on demand or on schedule.

"Simple to use Cloud connector tool!"

What do you like best?

The simplicity in mapping data fields makes it very easy to identify which fields will be populated and updated from which field in the application it is being connected to.

What do you dislike?

slightly difficult to navigate. took me a while to understand the setup of flows and orchestrations. Was eventually able to figure it out.

"Great Experience"

What do you like best?

Celigo always provides excellent support during and after the implementation process. Our support rep. was there day and night making sure our implementation and integration would run smoothly.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to complain about. The connector works like a charm and is perfectly suited for our needs. The only is the timeframe was a bit drawn out due to some issues on our end. But overall an excellent experience.
