## About Celigo
Celigo is the intelligent automation platform built for the AI era. An enterprise-ready iPaaS, Celigo helps organizations unify applications, automate complex operations, and scale digital ecosystems. The platform supports cloud integration, SaaS integration, enterprise application integration, and agentic automation under a single governance model. The platform is accessible to both business teams and developers — anyone can build, configure, and maintain integrations through natural language, while technical teams retain full control over architecture, security, and extensibility. Through an extensive library of 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, organizations can rapidly integrate systems such as ERP, CRM, ecommerce, finance, and support platforms — including NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Shopify — while maintaining flexibility for custom integrations and advanced API management. Celigo supports a wide range of enterprise integration scenarios including ERP integration, CRM integration, B2B integration, and EDI (electronic data interchange) workflows. These capabilities allow organizations to streamline supplier, partner, and customer data exchange while ensuring reliable data integration across internal and external systems. Built-in tools for data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization ensure that information moves accurately and consistently between applications. What sets Celigo apart is its ability to span the full spectrum of automation — from deterministic, rules-based workflows to AI-driven decision-making — without requiring separate platforms or governance models. Celigo Agent Builder enables teams to create AI agents that reason and act across enterprise systems, with configurable guardrails that enforce business policy at runtime. Human-in-the-loop approvals ensure sensitive actions require explicit authorization before execution, and complete audit trails support compliance across every AI interaction. Celigo's MCP Server exposes enterprise capabilities through the Model Context Protocol, giving any AI agent — built inside Celigo or externally — secure, governed, auditable access to the full enterprise tech stack. This makes Celigo a foundational layer for enterprise AI orchestration, enabling organizations to connect external agents to internal systems without sacrificing control or visibility. Celigo Ora, the platform's natural language interface, makes the entire platform accessible through conversation. Anyone — including business teams without technical training — can build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations and automations by describing what they need in plain language. This eliminates the specialist bottleneck not just for building automations, but for ongoing maintenance and issue resolution as well. To accelerate deployment, Celigo offers fully managed Integration Apps and reusable integration templates that simplify common use cases such as order-to-cash automation, ecommerce integrations, and financial data flows. Centralized monitoring, runtime governance controls, and scalable architecture give enterprises full visibility into integration and automation processes while maintaining reliability and compliance. Designed for modern IT and operations teams, Celigo empowers enterprises to unify integration, automation, and AI on a single platform — scaling capacity without scaling headcount, and building a durable foundation for digital transformation across the entire application landscape.

## Celigo Reviews
 ### 1. Plug-and-Play Integrations with Great Error Visibility Across High-Volume Flows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has met our business needs by being very plug and play for many solutions across the board. We're able to easily apply different processes and flow easily into the integrator and be up and running fairly quickly. We have good visibility on error management, it can handle the large workload of all our different flows from Data warehouse, eCommerce, document parcing, and EDI.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The one thing we're waiting for is for Celigo to support order level metafields between Shopify and Netsuite. This would simply a couple of our flows and make life a tad easier without some customization we've had to create.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is our integrator between Shopify and Netsuite, our EDI solution, and a data transfer for our Data Warehouse solution to snowflake.

 ### 2. Simple, Customer-Focused Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas G. | Director Of Data Management Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The platform is simple and has a user-friendly interface. It stays focused on the key components that impact customers, without unnecessary complexity. It’s also open to suggestions and improvements when they make sense. The customer support structure is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Not much but Need to add more features like Master Data Hub

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the introduction of a new module like Data Ingestion, it will help speed up the implementation of AI tools for customers and make the overall rollout smoother.

 ### 3. Accelerates NetSuite Integrations with Integration Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cara C. | Technical Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Integration Apps are very helpful for integrating with NetSuite, and they cover most common use cases. The interface is also easy to use, both during implementation and during monitoring/maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For Integration Apps - some behaviors are not documented, and will have to coordinate to support to verify the behavior.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo speeds up integration work within NetSuite, which helps my team spend less time on the setup details and more time focusing on the bigger picture of the integration project.

 ### 4. Effortless Integrations with Robust Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Staff Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

This middleware provider is easy to use and offers a wide range of features. It comes with numerous prebuilt connection configurations for various enterprise software, making integration straightforward. Customer support is top notch when needed.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It would be great if some of the more advanced components were available in languages other than JavaScript. However, since Celigo typically does not require any coding, this is only a minor issue.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables integrations and automation across disparate data sources. It allows for ingesting reports from various origins and APIs, transforming and updating the data as needed, and then distributing it to multiple destinations for use by other resources.

 ### 5. Simplifies App Integrations with Helpful Celigo Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anoop I. | Senior Salesforce Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It simplifies integration between applications. The support provided by Celigo is also good—they help identify the issue and guide us in fixing the problems.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Debugging issues without opening a support ticket is difficult. Data visibility is minimal, which makes it harder to troubleshoot problems on my own.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with Salesforce and NetSuite using custom flows.

 ### 6. Very User-Friendly for Nontechnical Staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Merel J. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Its very user friendly to a non technical staff

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

as a developer, sometimes i wish things were a little more straight forward and not having to write 'pre and post' scripts. Like, i just want to look at my data and make it happen like i would with code, not have to do all these weird UI things. Also, Celigo updates a LOT with teh UI and i find that a little unnecessary and confusing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

API connections with trading parters and error handling

 ### 7. Effortless Integration and Power—A Must-Have Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose D. | Director, Information Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Easy to use and incredibly powerful at the same time. Has connectors and integration apps to many applications currently in market. Excellent training capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It's becoming harder to come up with reasons to dislike this tool. I think the only pending issue I have is that it's not easy to implement a do / while loop. Last time I tried this, it didn't work too well.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary use for this tool is integrating Shopify with NetSuite. Not only does Celigo have a standard app to accomplish this, but there are several templates for customized integrations between these two systems.

 ### 8. Visually organized flows and easy maintenance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo Z. | Gerente de ti, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Ease of maintenance, the flows remain visually organized

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

the cost in dollars, for those who are in Brazil, is quite burdensome

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helped me reduce costs and work with NetSuite since when the integration was done via SuiteScript everything was very complex, with Celigo this was made easier.

 ### 9. Flexible, Easy-to-Use Integrations with Minimal Coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a flexible and easy to use integration tool (iPaaS) that lets us build both simple and complex integration flows with minimal coding. It is also makes it easy to get reports and alerts on errors and with the auto resolve error mode it makes it the perfect tool to run an worry free Integration.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

To be able to get the most out of the product you will need to do some basic training, however the Celigo University training program is a great to quickly get trained and even certified.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of having to build an integration with scripts in NetSuite we can either start from an Integration Template or Integration app that gives us all the best practices out of the box. This saves us a lot of time to setup a new integration and still gives us the flexibility to customise the integration flow to our needs.

 ### 10. Responsive Support, Easy to Learn, and Strong Out-of-the-Box Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Support team has been great and responsive. Fairly easy tool to use and learn. Lots of different out of box integrations available. Performance is reliable but can run into scaling issues with lots of volume. Pricing is good.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

More custom flows require more coding and not every integration is easy to follow. Sometimes they put source first then destination, other times its destination first and you map to the source.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less technical way to integrate our Salesforce and NetSuite platform without using the APIs.

 ### 11. Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It provides a user-friendly interface for easily creating and maintaining integrations as well as managing data errors. The customer support has been amazing. They have always provided the solutions that I need when I've gotten stuck on something or needed assistance on how to add new functionality. Ticket resolution has been timely, and there is also good documentation available as well as learning resources.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost is the only disadvantage I see to Celigo and can make it cost prohibitive for some companies. But it could still be a good solution for a company who does not have or want to hire an additional professional to manage their iPaas since Celigo does provide good technical support.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of our major systems and ability to modify/tailor data flowing between these systems to meet our needs.

 ### 12. Benefits of using Celigo as your middleware in integrating platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

There are Integration Apps and templates in the Marketplace users can use as a starting point. No need to build everything from scratch. Users can just install IAs or templates and configure from there. Sometimes, if the requirements are not that complex, simple configuration already works.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Lacks documentation. Especially for users that are just exploring or trying to implement Celigo for the first time, while there is documentation available, it still lacks a lot of information. Also, support is more often than not not very helpful. Support tickets go for weeks or even months without any progress - always circling back asking for information that was already provided.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For clients that have specific requirements that fit the functionalities of Celigo, it's been very helpful, though still with some issues/hiccups. Since I'm a NetSuite consultant, instead of creating a RESTlet script in NetSuite to integrate with other platforms, Celigo has been really helpful in integrating both platforms easier - especially for those more stable ones like Amazon-NS or Shopify-NS integrations.

 ### 13. Fast Integrations with a Wide Range of Connectors and Script Types

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JOSE MIGUEL P. | Integration Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The quantity of connectors is a great feature for me. It’s fast to create integrations when you already have the client requirements. The variety of script types is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Thinking at a high level during development can be complicated because it’s hard to know what’s happening inside the connector. The debugging feature is great, but I think it can be better.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration beetwen systems when exist specific scenerios per each client

 ### 14. Intuitive UX with Reliable Real-Time NetSuite Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christos B. | Marketing Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Intuitive user experience. Deep integration with Netsuite. Real-time data syncs. Extremely reliable with predictable pricing.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Troubleshooting can be difficult at times because error messages are usually too generic and do not really point to the cause.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It connects disparate systems through various APIs, ensuring real-time data and enhanced decision making.

 ### 15. The best low-code iPaaS on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Owain W. | Systems Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's Integrator dashboard gives us an easy and quick way to check for problems with each of our integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is expensive - but scalable. If your company is small it may only be feasible if you're growing rapidly.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo tackles the often-complex challenge of integrating different cloud-based applications and systems. In many businesses, you might have separate platforms for things like sales, accounting, e-commerce, and customer service that don’t naturally “talk” to one another.
This makes it easier to automate or streamline tasks which are manual or repetitive, allowing you to grow your business without growing the headcount.

 ### 16. A powerful tool with huge capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Information Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a platform that is accessible to users of all different knowledge and skill levels. Whether building simple of complex flows, the interface is largely intuitive and help is on hand whether through documentation, customer support, trouble shooting sessions or user forum (connective). Error management and notifications add security to automating processes, with new releases adding functionality and improvements at regular intervals.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The user experience can be a little frustrating at times when building flows. Complex flows that have multiple branches can be awkward to set up, with constant manipulation of mock data needed to set up subsequent imports/filters/mappings.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo takes all of the data from different departments within the business and brings it together in one place. It performs multiple automations that keep things running smoothly and increase performance and efficiency. Celigo also powers our Shopify stores and various other marketplaces.

 ### 17. Great tool for automations, UX and CS are great. Enables to code without any coding ability.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan H. | Director Of Business Operations, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Their consultants were very helpful when we had to use them for a freelancing project. Their customer feedback team is very engaged! So easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Sales and pricing alignment. Ran into an issue when our yearly contract renewal came up. Our sales rep ended up resolving it amicably but was delayed and took time/attention away from other tasks.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connects Netsuite to our 3PL's and Shopify. Makes the coding very simple and easy to adjust on the fly.

 ### 18. User-Friendly and Efficient Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash P. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Its quite user friendly and efficient platform as its easy to use and understand. As a result, we’ve improved data accuracy, visibility, and overall operational efficiency across systems.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Nothing in particular, its quite user friendly and efficient platform.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us automate and streamline data integration between NetSuite, Shopify, and Amazon MCF. It eliminates the need for manual data entry by syncing orders, fulfillments, inventory, and product details in real time.

 ### 19. Great Product, time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Finance Transformation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

How easy it is to setup connections with the pre-built tools.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

That as a customer I'm not able to modify CAM myself.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use CAM to eliminate the need to manually post cash receipts. Since implementing CAM, we’re only manually matching about 7% of receipts, compared with 100% before.

 ### 20. Its very good with Netsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alvaro A. | Analista de aplicaciones, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Automate high-volume processes, reducing errors and freeing up time for strategic tasks.
celigo
Maintain data integrity across departments, especially in finance and supply chain operations.
celigo
Scale integrations as business needs evolve, without requiring extensive development resources

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Cost Increases: Celigo has recently raised its prices by over 150%, which has caused concern among users. Many were not informed in advance, leading to unexpected budget impacts.

Limited Transparency: Pricing changes and feature updates are not always well communicated, which can affect planning and trust.

Complex Licensing Terms: The licensing structure—especially for NetSuite Cloud Services—can be confusing. Additional features often require acceptance of supplemental terms, and Oracle reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

20231025 - Estimate_1283505 - Renovación Contrato Licencias 2023-2024
Performance Issues: Some users report occasional sync delays or errors, particularly when handling large volumes of data or custom scripts.

Support Responsiveness: While generally helpful, support can be slow during peak periods or for non-critical issues.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce errors in invoice and pricing data transfers (e.g., SAP ITP ↔ NetSuite flows).

Streamline reconciliation and reporting processes, especially for Sell-In and KE24 reports.

Maintain system stability even during bundle upgrades, thanks to robust token and connection management

 ### 21. Reliable, Scalable NetSuite–Shopify Integrations with Strong Monitoring Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has been a strong integration partner for us because it provides reliable, scalable connectivity between platforms like NetSuite and Shopify without requiring heavy custom development. The native NetSuite integration is especially valuable, and the monitoring tools give our team clear visibility into errors and transaction flows so we can manage issues quickly. It allows us to maintain a clean middleware architecture while still having the flexibility to adapt integrations as the business evolves.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can become complex quickly as integrations scale, and troubleshooting often requires deeper technical knowledge than initially expected. While the platform is powerful, some customizations feel less intuitive and can create dependency on outside consultants. Error handling visibility is helpful, but root cause analysis across multiple systems can still be time-consuming.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the problem of disconnected systems by acting as a reliable middleware layer between platforms like NetSuite and Shopify, eliminating manual data entry and reducing integration errors. It ensures orders, payments, inventory, and customer data move consistently and automatically between systems, which improves data accuracy and operational efficiency. For us, that means fewer reconciliation issues, faster order processing, better visibility into transaction flows, and a scalable integration architecture that supports growth without constantly rebuilding connections.

 ### 22. Easy to Use, Clear Error Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S. | Vice President - Corporate Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is easy to use and clearly indicates where there are errors.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Our connections fail quite often. However, I'm not sure that is a Celigo issue, but more, how the systems were configured within Celigo.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is connecting HubSpot to NetSuite. The workflow creates projects in NetSuite, eliminating a manual task.

Celigo is also used to connect HubSpot and OpenAir to NSAW. This allows us to have a central repository of data in that data warehouse for centralized reporting.

 ### 23. Easy Shopify-ERP Integration with Responsive, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Easy to use. We use it to connect Shopify to our ERP, and it’s quick to set up and run. It also has a good plan for small businesses like ours, and the support team is very responsive, active, and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For custom mapping, we would need help from a developer.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us sync and transfer sales orders from Shopify to our ERP in near real time. We also sync refunds and inventory from the ERP back to Shopify, which keeps everything aligned across both systems.

 ### 24. Easy to Use API with Good Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It's fairly easy to use even with minimal previous exposure to APIs. The documentation is pretty good, and the office hours we've attended have always been helpful. We self implemented and it went pretty well.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost can get exponential quick if you have multiple different endpoints. Sometimes it's hard to justify the additional cost for a very small process, even though it would be easy to automate.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of invoice/order creation which eliminates manual entry and reduces the likelihood of errors by removing the human. Primarily data exchange from one system to another. It is also creating payments for those integrations so that is saving our Accounting team a ton of time creating them manually.

 ### 25. Unmatched Flexibility for Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete G. | Netsuite Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The flexibility is amazing. With the right knowledge, you can pretty much do anything you need to from an integration stand-point.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The constant changes to the UI can be frustrating, especially when they sometimes feel like a step backwards in ease of use.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Celigo as a connection for many different processes between NetSuite and other applications, such as BigCommerce, Cash Application Management, Amazon, etc. Some are pre-built integrations, but most are custom setups. It really is a “jack of all trades” and has helped us tremendously with automating many different processes.

 ### 26. Flexible Integrations and Powerful Error Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Q. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Error handling is great and the ability to amend the payload and retry without going back to the source is very useful. It has great flexibility to either use a simple point and click interface or writing more advanced JavaScript integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Cost. We only use Celigo for mission-critical integrations due to the cost. If it were cheaper we would use it for everything.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Out of the box integrations with Netsuite and Shopify make it easy to get up and running very quickly, but the highly flexible platform also means it supports you as you grow and become more complex.

 ### 27. Extremely Responsive Team and a Fun, Supportive Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Senior Accounting Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The team! The Celigo team is always so lovely to work with. Extremely responsive, very kind and make the hard work fun!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Not much. For a beginner it is a tad complicated to grasp at first, but they provide resources and guidance to counter that.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo connects our Shopify stores directly to NetSuite. A simple check each month and we're good to go! We so rarely have any discrepancies. Celigo saves us so much manual work and time.

 ### 28. Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karamaneh W. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I can’t overstate how much leveraging Celigo in our business processes has transformed the way we work. The improved accuracy and efficiency have allowed us to replace manual data entry with more value-added tasks. As a result, we’ve been able to prevent costly mistakes, and we’ve even seen a boost in employee morale.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

No downsides for us! We are using a recommended partner so implementation has been a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The only downsides to Celigo are the premium pricing.

 ### 30. Fast, Flexible Integrations with Powerful Connectors and Custom Logic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo strikes the perfect balance between speed and flexibility - the pre-built connectors and intuitive interface let me build integrations quickly, while the ability to add custom JavaScript and advanced logic means I'm never limited when requirements get complex. The built-in error handling and monitoring also make maintaining integrations much easier than other platforms I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo is powerful overall, the debugging experience could be improved - tracing data through complex flows with multiple branches can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo eliminates the need to build custom integrations between NetSuite, HubSpot, and Zendesk. I can quickly deploy reliable, bidirectional data syncs using pre-built connectors, saving weeks of development time and ensuring our teams always have accurate cross-system data.

 ### 31. Powerful, Easy Data Sync That Centralized Our Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has been a super powerful tool for our team. Especially for those of us with not much technical experience. We have been able to sync data between platforms and centralize all reporting. This has helped us do fewer manual exports from multiple spreadsheets and have everything in a single place, simplifying processes and saving time!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Initially, I had a hard time setting up more complex integrations (like Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4 to a centralized dashboard) since it was my first time using an integration platform. But once I got more familiar with the platform, managing integrations and workflows became easier.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us solve the problem of a disconnect between systems. It essentially helps connect all of our tools to centralize into one data source.By doing this, it also helps us avoid manual errors, reduces manual work, and saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It makes integration much easier. It’s genuinely intuitive to use, and it helps make the workload feel more manageable overall.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There are some features that aren’t very customizable, which can create a few roadblocks. However, with a bit of experience, you learn how to work around them.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s basically B2B automation. Many processes can be automated, which makes it helpful for a wide range of business workflows and day-to-day operations.

 ### 33. Effortless Integrations with Powerful Preset Connectors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oat A. | Netsuite Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

All of the preset connectors and predefined API operations makes it very quick and easy to spin up integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I love many things about Celigo; hard to say I have dislikes. However, I do have wishlist items:
I wish there was version control/have the ability to roll back to a previous version of various components like scripts/maps/transformations etc.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo saves me a ton of time and money from having to hire a contract developer to hand roll API connections. I can get an integrations tested and deployed by the time I can schedule a meeting with a developer.

 ### 34. User-Friendly and Efficient Platform I Love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

The drag and drop tools is simple to use and creating or expanding integrations dont take much time. Overall it improve our data accuracy and give better visibility and make our work more smooth across systems.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Nothing in particular its quite user friendly and efficient platform.

Celigo is solving the problem of disconnected systems and manual data entry. It help us save time reduce errors and keep the business data in sync automatic.

 ### 35. MS Microsoft and Pincone intergration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ N. | INTERGRATION SPECIALIST, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Their strong knowledge of the iPaaS platform and willingness to adjust costs to meet the needs of our small company have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I believe Celigo could enhance their engagement communication. It took quite a while to receive a confirmed start date, which was frustrating. Throughout the project, I found myself needing to request updates on what had been completed. I feel the experience would been if I received a project update or demo each week, outlining what was accomplished, what is planned for the following week, and a summary of hours billed and remaining.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently in the process of integrating our Microsoft documentation using OpenAI with a Pinecone database, and utilizing Microsoft Teams as the user interface to retrieve data from Pinecone.

 ### 36. Powerful yet Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffery H. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Over the years, Celigo has continuously made the product more powerful while keeping the basic features easy to use. Has connections for any system we have thought about using.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While still more affordable than comparable competition, costs continue to increase each year.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Great platform with both easy to use, simple features as well as more advanced complex features for users that need more powerful data transformation along with integration to almost any endpoint.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations going to or coming from NetSuite. We also use the iPaaS for some other unrelated systems.

 ### 37. Outstanding Customer Support and Implementation Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shari B. | Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Good customer service. Giao, our implementor was great to work with. Our account manager, Matthew is very helpful. The Customer Support Team is very good as well. I especially like working with Jeka.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There are still a few issues from the implementation that need to be resolved. Finding the time to work with Celigo to address these problems has been challenging. It would have been better if everything had been working correctly before our engagement ended.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We transfer our customers from our main database to various third-party applications to maintain consistency across all our systems.

 ### 38. Intuitive, Fun, and Exceptionally Good Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The training provided is excellent, and the documentation is clear and helpful. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, making it enjoyable to work with. The team is also very friendly and always willing to assist.

I use celigo almost everyday. The number of integrations are very good, and setting up new ones are super easy. Implementation is fun.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

At times, finding a solution can be quite time-consuming because the platform is so specific. Getting technical assistance from customer support is also quite difficult, as it isn't very accessible. As a result, I often feel confused about what to do and usually end up turning to AI for help instead.

Lastly, the cost is very high.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting different software, and connecting high volume data.

 ### 39. iPaaS and API Management solution for Netsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is quite user-friendly, and there is a wealth of help articles and learning modules available for those just starting out. I first encountered Celigo after it had already been implemented, so I wasn't familiar with how to use it at the beginning. However, the customer support and the help sections were very helpful and guided me through the process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can sometimes feel a bit code-intensive. It’s important to have at least a basic understanding of how mapping functions in order to use it effectively.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We required an integration between our membership database, Aptify, and our ERP system, Netsuite, to accurately record all of our membership activities. Additionally, after launching a new Shopify store, we needed to ensure that activities from Shopify were also integrated with Netsuite.

 ### 40. Seamless Integrations and Reliable Data Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel F. | Director of Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We use Celigo to integrate Salesforce, Bill.com, and our marketplace with NetSuite. The setup provides a seamless experience across all systems, and the interface makes it easy to track and fix any sync errors that come up. It’s given us real peace of mind knowing NetSuite stays the single source of truth for all our financial data. Overall, Celigo has made our operations smoother and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Overall we have had a positive experience and I would not note anything that we have disliked.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo gives us confidence that NetSuite remains our single source of truth for financial data, which is critical for reporting accuracy and compliance. It’s significantly reduced our manual workload and improved visibility across teams.

 ### 41. Reliable and Easy to Use, but NetSuite Saved Searches Limit Database-Level Flexibility

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle E. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Its Reliable and the user interface is very easy to use. They have alot of stock integrations that help to build out flows quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There really isn't any downsides to utilizing Celigo. I do wish they worked at a database level with NetSuite instead of using saved searches for information.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating payments to our bank with netsuite. It has been hugely beneficial as they did not have an integration when we originally setup

 ### 42. Connection Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles C. | Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Connecting to multiple endpoints is straightforward, and the complexity of the setup really depends on how the user approaches it.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One aspect of Celigo that I find challenging to debug is that the program only logs errors and does not record successful flows. I believe adding logs for successful flows would be a valuable improvement, as it would help users with debugging and verifying data.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main advantages is the ability to connect various APIs and platforms together, which is a significant benefit.

 ### 43. My experience with celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarik O. | edi team lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It’s easy to work with, and the user experience is smooth. The documentation is updated every time, and it explains the processes from A to Z.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

So far, I haven’t run into anything critical. The only improvement I’d suggest is extending the time range covered in the debug log, since it would make troubleshooting easier.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order to cash process from e-commerce to netsuite

 ### 44. Great Implementation Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack H. | Systems Integration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I had the best implementation consultation team. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me gain a firm grasp on how the software worked and its capabilities as well as programming assistance.

The software is a powerful tool with many features that have helped greatly in our migration away from our VAN to the iPaaS platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The AI references depreciated functions so it can be hit or miss. It's also a bit pricy.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently switching both EDI providers as well as WMS and TMS softwares to something more modern which includes X12 EDI and API connections. Celigo's been instrumental in achieving our goal of being a more modern warehouse with our software needs.

 ### 45. Seamless NetSuite–Jira Sync with Customizable Connectors and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Pre-built connectors: The NetSuite and Jira integrations came with solid templates that we could customize to our specific workflows, saving us weeks of development time
Real-time syncing: Data flows between systems seamlessly, ensuring our finance and operations teams are always working with current information
Error handling: The monitoring and error management tools make it easy to catch and resolve issues before they impact business processes
Support team: Their customer success team has been responsive and knowledgeable when we've needed technical guidance

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The learning curve on the more advanced features can be steep, and the platform can feel complex when building custom flows. Better documentation with more real-world examples would be helpful.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Celigo to bridge our NetSuite ERP with Jira Service Management, and it's been a game-changer for our operations. The platform has significantly reduced manual data entry and improved visibility across our business and IT teams.

 ### 46. Best value for money, user-friendly and versatile platform for everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henk K. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Very very user friendly and accessible by both technical and business users. And it's very versatile, we can build everything we think of.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

No dislikes, just a very good platform that continuously evolves.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a big variety of business processes across a wide landscape of systems. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, Product Information Management, and many more.

 ### 47. Celigo Streamlined Our Operations and Eliminated Manual Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like that Celigo simplifies and automates data flows between NetSuite and other platforms without requiring heavy custom scripting. It’s saved our team significant time and eliminated manual data entry errors.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The platform is robust, which means configuration requires attention to detail. That’s not a negative, but it does mean success depends on good planning and understanding your data structure.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us automate data flow between NetSuite and multiple external systems — including e-commerce platforms. It eliminates repetitive manual entry, reduces the likelihood of human error, and provides us with real-time visibility into orders and inventory. The result is faster processing, cleaner data, and more time for our team to focus on higher-value work, rather than troubleshooting integrations.

 ### 48. Easy to Use, Reliable, and Great for Multi-Faceted Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keri c. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Very easy to use and reliable. It works well for businesses with multiple facets, and it’s a solid fit when you need something that can support different parts of your operation without getting complicated.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Sometimes the errors aren’t always straightforward, but most of them come from users not mapping things out before the import. It’s not Celigo’s fault.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to bring our orders into our system easily.

 ### 49. When integrating multiple platforms, Celigo addresses the gap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

For me the best about Celigo is the ease of integrating multiple different platforms as they have a comprehensive list of applications that are readily available to configure and if you have any questions Customer Support is very responsive to any questions.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There is a learning curve in setting up custom integrations/flows, although most of the time there are Integration Apps available which are out of the box pre-configured with minimal setup needed

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me Celigo addresses the complexity of integrating multiple platforms/systems, this addresses the management and maintenance effort you would need to do since everything is in one place.

 ### 50. Celigo integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shamas S. | Support Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how it helps with complex integrations but most importantly automates workflows between systems.

It saves time and helps us confidently monitor processes.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Here are a few things:

Pricing structure - potentially expensive
Costs can grow.
Learning the system can be overwhelming at start.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here are some:

reliable business operations because systems stay in sync automatically which is brilliant for us as business.

As a business, we continue to grow or add new platforms, we can onboard them more smoothly without overloading IT resources.

Overall, Better decision-making thanks to up-to-date and consistent data across tools.
