I love how easy it is to use the platform and how helpful the support team is when I run into issues.

Building custom connectors can be a challenge because it will sometimes be clunky, but the prebuilt connectors are amazing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Celigo to connect our payments platform to our student portals to allow students a way to pay for their books, classes, etc while staying in a secured environment. It also helps us connect to external sites if students are paying with loans or grants

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is my go-to tool for workflow automation and it does not disappoint. I am able to learn one the go and when I need it. I can easily move my data from google suite to all of our other systems. This saves me hours of copy/paste time. The use cases are endless. The best part, one it is implemented, I rarely have to make updates. Everything just works.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

When a company changes their API, you often find out by getting errors in Celigo. It isn't always clear at first that the problem is with the other vendor and not Celigo. I wish there was AI embedded to make that more proactive. That would save me hours of troubleshooting.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great tool for moving data and for keeping a clean system of record. Helps us create a customer 360.

We value the ease of retrying record syncs and the having ability to easily add lookup steps in the flows to modify them as needed

You cannot view logs of successful record transfer, so if you have an event where a record processes successfully on Celigo but has issues in the destination platform, it's hard to investigate. Price scaling can be prohibitive to adding more systems at a reasonable price if you only need to perform very few lookup steps outside of your core platforms

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo connects our website to our ERP for inventory, product, price, transaction, customer sync. It also connects our shipping platform to our 3PL provider for order/shipment and status sync.

Celigo is getting easier and easier to use.  I started as a novice and I am finding that as the AI side starts to creep in it becomes less challenging to use.

Some of the errors need a log of investigating to discover the reason for the error, because the error reason doesn't indicate clearly the reason for the error.

UI is very confusing for someone who is not technical

It is connecting shopify to our Netsuite account. The flows are very helpful, but there is a lot of work we need to redo as it is not set up properly for our business and the errors are a bit confusing.

Flexibility and the ability to leverage new AI features, it's incredibly easy to use, implement and their customer support is fantastic. We use it every day to pull in our orders from Shopify and other sources.

There is an impressive range of solutions available to address nearly any processing challenge that might arise. Also, their support option Ask An Expert is a great resource to resolve issues and to learn how to optimize flows.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some upgrades and significant changes to the user interface are not clearly communicated. Additionally, implementing custom flows comes at a high cost, and there is a tendency to recommend third-party development instead.

We mainly use Celigo to handle Shopify and Amazon FBA processes, such as shipment billing, customer management, and payments, integrating all of this data into NetSuite.

Easy to get started with and configure. 
It offers options to manipulate data between systems using custom data structures and scripting.
Simple menu system to connect common systems.

It can be fiddly to go backward and forward between menus, but that's the price you pay for a highly configurable system I guess!

Connecting e-commerce to an ERP means less development time and fewer worries. It also makes it easier to track business processes and see where things might be failing.

The ease of use for implementation and integration. Their customer support was very helpful working with us on the initial set up. They made the process smooth and quick. It is now something we use everyday and have expanded our footprint multiple times throughout the year and a half we've been using Celigo.

One of the more frustrating issues is that resolving issues yourself can be challenging as the issue may not always be clearly stated.

I appreciate the pre-built connectors they have with our largest trading partners. The customer support team is extremely helpful. Celigo promptly notifies users if our trading partners are changing their integration standards and provides useful documentation to make the changes. We use Celigo on an everyday basis and it is a significant part of our business.

Sometimes the error handling is difficult for a non-technical user

Not sure if this would qualify as a 'problem', but Celigo is absolutely a business essential for us to conduct ecommerce with D2C orders.
