## About Celigo
Celigo is the intelligent automation platform built for the AI era. An enterprise-ready iPaaS, Celigo helps organizations unify applications, automate complex operations, and scale digital ecosystems. The platform supports cloud integration, SaaS integration, enterprise application integration, and agentic automation under a single governance model. The platform is accessible to both business teams and developers — anyone can build, configure, and maintain integrations through natural language, while technical teams retain full control over architecture, security, and extensibility. Through an extensive library of 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, organizations can rapidly integrate systems such as ERP, CRM, ecommerce, finance, and support platforms — including NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Shopify — while maintaining flexibility for custom integrations and advanced API management. Celigo supports a wide range of enterprise integration scenarios including ERP integration, CRM integration, B2B integration, and EDI (electronic data interchange) workflows. These capabilities allow organizations to streamline supplier, partner, and customer data exchange while ensuring reliable data integration across internal and external systems. Built-in tools for data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization ensure that information moves accurately and consistently between applications. What sets Celigo apart is its ability to span the full spectrum of automation — from deterministic, rules-based workflows to AI-driven decision-making — without requiring separate platforms or governance models. Celigo Agent Builder enables teams to create AI agents that reason and act across enterprise systems, with configurable guardrails that enforce business policy at runtime. Human-in-the-loop approvals ensure sensitive actions require explicit authorization before execution, and complete audit trails support compliance across every AI interaction. Celigo's MCP Server exposes enterprise capabilities through the Model Context Protocol, giving any AI agent — built inside Celigo or externally — secure, governed, auditable access to the full enterprise tech stack. This makes Celigo a foundational layer for enterprise AI orchestration, enabling organizations to connect external agents to internal systems without sacrificing control or visibility. Celigo Ora, the platform's natural language interface, makes the entire platform accessible through conversation. Anyone — including business teams without technical training — can build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations and automations by describing what they need in plain language. This eliminates the specialist bottleneck not just for building automations, but for ongoing maintenance and issue resolution as well. To accelerate deployment, Celigo offers fully managed Integration Apps and reusable integration templates that simplify common use cases such as order-to-cash automation, ecommerce integrations, and financial data flows. Centralized monitoring, runtime governance controls, and scalable architecture give enterprises full visibility into integration and automation processes while maintaining reliability and compliance. Designed for modern IT and operations teams, Celigo empowers enterprises to unify integration, automation, and AI on a single platform — scaling capacity without scaling headcount, and building a durable foundation for digital transformation across the entire application landscape.

## Celigo Reviews
 ### 1. Celigo the IPASS Solution for your business needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akber A. | Principal Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I love that the way they are building the pre-build app for Shopify, ShipStation, Magento 2, and other platforms helped me with my integration projects.
Instead of writing large amounts of code in javascript or other hooks, we mostly used what pre-build apps provide ease of using the integration. This helps faster the integration time and fast implementation.
Customer Support is really good when you get stuck somewhere, they can help you out.
Sometimes there are specific business requirements which not fulfilled by the integration app, and require us to develop custom logic.
Celigo stands out because it isn’t just an integration tool — it’s a complete automation platform that brings together iPaaS, API management, and EDI under one unified architecture. That combination is rare, and it’s exactly what makes Celigo powerful for modern enterprise integration.
In EDI You get modern EDI without the legacy overhead — perfect for retail, wholesale, and distribution companies that need reliability without complexity.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

These are the items I am looking for Celigo to improve in the future
1. Branching - the ability to move out of the branch something or delete the branch not delete the flows
2. Ability to call the lookup tables or cache objects

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Development of custom integration, with quick and fast implementation

 ### 2. Good Product that we look to build a long term relationship with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | SVP, Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The product set and breadth of prebuilt integrations are great. There are lots of hooks into common business applications that are well thought out in terms of how users are using these systems and what integrations would be meaningful. Where a hook doesn't exist, there are general connectors that can be used to connect to an API or database backend providing enormous flexibility. We use it to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite but are evaluating connection to ADP, ActiveCollab, AWS and a few other platforms we use internally.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Due to the leveraging of a 3rd party implementation service engaged by Celigo, we lost over six months of our initial one-year subscription due to delays and downtime. When it came to our renewal, we were initially told an extension couldn't be accommodated and since the licensing plan we purchased had been retired, we were looking at a very steep increase in pricing. Fortunately, after a few rounds of discussions and escalations, the Celigo team came back to the table with a very reasonable proposal. Selecting the right implementation service provider is extremely important to not only the finished product but the value received from your subscription. In the end, Celigo made it right and this is the type of business partner we value in the long term.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps to bridge the gap between our sales process in Salesforce and billing process in Netsuite. As opportunities close in Salesforce, Celigo pushes the data to Netsuite to create a sales order that can be billed to the customer and syncs back data from the renewal contract to the contract record in Salesforce. Going on four years in, the product is still very stable and we've slowly expanded usage into our Salesforce/Netsuite integration needs beyond the original project.

 ### 3. Expert help + timely results + automation = Success and profitability with a quickness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe P. | Manager of IT/Data/Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Establishing clear communication to deliver both education to the client and address the solutions with a customer service-focused front-facing staff is not uncommon in iPaas - but the team(s) at Celigo excel in this capacity. The experts at Celigo are numerous - but focused. The sheer pool of data sources, languages, and platforms provides many solution providers the opportunity to collaborate and work together for their customers. The offerings continue grow alongside the needs of the community.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The fact is there is very little to detract from my experience so far. There can be the typical "forest for the trees" mistakes attributed to communication gaps that can occur, but they are usually minimal.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Their interest is in helping businesses of any size compete and succeed, their staff reflects this, and their leadership provides for the growth and advancement of the team.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently operating NetSuite as our ERP - which, for anyone who has used it knows, it can be a formidable platform to digest and understand. Our goal was to migrate away from our site's "SuiteCommerce" platform to a more modern website, whereas we landed on Shopify Plus. That is only one of the various endpoints we needed to connect with, including Amazon FBA/MFN, Social Media, and eBay. We have accomplished our primary goals with very few loose ends to tie up at the time of this writing. Celigo has even come through with customized Flows, which now allow us to take advantage of the Shopify Plus platform in its use to be the hub for centralized fulfillment for all current Sales Channels.

 ### 4. Effortless Data Flow and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I find Celigo to be easy to use and navigate, even if you're not overly familiar with data management and integration setup. Our Account Manager, Shawn, is always very responsive and quick to help, whether it's troubleshooting a pesky error or adjusting our account to our business growth. I also appreciate Celigo University for on-platform learning, which offers the opportunity to continue building your overall knowledge of Celigo's platform and its capabilities. Additionally, Celigo is the main connector between many of our company's online tools and software platforms, enabling our company to use it as the central connector between all of the systems that help our e-commerce company run. It seamlessly allows our 'source of truth' in Netsuite to flow between our silos, removing issues with dirty or outdated data and effortlessly keeping clean data flowing across our e-commerce platforms without any manual uploads. The teamwork during the initial setup with the Celigo team and their partners at Nova Module made the process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

N/A

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the issue of dirty or outdated data across our business silos, eliminating meticulous manual data updates. It ensures that data like inventory, product, financial, and customer information flows cleanly between our ERP and external platforms without manual uploads.

 ### 5. Celigo is the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aziz A. | LY, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The most things I like about Celigo are:

1.User Friendly: the platform is easy to learn and use. Additionally, it's helpful when it comes to celigo university you can expand your knowledge to gain some certifications.

2.cost effective: when it comes to subscription, celigo provided you with a flexible cost regarding the integrations either custom integration or prebuilt integration.

3.Responsive support: Celigo support is the best at all i worked on many other platform as a devoloper but Celigo support is very good when it comes to a bug or any other issues, they make sure that the issue is resolved before closing the ticket.

4.Flixible platforme: Celigo offers multiple solutions accross their platform, you could use prebuilt app, Template or more advanced and flexible option which is custimiazation the integration or what we called custom flow, where you can build the most complicated projects.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Celigo. Every platform has trade-offs, but for the use cases I’ve worked on, it has been reliable and efficient.

Like any integration tool, complex scenarios require careful design and testing, but that’s more about implementation than the platform itself.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is resolving a lot of problems such as:

1.Time Efficiency: By implementing celigo integration, you can create as many transactions as you want by in short amount of time. Let's suppose you have 1000 orders coming from shopify, with celigo this can take only 5 mins to be imported into an ERP system.

2:Automation:Celigo is a perfect solution for manual processes. By chosing celigo you are automatically avoiding manual processes, which can be a nightmare full of errors.Furthermore, Celigo is an automated tool that provides a solution to that manual processes.

3.Cost Reduction: instead of have alot of resouces alocated to create the orders, inventory .... on your ERP system you can actually create one integration which gonna hunddle these processes, and reduce the need to many resources, which mean reduce the company cost.

 ### 6. Intuitive, Effortless Integrations That Make Workloads More Manageable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan N. | Integration Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It makes integration much easier. It’s genuinely intuitive to use, and it helps make the workload feel more manageable overall.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There are some features that aren’t very customizable, which can create a few roadblocks. However, with a bit of experience, you learn how to work around them.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s basically B2B automation. Many processes can be automated, which makes it helpful for a wide range of business workflows and day-to-day operations.

 ### 7. Flexible Integration Solution With Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb S. | Chief Revenue Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really appreciate Celigo's flexibility. I've never encountered a situation where I couldn't achieve something within an integration as long as there are REST API endpoints between the software solutions. It's very flexible and offers many different options for various solutions available in the market, as well as any type of generic software solution or API endpoint.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I find that even though Celigo offers good template solutions, I still need a good level of knowledge to configure it effectively. I think it's important to have a partner to help me implement Celigo.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo lets me integrate NetSuite data into other software, mainly for B2B flows with Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Shopify.

 ### 8. Efficient Data Integration with Celigo U Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really like Celigo U because it is great and provides us with a lot of information about how to use the product. It has everything we need to get going with the product.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The pricing model can be improved to be more flexible in terms of what and how many flows we can purchase. We were thinking to get a couple of more flows, but we have no other choices but to purchase a whole 10 flows pack. The inflexibility can sometimes defer further engagement with Celigo.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celigo to sync data between NetSuite and Shopify, managing complex data flows between the two systems.

 ### 9. Celigo Streamlined Our Error Management and Integration Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | FP&A, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really appreciate how Celigo made it possible to identify and resolve redundant flows, set up custom filters, and automate the error handling process in our Netsuite integration. The flexibility to add custom fields and the ability to use prebuilt connectors for endpoints like Excel Online and Commerce7 were particularly helpful. Celigo Ora was also a standout for quickly building and modifying flows using natural language.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The process for resolving persistent errors was somewhat manual. Also, setting up new endpoints like Excel Online wasn't always straightforward, especially when dealing with large data sets or configuring listeners versus scheduled exports.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration between our commerce platform and ERP.

 ### 10. Smooth flowing integration machine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ricky c. | gm of ops, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about celigo is the interface is easy to follow and understand where the flows are stationed. As a first time user at a new company, I was able to self learn to look at the flows and any errors! Awesome!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

What I dislike about Celigo is the error interpretation. Since we are using celigo to connect Netsuite to our WMS, we discover sales orders that did not flow one way or the other and it's difficult to find the error. Rare occurrence!

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems Celifo is solving is integrating source documents such as sales orders, transfer orders, will call orders from our ERp to our WMS. This results in fast efficient integrations so we can fulfill faster and accurately!

 ### 11. A must have tool for those who use use Netsuite and have to handle many Data Feeds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo allows our eCommerce department to seamlessly work with out accounting and inventory management system.

Our accountants love it and so does our operations director.

Being able to import all fees from amazon and keep inventory parity across all of our warehouse locations is invaluable when you have a large company.

Our services division uses the IO Smart Connectors to integrate with our Call billing platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There is nothing really to dislike about the integrator.io service, it just works.

Support has been great to lend a hand and they go above and beyond to help in weird scenarios.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Just do it, if this suits your needs do not hesitate to jump on board.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting reconciliation is the major reason we brought celigo on.

Our accounting department has a great view of our performance now.

 ### 12. Celigo Integration Benefits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thaya S. | System and Reporting Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

User-Friendly & Low-Code: This platform offers a streamlined experience with minimal coding required, along with a substantial collection of pre-built connectors.

Integration for Businesses: Our mid-sized company was able to integrate systems easily and automate workflows without much effort.

Robust Error Management: I’ve found the error handling to be reliable and effective when issues come up.

Centralized Integration: It’s helpful to have a single platform that covers all of our integration needs in one place.

Celigo Customer Support service: The support team is helpful and understands the urgency of an issue, so they act accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Error handling and debugging can be challenging. The costs for enhancements may be expensive, and the pricing or scope is not always clear. Implementing complex, non-standard workflows is also difficult. I would prefer online classes whenever there are updates, new releases, or AI-related services added to the system.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo eliminates redundant data entry by seamlessly integrating various systems. This integration helps ensure data accuracy and automates many data flows across platforms like NetSuite and Google Data within a few weeks or months. By eliminating manual data entry, it reduces human error and saves time. It also supports real-time decision-making by improving insights with up-to-the-minute data. Operational costs can be reduced through extensive automation, and scalability improves by helping the business manage increased data volume more efficiently as it grows. In addition, enhanced data security and compliance strengthen data protection and support adherence to regulations. I’ve also found that integrating additional systems on top of existing flows is easier to implement.

 ### 13. Ease between systems with all the flows in the same place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy C. | E-Commerce Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I find the most successful part of our business relationship is the support. Anytime we have ran into a situation where we needed to pull support in; they were always fast to respond. The ticket process was easy to manage the issue at hand. Our support specialists would bring in other colleagues as needed to fit the issue at hand. The ease of implementing the software to our netsuite and bigcommerce environments were a breath of fresh air. We use this application daily and it creates an easy way of getting our data from one platform to the other with ease.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The only thing I personally wish would change is the restriction on the IA vs the Custom flows. Certain things in my opinion should be included in the IA and not require a custom flow. The concurrency used when putting these on the same connection can cause bottlenecks.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the ease of flowing our customers, products, orders, and CRM management between systems without completely breaking the bank. Compared to other providers out there, we get more with Celigo than we have in the past. the netsuite connector, and far app were not working for us. Celigo is more robust with amazing customer support.

 ### 14. Easy to Use, Flexible Integrations, and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candi B. | Director, Sales Operations, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Ease tool to use compared to the old days of having to tediously code. Selecting already mapped out fields are a breeze and lots of built in integration with the platforms we use. Customizable and flexible. Great support as well.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Not much that I can really point to. Overall we are satisfied!

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought in Celigo to interface our Salesforce opportunities to create NetSuite orders. The deployment time was pretty fast. Our integration partner had a standup within 2 weeks and we were testing and connected to sandboxed fast. This quick turnaround really helped up deploy faster so we could go live and start saving time. Our order entry process time is cut in half thus increasing productivity for our Finance team.

 ### 15. We turned Celigo into a working machine! It handles EDI and automates many workflows.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The ability to interface with many different apps, websites, APIs etc.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Not having great detail or good documentation about why an error occurred, and what the possible fix could be. Update: Celigo has updated the errors to include more information. Update2: Celigo now has a build in AI assistant that helps out when I have questions on errors.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating many flows, allowing creating relationships between all of our systems.

 ### 16. Use Celigo to Create Great Value to your Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Director of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has been my go-to tool for building integrations of disparate business applications and automating tasks that support our business processes. It is the backbone of our business process from sales order management, shipping and fulfillment, inventory control and financial management. It's fairly easy to use if you have some technical knowledge but you can always use their internal implementation team or their network of partners to help you build the flows you need. They also have a great support team, knowledge base, and user community to help you along the way. The error management features help us troubleshoot errors with ease.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I believe Celigo was originally built for integrating applications to Netsuite and sometimes it takes a few back and forths before the support team realizes that you are trying to work with a different ERP system and then I get rerouted to another agent. It's happened a few times to me. Also, I don't always find the pre-built connectors to be an out-of-the-box solution. But it is helpful to reference them while building my own flows.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining business processes working between multiple applications

 ### 17. Effortless Integrations with Powerful Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tao L. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Using Celigo has been an excellent experience. One of the standout features is its ease of use, the platform is intuitive and doesn’t require a steep learning curve, making it simple to get started and efficient to manage integrations on a daily basis.

What truly sets Celigo apart is the incredible level of customization it offers. The flexibility to tailor workflows and automate processes exactly to match business needs is remarkable. Whether it’s adjusting integration flows, mapping data, or building unique automations, the platform provides the right balance of power and simplicity.

Overall, Celigo makes integration not only seamless but also adaptable to evolving requirements, which is a huge advantage for any organization.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo is easy to use overall, some of the more advanced features and deeper customizations can take time to fully understand. Having more guided examples or documentation for complex scenarios would make it even better.

Troubleshooting complex integration errors can sometimes be challenging. More detailed error messages or enhanced debugging tools would help speed up issue resolution.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the problem of connecting and automating data flow between systems. It reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and allows us to build flexible, customized integrations that save time and scale with our business.

 ### 18. Celigo a must have for your Integration with Netsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | VP of Business Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's interface is customizable. We are able to build our own flows and logic to adapt to our business cases. Their prebuilt connectors allow you to get up and running ASAP.

From the developer / ops side having the ability to see the errors and issues live in the console has allowed us to address problems before it becomes a significant one.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo sells managed connectors. We would like to be able to extend them to customize them for our business needs. It does get a little pricey as you add on all the different managed modules. I would love if they extended their login policies to allow for SSO providers like Okta or Onelogin.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great integration between our ERP (Netsuite) and many other endpoints. It's very versatile in connecting to almost any endpoints. Their support team and office hours have been a big help in getting integrations up and running.

The data loader and various other flows have allowed us to create workflows for our Ops team that is easy to use without the knowledge of understanding Netsuite's import processes.

 ### 19. Factor Bikes x Celigo_A digital transformation journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barkley C. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What stood out to me most about Celigo was that, from the very beginning, their sales team brought engineers into our meetings so they could truly understand our internal workflows and talk through how Celigo could support the integration between NetSuite and Shopify. They were thorough in covering the full picture, from forward sales processes to reverse logistics like returns and refunds. Above all, I found Celigo’s interface extremely user-friendly—people on our team without coding backgrounds could still navigate it easily and understand what was happening at a glance. Celigo has saved us a considerable amount of time during our digital transformation, noticeably reducing the workload for our front-end operations team and helping set the stage for additional cross-platform integrations in the future.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For small and medium-sized businesses, subscribing to Celigo can seem like a significant upfront expense. However, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial cost. The support and level of attention we’ve received throughout the entire process have been genuinely invaluable. This has been our honest experience since we started working with Celigo.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since integrating NetSuite and Shopify through Celigo, our sales team has significantly reduced the time required for order entry and has nearly eliminated manual errors. As a result, they can focus more of their energy on engaging with customers, which helps improve overall customer satisfaction.

 ### 20. Great Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jafeth L. | I.T. Project Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The custom integrations have genuinely impressed me. Over the past few years, the many functionality improvements have made it possible for customers like us to tailor almost every aspect to our preferences. Their customer support is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

I also appreciate their partners, who really stand out in the industry for providing excellent consulting and project management services.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Like most SaaS/iPaaS products these days, it’s become more expensive than it was a few years ago. Even so, compared with some competitors, it still feels relatively affordable overall.

One drawback is that the standard integration applications aren’t really built to be tinkered with much. That can be limiting when you need to go beyond the basics and make deeper adjustments.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication between systems is critical for our operations, as it helps keep the sales and financial teams happy with the system they’re used to while ensuring the data is managed properly. Their technical support is very good and provides advice and solutions for any integration details that may come up.

 ### 21. A very polished, mature and capable integration platform that's easy to learn.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben J. | Senior NetSuite Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

All of our interactions with their team members have been very positive and productive. The platform is easy to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The subscription model is expensive. I'm not sure paying for the number of flows is entirely fair, as some types of flows would not create any appreciable bandwidth or computing costs for Celigo, yet every kind of flow is counted equally. Edit 2026: Flows that you don't need to be active constantly can be deactivated so there is some flexibility.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes integration between different services easy to set up and manage. Using Celigo, we don't have to worry much about security and staying up to date with the latest APIs to connect to these services. Creating custom flows is fairly easy to learn and if contractors set them up for you, you can modify and extend them yourself.

 ### 22. Simple Interface That Makes Integrations and API Flow Analysis Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raihan N. | Developer & DB Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I appreciate the simple interface, which makes it easier to add new integrations. It also lets us analyze flows and gain a better understanding of our API performance. There are some good AI tools available as well, although I haven’t explored them yet.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The built-in integrations are very unintuitive and not customizable, e.g. Salesforce-NetSuite.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a middleware/api gateway between Salesforce and our other platforms

 ### 23. Celigo Makes NetSuite Integrations Easy with Ready-to-Use Connectors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jomar C. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It seems like Celigo is built for NetSuite - integration is made easy with available connectors and integration apps.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Sometimes it freezes up for unknown reason - mapper won't load, complexity with old architectures like SAP

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Point-to-point integration chaos and bidirectional sync integrity. It also lowers the effort of developers in making the integration happen because it so easy.

 ### 24. Flexible, Reliable Integrations Made Easy with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madat F. | Chief Financial Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how flexible and reliable the platform is for complex integrations, while still being easy to manage day to day. The prebuilt connectors, strong error handling, and visibility into data flows make integrations faster to deploy and simpler to support. We implemented Celigo to integrate our eCommerce and POS to our ERP system, and currently process over 33k transactions weekly through Celigo.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for more advanced integrations, but the documentation and support make it manageable and well worth the effort once you’re up and running.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the problem of manual, time-consuming data transfers between systems. By automating these processes, it has helped us save around 15-20 hours per week, while live inventory data gives us better visibility and allows us to make faster, more informed business decisions.

 ### 25. Celigo's integrator makes connecting your systems easy for non-technical stakeholders.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott M. | Head Of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The intuitive what you see is what you get interface makes it easy to design and implement system integrations to unify your tech stack, while taking your stakeholders on the journey visually. Our team have learnt quickly how to get the best from integrator via Celigo University - and now we create new flows to support strategic initiatives regularly and confidently. Backed by a large and responsive customer service team - any questions or assistance required is provided quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There's nothing I dislike - I've implemented in my last 3 roles to deliver a central unified approach to tech stack integration, and to uplift internal teams ability to quickly integrate across platforms for strategic projects.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating and sharing data across the different systems in our tech stack, and with external systems provided by suppliers, customers, and partners.

 ### 26. Very convenient and easy to use platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadi D. | Solutions Architect Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Prebuilt Integration Apps and ease of use. Shopify / NetSuite integration. AI support

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Doesn't handle very complex scenarios and use cases, but it's not meant to do that.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves integration between systems. I have usd it to integrate Shopify, NetSuite, BigCommerce, MYOB and other products. Makes such integrations a breeze and handles a lot of non-functional requirements out of the box.

 ### 27. Easy-to-Manage Integrations with Fast, Efficient Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen D. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

When we adopted Celigo, our initial goal was to send and receive data between us and a supplier. As we started using the platform, we began looking at other integrations we could implement to reduce the load on the source platform. Celigo is easy to set up, and it’s straightforward to manage integrations and flows. We’ve also been able to clone flows, which has helped us onboard new partners more quickly. And when we do run into a problem, the technical support team is fast and efficient in providing the assistance needed to resolve the issue.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While using Celgio I have found the least helpful thing is there can be a delay when the flow error and seeing the error, but that is a minor convenience.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilising Celgio to send and receive data to partners and vendors.

 ### 28. Effortless Customization and Seamless Integration Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean S. | Director of Systems Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Ease of use and the amount of endpoints that are available. By providing us with easy and flexible set ups we are able to easily create customized flows that meet our specific business requirements. This has enabled us to overcome the one challenge we did experience, which was the limitations of the pre-built integration apps.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The pre-built integration apps can sometimes be limiting. while this would not be impactful for smaller business, or for businesses with uncomplicated requirements, our more complex needs rendered most of these apps unhelpful.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple etail channels that we need to connect to NetSuite. By helping us control and manage the flow of thousands of transactions per day, Celigo is the single most important part of our ability to fulfill the sales we make and to recognize the revenue. We have also been able to continue to grow as a business over the 5 years that we have been leveraging the services without having to increase our IT headcount.

 ### 29. integration and automation made easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo introduced Agent Builder in their 2026.4.1 release, which is a grea too to build low-code AI agents, to provide them a clear set of instructions to reduce manual creation of flows. It is a significant upgrade and attractive for IT leaders, to consider Celigo as moving towards agentic enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Yes, it the area of observability and monitoring, Celigo could introduce improvements. The overall monitoring experience is good, but dedicated observability platforms run these on a higher level. Potential enhancements could include tracing transactions or to have a dashboard created to monitor integration performance.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing transactions and payments automatically between NetSuite and our banks. Also, by using Celigo we can integrate between various business critical systems.

 ### 30. Faster, Flexible Integrations with Improved Auto-Fix

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has allowed us to deploy integrations across many platforms more quickly. It has also made it easy to “tweak” things as we go, spot issues, and then resolve and enhance them very fast. More recently, the auto-fix capability has improved a lot as well.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It has definitely come a long way. In the past, I would have “disliked” some of the limitations in their integrations with other software, but those areas have been greatly refined.

I still “dislike” the inaccuracy of some of the AI features, though I see that as more related to the complexity of what Celigo is trying to do rather than the software itself.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to bring many systems together, throttle API calls, transform data into a variety of shapes, and check for errors without having to go through a data warehouse. Also, the SPEED at which we can deploy changes and updates is amazing.

 ### 31. Sluggish UI and Hard-to-Clean Duplicates Hold Back an Otherwise Solid NetSuite Sync

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It's great with mapping fields in netsuite and keeping our data in sync across multiple sources. I wish it would work better at more data.

The UI is decent but can be sluggish at times I assume this is because our netsuite implementation is quite large so when trying to find all the fields attached to a part it moves quite slow.

I cant speak for pricing as that is out of my scope. support/onboarding for me was fine as I took the original version of celigo university which was fully instructor led and quite well done I learned a lot about the platform.

As for AI I haven't really touched the celigo AI but the few times I did try it it would 1. Timeout 2. Just be awful/useless advice but that's the typical AI Life

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The fact i cant easily get my filename out of an FTP. Also it is very hard to delete unused resources in celigo as we have MANY duplicated FTP reads/writes and other flows that just duplicated JS functions when cloning the flow. I wish there was an option to copy and still point to the same export/import steps.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing the data between our systems. We have a Product Information Master -> NetSuite -> Warehouse software. Celigo is used to bridge the gap between all of these using the built in netsuite connectors and API requests to talk with our PIM and Warhouse software. It works quite good at this as we can easily retry failed data

 ### 32. User-Friendly UI, Great Support, and Forward-Thinking AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cedrik E. | Bartender/Waiter/Runner/Busboy/Barista, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

User Friendly for UI, Great Support, Fantastic Celigo Account Managers with ease of communication, Forward thinking on AI. Reasonable pricing

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Would like the ability to perform more complex branching for integrations. Also, Global variables would help and integration app's ability to copy would be great for re-using.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating systems seamlessly so that data accuracy is optimized

 ### 33. Easy to Use and Reliable Integration Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is its ease of use and flexibility in building integrations. The platform provides a very intuitive, low-code interface that allows even non-developers to create and manage complex workflows efficiently. Its wide range of prebuilt connectors and templates—especially for applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, and Shopify—saves a significant amount of development time and effort. Celigo’s strong NetSuite integration is one of its biggest strengths, offering seamless connectivity and reliable performance. I also appreciate the robust error management tools and monitoring dashboards, which make it easy to identify and resolve issues quickly. Beyond simple data syncing, Celigo enables end-to-end process automation, allowing businesses to scale and streamline their operations effectively. Additionally, the excellent customer support and active user community make it easier to learn, troubleshoot, and continuously improve integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Nothing in particular, its quite user friendly and efficient platform.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps solve the challenge of disconnected systems and manual data entry by seamlessly integrating multiple applications like NetSuite, Shopify, and Salesforce. Before using Celigo, we had to update information in each system separately, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Celigo, data now flows automatically between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This automation has significantly reduced manual effort, saved time, and improved overall efficiency. It also provides better visibility into business processes, allowing for faster and more informed decision-making. By streamlining operations and eliminating repetitive tasks, Celigo has made it easier to focus on more valuable work while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across all integrated systems.

 ### 34. Well-designed iPaaS for managing complex, multi-system integrations at scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam P. | Group Manager - Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a well-structured and intuitive iPaaS platform. As a former software developer, I find the integration flows logical, transparent, and easy to navigate, even when originally built by our Systems Integration partner. The Celigo Master Class was particularly valuable and enabled me, as CIO, to confidently understand, review, and troubleshoot integrations without being hands-on in daily development. This significantly improves governance, reduces dependency on external parties, and accelerates issue resolution.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The primary frustration has been the prolonged delay in delivering native on-prem Active Directory (AD) integration. This capability was announced in January 2025, yet over 12 months later, it remains unavailable (for my organisation). For organisations with hybrid identity architectures, this is a material gap that limits Celigo’s usefulness in identity and access-related integrations and forces continued reliance on workarounds or third-party solutions.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us consolidate a complex landscape of bespoke, point-to-point integrations into a single, governed iPaaS platform. Previously, integrations were built using a mix of traditional ETL processes, SFTP file exchanges, Oracle NetSuite webhooks and APIs, and partner-specific tooling. Migrating these into Celigo has significantly improved performance, observability, error handling, and overall integration governance.

This approach has enabled reliable, scalable integrations across key platforms, including Oracle NetSuite, UKG Ready (Kronos), myosh (Safety), Command Alkon Apex Quarry Management, Microsoft Entra ID, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). As a result, we have reduced technical debt, improved data consistency, and gained far greater confidence in the stability and manageability of our integration ecosystem.

 ### 35. Powerful Yet User-Friendly Integrations with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward C. | Global Manager for IT Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is its strong balance of power and ease of use. The ease of implementation, combined with prebuilt integrations and a flow-based design, makes it quick to deploy while still allowing flexibility for complex logic. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and the platform’s clear, reliable error handling simplifies day-to-day operations. Because it integrates seamlessly into our workflows, Celigo is a tool we use frequently and rely on as our integration backbone.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

At this time, I don’t have any significant dislikes about Celigo, as it has consistently met our integration and operational needs.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the challenge of reliably integrating NetSuite with our homegrown system by automating data synchronization and reducing manual intervention. It ensures accurate, timely data flow between systems, improves visibility through monitoring and error handling, and minimizes integration maintenance effort, allowing our team to focus more on core operations rather than troubleshooting integrations.

 ### 36. Great Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim O. | NetSuite Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We have had a great experience using Celigo for our integration needs. One of the standout aspects has been their prompt and reliable customer support. Anytime we've encountered an issue or had a question, the support team responded quickly with clear, actionable guidance, which helped minimize downtime and keep our operations running smoothly. We use the Celigo flow daily between Shopify and Netsuite.

The error handling within Celigo is also very well-designed. Whenever a flow doesn't execute as expected, the platform provides clear and detailed error messages. I really appreciate that. This makes it easy to identify exactly where the problem occurred and quickly troubleshoot without guesswork.

In addition, field mappings are straightforward and intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and it's easy to track how data moves between systems, which adds a layer of confidence when setting up or modifying integrations.

Overall, Celigo has made managing integrations much easier and more transparent for our team. We highly recommend it to any business looking for a reliable and well-supported integration platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

We've been using Celigo primarily to integrate our systems with Shopify, and while the platform offers a lot of flexibility and a clean interface, we’ve run into some notable limitations that have impacted our experience.

One of the main challenges has been the lack of deep support for certain Shopify features. For example, handling Shopify metafields and custom discounts has proven difficult or even unsupported through Celigo's standard connectors. These limitations required time-consuming workarounds or custom scripting, which undermines the goal of a low-code integration platform.

Additionally, while Celigo support is generally responsive and helpful, they haven’t been able to offer real solutions when it comes to Shopify-specific constraints. We have received explanations about platform limitations rather than proactive workarounds or roadmaps for improvement.

For businesses that rely heavily on Shopify's more advanced features, it's important to understand that Celigo’s integration may not cover all your use cases out of the box. It works well for standard data flows like orders, products, and customers, but starts to fall short when you need more complex or customized handling.

We still see value in Celigo as an integration tool, especially for broader system connectivity, but we’d caution Shopify users to closely evaluate feature support before committing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an E-Commerce platform, Shopify creates orders from our customers. Celigo takes those orders and the information associated with them and puts them into our ERP system, Netsuite.

 ### 37. Celigo Makes ERP and Sales Channel Integrations Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edsel G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how easy it is to use and implement. The platform is very intuitive, which makes building and managing integrations straightforward even without heavy development effort. Implementation is fast and efficient, allowing us to connect systems quickly and reliably. I also really appreciate Celigo’s customer support—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up. On top of that, the wide number of available connectors makes it easy to integrate with many different applications as our needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There isn’t much I dislike about Celigo. If I had to note an area for improvement, it would be having a more robust or user-friendly way to view and analyze successful data runs. While error visibility is strong, better insight into successful executions would make monitoring and reporting even easier.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the challenge of reliably moving and synchronizing data between our sales channels and our ERP, and in some cases our databases. By automating these data flows, it eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures our systems stay in sync in near real time. This automation saves time, improves data accuracy, and allows our team to focus on higher-value work instead of troubleshooting integrations.

 ### 38. Powerful Integrations, Customization, and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Integrations, Ability to Customize, Execution, Support

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Inability to see detailed integration data transfer eg: Can't see what data was sent to NetSuite or got from Shopify 15 days ago when debug logs were not turned on. Doesn't have the capability to see execution time for each flow step per row. Doesn't support recursive steps, Doesn't support merging of branches to name a few

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the problems of bringing /sending the data from various different systems. Celigo is also benefiting us by showing the errors and having the ability to re-run.

 ### 39. Solid Integration Automation with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Overall, Celigo is a solid solution for managing integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The platform offers a wide range of features, although some configurations can take time to understand and troubleshoot.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is a useful integration platform that helps us automate data flows between different systems and reduce manual work.

 ### 40. Empowering Teams with Intuitive, Fast Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian P. | Lead IT Infrastructure & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo offers an intuitive and simple interface allowing a broader range of our users including business analysts and service desk team to build and manage integrations with incredible speed. We are no longer limited to extensively trained integration developers to be able to integrate between systems. Additionally our costs are clear and predictable with Celigo compared to other platforms that can be more dynamic and unpredictable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I have no complaints, as Celigo has helped reduce our costs, made it easier to train our team, and allowed us to quickly design and deploy integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used multiple IPaaS's as well as directly integrated with our ERP NetSuite and one of the recurring challenges has been sustaining a well trained team to support our many different integrations and systems. Different platforms and systems have had high barriers to train new users and become productive, whereas Celigo has enabled us to build and deploy quickly without extensive expertise required.

 ### 41. Reliable Integration Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a powerful and user-friendly platform for managing integrations across our core systems. The interface is intuitive, the prebuilt connectors save significant setup time, and the flexibility to build customized flows has been extremely valuable. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes implementation and ongoing maintenance much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While the platform is very capable, some advanced configurations can require a learning curve, especially for more complex workflows. Additional documentation or deeper reporting tools in certain areas would be helpful, but overall, these are minor compared to the benefits.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors by automating critical workflows between systems. This has improved operational efficiency, increased data accuracy, and provided more timely visibility across teams. It’s been a reliable solution that supports our scaling business processes.

 ### 42. Flexible, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahan R. | System administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

There is a learning curve at the beginning, but after that it Celigo is very easy to use. The platform is also very flexible, allowing me to build/test/release both easy and complex integrations. They provide out of the box integrations (like Shopify) which is handy if your company uses them. The recent addition of celigo AI has been a huge plus for me.
Celigo help center and their forums are both great resources for getting ideas/solutions when you're stuck, and there's always the support tickets you can raise if needed (generally they have been very fast to respond in my experience) .

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is relatively an expensive choice compared to other middleware platforms. However, celigo provides a lot of features that others don't, so for us it has been a great choice and well worth the price. But if you aren't utilising most of the features/only need basic integrations, then there may be other cheaper options.
Celigo regularly makes updates to the platform which is great - but every now and then they make changes to UI or change some functions, so you will need to make sure to read the release notes beforehand, to not get caught off guard

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a different iPaaS before, and it was not great - the platform wasn't DIY, meaning we had to always raise tickets and wait for it to be completed, which took a long time. So moving to Celigo helped us a lot, since integrations were now in-house and we could make changes as and when we wanted to.
Recently, we have had the need to build several different types of integrations with 3rd party, each with it's own unique setup. And Celigo has allowed us to be able to build all of these integrations, however complex they are. Allowing us to expand our business.

 ### 43. It continues to improve.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd H. | EDI Integration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I use Celigo every day, all day. I recently discovered Branching and Custom Forms in Celigo, and it has elevated the platform to a completely different level.

What used to be a simple, linear data movement can now become a brilliant, adaptive flow that dynamically responds to different data conditions. This power completely changes the complexity of the integrations we can build. It's not just faster, it is easier. Integration has never been easier.

Implementation of custom or one-off integrations is even easier than before. On top of that, the Custom Forms feature is a genuine differentiator! It allows us to turn Celigo itself into a user-friendly application that we can expose to everyday business users. We are effectively creating custom UIs and workflows on top of our integrations.

The platform continues to impress with its continuous improvement and innovation.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The Community is massively improved with information from other users, but you need to remember to sign up for these things; they don't just appear out of nowhere.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are too many connections to be handling this all in NetSuite directly.

 ### 44. Critical Component of our Tech Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | Vice President of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes it really easy to get up and running with production APIs and ETLs. When we were forced to transition ERPs, Celigo made the work much easier by allowing us to quickly migrate historical data and set up data flows between our critical production systems. The support from our account team has been excellent as well! Celigo has some pre-built integrations that can drastically speed up your rollout if you're using objects and record types as they're intended (we don't do that). We intially purchased two of these pre-built integrations and then found during implementation that they would not meet our needs (our fault, not Celigo's). Our account team was very helpful in updating our already executed contract to ensure that we had the correct solution even though it meant less money for Celigo. We frankly wouldn't be where we are today without them.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo's first level of technical customer support could be better. Once you get to higher levels, they're excellent, but you often have to navigate through the first level before you can really start to solve your issue.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo ensures that our production systems stay in sync and up to date.

 ### 45. Celigo: Easy to Learn, Rock-Solid Platform for Enterprise Integrations

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is easy to learn and easy to use and has been solid as a rock. It is clear that they have built out a platform which meets the needs of today's enterprise. Support from the entire Celigo team has been great, and our questions are answered quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

So far there is nothing to dislike at all. The sales cycle, training and implementation have been very smooth, and the team is up and creating integrations already.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are replacing hand-built integrations with Celigo as a part of our IT Modernization effort. It is very important to us to have a solid integration platform that can be extended easily and which is easy to understand and maintain. Our hand-built integrations have no choice but to become technical debt, and we are all about removing technical debt.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is its flexibility and ease of integration, particularly for mid-sized businesses looking to automate workflows across multiple platforms. The platform's pre-built integration templates for common systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and various e-commerce solutions allow for faster and more efficient setup, which reduces the time needed for custom development. Additionally, Celigo's user-friendly interface allows even non-technical users to automate processes, customize integrations, and manage data flows effectively. The platform's scalability is another key advantage, making it suitable for businesses with evolving needs.

On top of that, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are a big plus—helping with smarter mapping and transformation suggestions, faster troubleshooting through improved error insights, and more proactive monitoring. These AI features make it easier to identify issues earlier, reduce manual effort when maintaining integrations, and speed up iteration when processes change.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One common drawback of Celigo is that its error handling and debugging can feel limited for more complex integrations. When something goes wrong, it isn’t always easy to quickly trace the root cause or pinpoint where in a multi-step workflow the failure occurred, which can slow down troubleshooting and require extra trial-and-error.

That said, Celigo’s support helps offset this quite a bit—the customer service team is typically responsive and knowledgeable, and they’re good at guiding you through issue resolution, performance tuning, and configuration/customization decisions. Also, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are starting to make troubleshooting easier by providing smarter error insights, suggesting likely causes, and helping prioritize what to fix first, which reduces the time and effort needed to resolve issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Go with Celigo and you can't make wrong decision.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the problem of disconnected systems and manual, error-prone processes by providing a centralized integration platform that automates data flows across applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms. Instead of relying on custom scripts or manual data entry, Celigo enables reliable, repeatable integrations that keep systems in sync in near real time.

For our team, this has resulted in significant time savings, fewer data inconsistencies, and improved operational efficiency. Automating integrations reduces manual effort and human error, shortens order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, and allows teams to focus on higher-value work rather than troubleshooting data issues. Celigo also gives better visibility into integration health, making it easier to monitor processes and respond quickly when issues arise, which ultimately supports scalability as the business grows.

 ### 47. Feedback on My Experience with Celigo

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Contractor/NS Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The biggest strength for me is integrator.io. It’s very user-friendly while still being extremely powerful. I appreciate how customizable it is — it allows me to build solutions that go far beyond basic templates and truly fit each client’s business logic. The flexibility to design and adjust flows as requirements evolve is a huge value add.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The main pain point for me has been customer support through the ticket system. While the platform itself is strong, ticket-based support can sometimes feel slow or disconnected when dealing with complex, time-sensitive integrations that require deeper context.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo plays a major role in automating eCommerce operations, especially syncing data between systems like NetSuite and Shopify. For ARMRA specifically, Celigo allows me to build custom automation solutions tailored to their unique workflows, reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and scaling operations efficiently as the business grows.

Overall, Celigo enables me to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that would be extremely difficult to manage manually.

 ### 48. Best Tool in the Chest

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The new execution logs are a game changer. We now have record-level visibility, including the request and response details per API call for both successful and failed records. Troubleshooting is faster and we can resolve issues with a lot more confidence.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

No improvements to call out right now. The product keeps getting better.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Make sure to check out their scripting capabilities because eventually you will need something more complex and Celigo can handle it all.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, it was to integrate the Amazon marketplace with NetSuite. It expanded to eBay to NetSuite, Walmart to NetSuite, Zendesk to NetSuite, then eventually was used as the integration layer for our website and order management. It takes hours (or minutes) to set up new flows and creates huge efficiencies within your organization.

 ### 49. It's been a fantastic experience overall utilizing Celigo.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan V. | IT Systems Integrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

My experience using Celigo's services has been very positive overall. I have found it extremely useful for managing the various integrations we have with our customers, and it has become an invaluable resource that I would not want to be without.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I can't honestly think of any. Excellent support and amazing overall.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us address the challenge of enabling our customers to submit their orders through an integration, rather than relying on manual processes. This approach has proven to be much more efficient and is saving us a significant amount of time when it comes to getting orders into our system.

 ### 50. Easy to build in, great support, some quirks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack H. | Software System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The platform overall is fairly easy to build in and use. I'm in the tool everyday building, managing, and troubleshooting flows. Most of the time it's pretty straight forward on how to build one, but when issues pop up Celigo has a great support system with a support team, office hours, and account reps who can point you in the direction you need to go. They are adding new things all of the time and rarely have something I want to do in it that I'm not able to.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

My main gripes with Celigo would be each time our account rep becomes no longer our account rep, we aren't aware of it until we reach out to them. Also the new Walmart product flows I am not a fan of, very cumbersome to set up with many product types with a lot of duplicate fields needing to be mapped.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo manages all of the data transfers between our ERP system and our various marketplaces, including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify. This includes orders, product data, fulfillment, inventory, and even settlement/financial data. We are in the process of setting up some EDI processes as well through the platform.
