Hi there. We’re the team behind FIELDBOSS, so yes, we’re biased… but we also know firsthand how much field service companies struggle when they outgrow spreadsheets. You’ve outlined some great options, and your needs sound a lot like the clients we work with every day.

FIELDBOSS was built specifically for contractors in industries like HVAC, elevator, and other specialized field services. What sets us apart? We’re built entirely on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, which gives you enterprise-level power without adding unnecessary features or unfamiliar software. You can streamline dispatching, track jobs in real-time, automate alerts, and keep both field teams and customers in the loop, all from one system. And because we tailor it to your workflows, it actually fits the way you work.

We support a lot of small and mid-sized businesses that want to modernize and grow without adding more complexity. What they love most is having everything connected. What they often tell us? They wish they’d done it sooner.

If you’re a growing business looking to scale without switching platforms every few years, check out what our customers say on G2 at https://www.g2.com/products/fieldboss/reviews. Happy to answer any questions if we can help!

If you're a small or mid-sized business managing both in-office and field staff, you should definitely explore QkrHR.

It’s more than just HR—it’s a fully integrated solution for time tracking, attendance (with GPS for field workers), expense management, and payroll. What makes it unique is how it simplifies field force management—you can monitor who’s working where, track check-ins/outs, approve leaves and expenses, and run payroll—all from one dashboard.

Especially helpful if you have service teams on the move (technicians, sales reps, delivery staff, etc.) and want real-time visibility without juggling multiple tools.

Worth checking out if you’re looking for a single, easy-to-use platform that supports both HR and field ops without enterprise-level pricing.

I’m curious if any of these tools make it easier to track technician performance over time. It’d be great to get real visibility on how the team is doing, not just manage today’s jobs.
