## About NinjaOne
NinjaOne is the unified IT operations platform that helps IT teams and managed service providers manage, secure, and support every endpoint from a single cloud-native console. Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. The platform brings together the core work of modern IT operations: endpoint management, autonomous patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint and SaaS backup, remote access, and IT service desk. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. The mission behind the platform is simple: unify IT to simplify work, giving IT teams better tools and employees a great technology experience at work.

## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. NinjaOne: centralized, simple, and efficient IT management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** david g. | informatic technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its simplicity without sacrificing power. In particular:

Intuitive interface that allows for quick endpoint management.

Solid automation (scripts, policies, and alerts) that saves a lot of time.

All-in-one RMM: monitoring, patching, remote access, and backups from a single console.

Agent performance and stability.

Fast and truly helpful customer support.

Overall, it makes daily IT work easier and improves operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I like least about NinjaOne:

Price: it can be high for small teams or tight budgets.

Limited customization in some reports and dashboards.

Patch management: works well, but sometimes requires fine manual adjustments.

Dependence on scripts for advanced tasks (not everything is "click and go").

Learning curve in more complex automations.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves several key problems in IT management, and this translates into very clear benefits:

Problems it solves

Lack of visibility over endpoints, servers, and devices.

Manual and reactive management of incidents and maintenance.

Inconsistent patching of operating systems and applications.

Slow remote support or dependent on multiple tools.

Difficulty in scaling IT management as the organization grows.

How does this benefit me?

It gives me centralized control of the entire infrastructure from a single console.

It allows for proactive detection and resolution of problems before they affect the user.

It reduces operational time thanks to automations and policies.

It improves service continuity and security.

It frees up time to focus on strategic tasks, not just reactive support.

In summary, NinjaOne simplifies the daily operation of IT and increases team efficiency.

 ### 2. Simplicity and power in an all-in-one platform for IT management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo V. | Administrador de Sistemas, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What stands out most about NinjaOne is the combination of simplicity and power. It is an all-in-one IT management platform that allows you to monitor, manage, and automate devices from a single panel, without becoming complex or overwhelming.

In my experience, its interface is very intuitive and easy to use, which speeds up adoption. The automation is efficient for repetitive tasks, and the monitoring along with remote management feels reliable on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, the support responds quickly and is usually well-rated.

Overall, I see it as ideal for IT teams and MSPs looking to save time, reduce errors, and maintain total control, without complications.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although NinjaOne is a very solid tool, there are some aspects that are often considered its main weaknesses.

Firstly, the cost can be high for small teams or companies with tight budgets. Additionally, in some modules, customization is limited: certain reports and automation workflows are not as flexible as in other more advanced platforms.

Its reliance on the cloud also plays a role. Being 100% cloud-based, it requires a stable internet connection to function properly. Lastly, there is an initial learning curve; although the interface is intuitive, it takes time to fully leverage its potential.

These are not serious flaws, but they are points to consider depending on the size of the team and the needs of the IT area.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the problems I have on the PC with incidents, everything helps me to resolve it.

 ### 3. Ninja One makes IT life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin K. | Unternehmensadministrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best is the intuitive, modern interface that simultaneously brings a technical depth with it. The modern dashboard offers a good overview, and with just a few clicks, you end up where you want to be. Many automation options provide enormous relief in everyday IT tasks. If you have questions, customer support helps very quickly, and even for more in-depth problems, a solution has always been found in the end. For the modern admin, it's an absolute must. The simplicity in application and yet deep technical functions are a brilliant combination. Whether it's patching or scripts, you can customize everything individually to suit yourself and your company.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Unfortunately, some error codes are not really informative, which makes troubleshooting difficult.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing many clients spread out - classic sneaker administration

NinjaOne enables centralized management from anywhere. - no sneaker administration

Lack of update readiness -> Updates are managed centrally.

 ### 4. Quick, Reliable, Stable Platform for Executing PowerShell & RMM All-Around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What my organization gets most out of NinjaOne, which we lacked with a competing RMM, is the speed and reliability to which is executes our PowerShell scripts to make endpoint changes. The product is maturing quickly in other areas; it offers a very good platform to do asset tracking from with in-depth data laid out simply. No long-loading screens. Simple agent-based deployment with different agents pre-loading the endpoint into different "locations" which you can bake configurations into. Plays nicely and integrates with other technologies well. Very reasonable price-point.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Small learning curve at the beginning with teminology. e.g., learning what "automations" encompass, locations and policies nested within them, and so on.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really needed a much simpler and reliable platform to execute PowerShell and patch from. NinjaOne offers that and is a much more mature product beyond that scope, but that's our use-case 90% of the time.

 ### 5. Efficient, Reliable, and Streamlined IT Management with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bava b. | IT support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how efficient and reliable NinjaOne is for remote monitoring and management. The platform gives a clear view of all endpoints, and it’s easy to automate tasks like patching, software deployment, and script execution.

The performance monitoring tools are solid — I can quickly identify issues like high CPU or low disk space before they cause problems. Remote access is fast and stable, which makes troubleshooting much easier.

I also appreciate the built-in reporting and alerting system; it’s detailed but not overly complicated. Overall, NinjaOne helps streamline IT management and keeps systems running smoothly with minimal manual effort.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it lags or shows an error when connecting to an endpoint, but those issues are very rare and usually get fixed quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient platform that really helps simplify IT management

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me manage all devices from one place, which saves a lot of time. It takes care of software updates, patch management, and remote troubleshooting without needing to be on-site. This makes it much easier to support users and fix issues quickly.

It also helps catch problems early through monitoring and alerts, so I can act before they cause downtime. Overall, it improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and keeps systems more stable and secure.

 ### 6. German-speaking, clear and fast – with personal customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Packaging and Containers | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very good customer support thanks to personal care and easy access to technical resources, including direct assistance. Additionally, everything is in German.

The product overall makes a well-rounded impression – both visually and technically. The dashboards are clear, well-structured, and largely self-explanatory. Compared to Microsoft Intune, parameters are adopted almost immediately, and you also receive feedback or logs almost instantly. The price is absolutely reasonable and appropriate for the performance offered.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, we haven't noticed anything really negative.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to significantly reduce our time spent on patching and switch to a true, automated monthly patch cycle. At the same time, through software patching and the CVE scanner, especially on the client side, we achieved a significant security gain and higher threat protection.

 ### 7. NinjaOne Streamlines Device Management with Fast Provisioning and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides a comprehensive toolset for managing our devices, offering clear visibility through an intuitive and well-structured interface. Its integration with macOS RMM and CrowdStrike centralizes key workflows, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools. Support is responsive when engaged.
The platform streamlines software deployment and updates across all our environments, enabling rapid machine provisioning—often within minutes. Additionally, its robust API allows seamless integration with our in-house tools, extending automation and operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much. The iOS app is maybe not as user friendly as the web app, but it does the job.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend days deploying software across our machines, but now we can manage everything centrally and keep it up to date. Our technicians can also respond quickly when a ticket is raised and provide assistance right away, which has improved our users’ satisfaction.

 ### 8. NinjaOne Makes Day-to-Day Tasks More Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon C. | Service Desk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides us with a wide range of tools that help us complete day-to-day tasks in newer, more efficient ways.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can’t think of any obvious issues at this point. It will be even better once the SAS backups are fully integrated into a single portal, so everything is in one place.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us automate tasks that would normally take more time and require an engineer to remote in and work directly on a machine. It has also sped up our machine builds and given us better, more reliable ways to patch client machines, as well as back up machines and entire environments.

 ### 9. Innovative RMM with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim R. | Geschäftsführer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the constant innovative development of NinjaOne, which makes work easier and offers new features. The good and intuitive web interface is also very appealing. I particularly appreciate the scripting tool, as it allows us to completely automate many everyday tasks that were previously done manually. Additionally, it's great that we can install or remove software completely remotely. I find the initial setup very straightforward and much more intuitive compared to the predecessor product, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The TrayBar icon of the agent could offer more, such as a chat with the user directly from the RMM or additional features. Unfortunately, we are missing some great functions here.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne simplifies system management, offers remote maintenance, centralized overview of log files and hardware status, software inventory, and remote shell access. Automations make our daily life easier, and new features offer even more possibilities.

 ### 10. NinjaOne Makes Daily IT Support Easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb R. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's an all-in-one tool for so many integrations. So useful!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There IS a learning curve involved. Not excessive, but a good demo helps a lot.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as a systems administrator, NinjaOne helps me monitor my servers and keep them on good maintenance schedules. It will also connect sometimes when other basic tools fail. I keep it open all day. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to run PowerShell commands or access the file system when a workstation is actively being used. It's a great workaround for when I need to get work done without interrupting user productivity.

 ### 11. Smooth, Intuitive Interface with Easy-to-Find Controls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad R. | Helpdesk Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how smooth the user interface is. All the buttons are neatly aligned, and they’re easy to spot and find when I need them.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, the only issue I’m experiencing is with the software removal tool. I’ve tried a few times to mass-remove software from all of our work computers, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’ll need to look into this further to figure out why.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me stay connected to our end-user computers much more easily compared to our last RMM. We’re saving a lot of time and effort, and it’s made day-to-day management smoother overall.

 ### 12. Solid Support and Engagement, but Pricing Is Creeping Up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The support has been consistently strong, responsive and helpful whenever needed. We also have regular account manager meetings, which help keep things on track and ensure we’re aligned. Additionally, we've been invited to participate in their events, which shows a good level of customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The pricing has started to creep up slightly, which is making NinjaOne less competitive than it used to be. While the service remains solid, the cost increases are something to keep an eye on as we do not get offered any promotional deals for an incentive to remain.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us improve visibility and support for end-user devices.

They’ve recently shown us how to use custom fields to surface more detailed information from devices, which has made troubleshooting and support much more efficient. Having richer data available directly within the platform means we can respond faster and with greater accuracy, reducing downtime and improving the overall experience for our users.

 ### 13. Effortless Remote Management and Deployment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronnie D. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne to remotely manage PCs, deploy software, and maintain patching and inventory. The best thing I like about NinjaOne is how easy the interface is; it’s very user-friendly. I also appreciate being able to have different options for connecting to a PC. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, as it was all done by the NinjaOne team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I believe it would be awesome to push the software out to PCs on the network if it's missing the client. This would help a lot.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne to remotely manage PCs, deploy software and patches, maintain patching and inventory, and track which PCs are online.

 ### 14. Excellent endpoint management tool, great all in one solution for IT admins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edsen P. | IT Systems Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard is very intuitive. Very powerful endpoint management. Provides detailed info about hardware configuration, software installed, and patch levels. Everything’s in one place; remote access, monitoring, patching, backups so I’m not opening 100000 tools anymore. The background remote is so useful so we can log on and as system without ever disturbing end user. This requirement for minimal user disturbance is very well needed a lot of times. Integration is superb. Implementation and addition of devices is as easy as slicing hot pancakes. With all these features, the use of this service tends to be every min, 24 hr a day, 7 days a week.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes, the tickets takes quite a while to get resolved or get picked up by a tech. Maybe lack of communication?

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They look into our specific needs and try to add to next updates

 ### 15. NinjaOne Replaced 4 Tools with Easy Deployment and Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl W. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to use and friendly GUI which has a wealth of features. This allows your IT team to focus on deploying solutions without having to worry about connectivity issues. Deployment was extremely simple as it pushed out from domain controllers to end devices. Also I have tested replacing intune with NinjaOne and so far I am extremely impressed with its functionality.

The customer onboarding process was extremely simple and pain free also - account managers were available to answer any questions and also get in touch with senior specialists to ensure we can get maximum value from the product. This software has gone from being rolled out to being in constant production and used daily to improve our configurations and push out changes. NinjaOne has so far replaced 4 different systems we had to manage devices, software deployment, windows updates and remote support. It has got integration options which we will focus on to enable alerts to come into our ticket platform and make the journey more seamless.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have no faults with the software so far. I bought it to fix a number of issues and legacy systems and have had nothing but a positive experience.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support was via teamviewer and clunky, required users to submit connection strings which would be lost in translation.
WSUS has been replaced and patches come direct from Microsoft to device via NinjaOne.
PDQ deploy was used to push software out - this now comes from NinjaOne
Intune - this is being replaced by NinjaOne, the policies and options are so much more friendly than intune.

 ### 16. Excellent Windows management and support system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We have used Ninja for several years now. Each year, the company offers more features with an easy-to-use interface. We now use the Ninja Remote plugin for remote support for our workstations, and it is outstanding. We continually use the endpoint management for updates and automated software installation. The ticketing system works great for our internal ticket tracking. The platform's ease of use has helped our IT department manage the stations in our environment very efficiently. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has continually improved their software with each quarter. We don't have any dislikes with the way the software is configured or works. It is a great system!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our staff has been able to dedicate time otherwise spent on patch management and software installation to other tasks that require attention. We can push out an emergency patch if needed quickly and efficiently.

 ### 17. NinjaOne for our single company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim J. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja has become our central repository for all our computers and servers on our network. Its an invaluable tool to push out new software and updates to them. Its easy to use, finding the computers that need support by the users name, computer name, serial number, etc is easy as putting them in the search bar to instantly go to that computer.
It was easy enough to implement, utilising an MSI installer, you can get it silently installed on to the computers easily.
We use the system every day, to remotely support the users, and to push out the software and see feedback if the installs fail, and scheduling them to is useful.
Support from Ninja has been good, and visiting the dojo (their internal forum support) is useful to see their FAQs, etc.
It integrated into our way of working well and the guys know this is the go to when someone needs help.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

MFA when logging into the system could be better, at the moment when signing in with SSO (connected via Azure) we have to open the MS authenticator app and type in the code. They do not currently push for authentication.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central repositiory for all our devices and servers, and gives lots of details on them.

 ### 18. NinjaOne Streamlined Our System Management and Patching and saved our budget

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | IT Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We used SCCM and other third-party tools to manage our client and server infrastructure, but it took too much time to stay on top of the systems and patching. We looked at NinjaOne as an all-in-one solution, and we have really streamlined our system management. NinjaOne does a great job with patching, but even better with running maintenance scripts to be proactive on systems. We have dropped our support calls for systems over 80%, and with the consolidation of systems, we have saved on the budget.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I really can't think of something I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of IT management systems into a single system and management portal.

 ### 19. Intuitive, Fast, and Cost-Effective—NinjaOne Is a Long-Term Fit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy W. | Information Technology Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been an excellent fit for our organization. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, and its OS and application patching capabilities are strong allowing us to replace multiple tools, including Intune and N‑Able. The platform is fast, reliable, and very cost‑effective.

NinjaOne’s support and training teams are outstanding and have been incredibly helpful in improving our environment. It also integrates well with other platforms we use, such as Intune and CrowdStrike. We’re very happy with NinjaOne and see it as a long‑term solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing, they have been an excellent partner.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching, remote access, management, and scripting.

 ### 20. Automation and Centralized Control, with a Few ITAM Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randall D. | Manager Corporate IT & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the automation in NinjaOne; it automatically cleans up disk space by removing temporary files and emptying the trash can when there is low disk drive space. I also enjoy the one pane view that provides the status of all systems, enabling me to directly interact with and quickly resolve problems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

ITAM is difficult to setup and import products and it is a very manual process to build relationships between hardware and end users.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for patch management and remote control to assist in troubleshooting. It solves software and application issues, automating patch and software installations.

 ### 21. Easy to Use and Navigate—Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use, easy to navigate, everything all in one place

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

one thing i dislike is you cannot see when other engineers are looking at the same ticket as yourself within the ticketing part of the system.
being able to see who is looking at what ticket would be great.

IT would also be nice if the ticket time tracking auto started and auto stops recording your time when you click into a ticket and clicking off

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving our biggest IT management challenges by centralising monitoring, patching, automation, and remote support into one reliable platform. It eliminates manual work, reduces downtime, and gives us full visibility into every endpoint. As a result, our team works faster, issues are resolved before users even notice them, and we spend far less time firefighting and far more time improving our environment.

 ### 22. Excellent decision, you will not regret

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A P. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne actually works. Had Pulseway a few years ago, then Kaseya after that, and both of those RMMs were trash. Navigating either's menu or attempting to initiate commands were barely functional. NinjaOne loads instantly, navigation is clean and clear and quick, the policy section is understandable and it behaves as expected, the remote software is slick- totally worth it. No buyer's remorse at all!

Software installation and patching as well is possible with any RMM, but it's much more reliable and clear with NinjaOne.

Also their support is top notch. Always able to schedule a call with a tech and talk through an issue is amazing. Account reps are also solid. So grateful their support isn't sourced out overseas.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Hard to think of a complaint, but as of 1/14/26 I'm unable to find a dark mode toggle for NinjaOne. If they added that things would be perfect.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access for non-tech end users is amazing. Every now and then we'll have an external developer that needs to hop onto one of our servers. Historically you've got to shell out for TeamViewer or other software, which they have awful rates on. With NinjaOne though, being able to grant selective remote access to those who need it is just the cherry on top.

 ### 23. NinjaOne is a good RMM tool that is still maturing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja does a good job managing a large number of workstations for our organization. We rely on its scripts and automations to handle more work than would be possible if we were manually updating systems or resolving issues. It not only works well for managing our Windows computers, but it also ties into our existing systems so alerts and tickets show up in the channels we already use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne’s interface isn’t as easy to navigate as other RMM tools. They’ve opted for a minimalist UI, with the idea that automation will reduce the need for sprawling spreadsheets of information. I understand the goal, but I still spend most of my time working in the more classic layout rather than using Ninja’s dashboards.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne provides me with the ability to quickly deploy custom scripts to install and manage my software stack to dissimilar network environments. It's collecting information about workstations and servers that allows me to easily see computer status and be alerted to potential problems.

 ### 24. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley H. | Head of Managed Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja has changed our business' ability to remotely support our clients with it's speed, reliability and functionalities. Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts.

On top of this, the account management from Izgi has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business.

All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think in the MSP space, finding reliable products is key. Ninja's reliability is what we benefit from most as we have complete confidence in it's delivery as an RMM software.

 ### 25. Affordable, Continuously Improving Product for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S. | Owner, Ability Information Technologies, LLC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that they are constantly working to improve their product and offers. Most of all, I appreciate that they don’t push small businesses out by pricing their products higher than most small businesses are willing to pay.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The technical support is hit and miss. I have dealt with extremely knowledgeable technicians that are very responsive and knowledgeable. I have also dealt with some that take days to get back to me and want me to do a bunch of troubleshooting to figure out why their product isn’t working.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring, antivirus, monitored backups for 365 and remote access.

 ### 26. Simple Endpoint Navigation That Scales Effortlessly Across Customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh K. | Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Patching, remote control and software deployment. If clients don't have a device management in place, we can use Ninja.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't dislike anything about the product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching has been a big win for us since we adopted the product. The remote control tool has been another major win, especially because we had a lot of remote access issues in the past with other vendors. Software deployment has also become much easier and more straightforward.

We’ve also been making good use of the documentation features, which help us onboard clients smoothly and keep new customer devices maintained as we continue supporting them.

 ### 27. Best RMM tool on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel U. | IT Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The community behind it, great ideas and scripts are available on their discord. The portal is easy to navigate and use. Great new features. these are regular updates and always bringing in something useful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

nothing really, they are open to feedback and try to implement your ideas.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves windows patching for us, we do not need to bother installing and keep an eye for it manually. It solves what we used to do manually now it can be done automatically with a scheduled task. The ability to run scripts without connecting to the server is amazing.

 ### 28. Clear interface, reliable remote access, and strong automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is very clear: Everything is in one place and works without much clicking around. Remote access, patching, and automations run reliably and noticeably save time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The platform is overall very powerful. However, the reporting and customization options are still somewhat limited in some areas. Additionally, some advanced features and automations require more intensive familiarization to be used truly efficiently.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, NinjaOne primarily solves the problem that endpoint management would otherwise be very fragmented and time-consuming. Instead of working with many individual tools, we now use a central platform through which we can keep track of all devices, deploy patches, provide remote support, and automate recurring routine tasks. This noticeably saves us time, reduces manual errors, and helps us to identify and resolve problems more quickly and proactively – especially in a distributed or hybrid work environment.

 ### 29. Clean Dashboard and Powerful Automation for Patch Management and Backups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to monitor devices and reach key features quickly. NinjaOne really excels at automating routine tasks like patch management and backup monitoring, which saves a lot of time—especially in critical moments. The built-in backup options and security monitoring also help provide an all-in-one solution, so I don’t need to rely on multiple tools to cover the basics.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne offers solid basic reporting, some users feel its advanced reporting and analytics capabilities fall short compared to other RMM tools. The options for customizing more detailed, in-depth reports can be somewhat limited, which may mean relying on third-party integrations to get deeper insights.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes it incredibly easy to access an end user’s machine quickly, without requiring the user to go through multiple steps just to get a remote session started.

 ### 30. Intuitive and Easy to Use, with Great Learning Tools and Certifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jgoulbourne@cloudtech24.com G. | IT Operations Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja RMM is very easy to use and intuitive. For its more advanced and useful features, Ninja provides an excellent space to learn and practice, along with certifications that support skill development.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There aren’t many downsides, really. Occasionally, devices can take a little while to come back online in Ninja, but it’s usually only a couple of minutes. Also, while the background mode is useful, it feels quite limited—though that’s likely due to the nature of the tool as a background interface.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to devices, with clear, simple ways to automate software patching and deployments.

 ### 31. One of the best RMM out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heiko S. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to implement, with a wide range of functions and a good, intuitive user interface. The security standards are high, and the support is excellent. NinjaOne is also one of the few products that truly listens to user feedback and follows through by implementing it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

New features are being developed a bit too quickly. I would like to see existing features being improved as well.
Some security features are way over the top. A revamp is urgently needed here as well.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It covers OS and third-party patching, task automation, and monitoring. It also supports remote assistance and makes troubleshooting easier.

 ### 32. Single console to monitor all IT assets as well as work tickets from creation to resolve.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | IT Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

From a single console it makes it possible to manage/monitor all computers in the company. From the same console it allows a technician to resolve tickets from creation to resolution using built in remote tools and softwar patching/installs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is little to dislike. If I had to choose one it would be frustrations getting the ticketing system setup and waiting for improvements.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninjaone solves issues with machine inventory, remote access, antivirus monitoring (with integration from several 3rd party AV companies) and ticketing. This allows us to support 150+ users and 3 sites with only 2 technicians.

 ### 33. A reliable and feature-rich IT Management solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madan M. | IT system administrator and IT Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

After spending several weeks with NinjaOne, I discovered that it offers all the features I require for remote computer management and OS patching and software upgrades. Throughout my experience, I did not face any problems related to performance or reliability. Additionally, I found the customer service to be highly responsive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is no screen capture option to take a screen shot

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne mainly to help solving many IT related problems faced by our team members, such as network printing, difficulties logging into the application, email issue. I also use NinjaOne to do OS Patching

 ### 34. Powerful Overviews, Backstage Tools, and Automation Make System Management Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray G. | Technical Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The system overviews, backstage options, file explorer, and scripting automation make system management really easy, with no impact on clients.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When multiple technicians connect to the same endpoint, it only shows our MSP name. It would be much more helpful if it displayed the individual technician instead, because as a tech—or in my case, as a team lead—I want to know exactly who I’m waiting for or assisting.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I’m working on new system onboardings, file transfers can be troublesome. The FTP-like transfer window makes it fully visual what’s happening, and it’s much easier to retry when something fails.

 ### 35. Ninja One Review.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mark c. | 2nd Line Support Engineer., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is an intuitive, reliable, and well-designed RMM platform that makes device management straightforward.

The interface is easy to navigate. Patch management, monitoring, and scripting are particularly strong, and the automation capabilities help save a significant amount of time on repetitive tasks.

Ninja Remote is a robust remote access tool with almost all of the features that you require.
Its remote access to command line and PowerShell can make fixing problems invisible to the end user, I able able to run administrator tasks as the user without giving them access to CMD or PowerShell.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Backstage Remote feature could use some improvement. While it’s a useful concept, it doesn’t always feel as smooth or as fully featured as other remote or background management tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja One does the following services very well for us.

Remote Access
Patch Management
Monitoring
Backups

 ### 36. Great Remote Management Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah M. | IT Support Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

How easy it is to organize all our assets, it's fairly straightfoward and intuitive as well!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

To be honest, I haven't used another remote asset management system to compare it to. It does what we need it to and the company also has been great about answering questions and putting out information/education!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to quickly solve issues with our studio computers. We have over 70 locations and being able to just login to the computers to solve issues that ultimately help support or team quicker and more efficiently has been wonderful!

 ### 37. All-in-One, Scalable IT Tool with Fast, Reliable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay V. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

All-in-one tool – monitoring, patching, backups, etc.
Reliable support – fast and helpful responses
Scalable – works well for growing IT environments

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting is basic – limited customization in reports
Pricing can be high – especially for small teams
Limited integrations – weaker third-party integrations in some cases
Deployment can be slow – setup takes longer than expected
UI quirks / search issues – some parts need refinement

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility → gives real-time view of all devices & assets
Slow issue resolution → enables fast remote access & automated fixes
Downtime & security gaps → proactive monitoring + automated updates

 ### 38. Clean Unified Dashboard with Strong Automation and Easy Deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sana C. | Customer Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What stands out about NinjaOne is its clean, unified dashboard that brings monitoring, patching, and remote access into one place.
Its strong automation and easy deployment help IT teams save time and manage endpoints with minimal frictio

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Downsides of NinjaOne include relatively higher pricing and limited customization in reporting.
Its ticketing system and integrations can also feel less mature compared to competitors.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of scattered, reactive IT management by centralizing monitoring, patching, and support into one platform.
This benefits me by reducing downtime and manual work through automation, while letting me fix issues proactively before users are impacted.

 ### 39. Nice, Easy-to-Use Ticketing System with a Straightforward Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system is nice and easy to use, with a straightforward interface that makes it simple to create and manage tickets.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thing I dislike is what it doesn’t have, or what I’d like it to include. It would be great to have an option to integrate a company’s ChatGPT environment directly into the ticketing solution, so a technician could click for AI-assisted suggestions on tickets that require additional research. At the very least, I’d like an AI feature that can search across all tickets to see whether something similar was submitted before, and then provide a link to view that ticket.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The patch management is great. The ticketing system lets us not only complete IT support-related tasks, but also handle system tracking, such as access management changes and department changes.

 ### 40. Feature-Rich and Intuitive, with Seamless Remoting and Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ocean C. | IT Helpdesk Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a lot of features such as allowing us to put in scripts and overall is very easy to use and inuitive. Remoting in and apply updates are very easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it takes a while to be able to remote into users computers and the error codes for scripts ran using Ninja can be unclear.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja lets us be able to provide support for remote users without having to use RDP or walk them through issues. Ninja also helps us with patching across our environment and easy monitoring and tracking of products.

 ### 41. Powerful Endpoint Management with Minor Policy Limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danilo G. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out because it centralizes endpoint management, patching, and remote support in a single platform, making IT operations faster and easier.”

“The automation, integrations, and AI-based patch intelligence provide real time savings and strong operational value.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I dislike most is the rigid one-policy-per-device rule and the limited reporting capabilities, which make complex setups harder to manage.
Also, alert tuning can be frustrating, and the mobile app lacks the full functionality of the desktop version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of tool sprawl by consolidating endpoint management, patching, and remote access into one platform. The main benefit is a massive reduction in manual work, saving hours every week.

 ### 42. Smooth Usability and Reliable Remote Access with Flexible RMM Scripting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | IT für KMU, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Smooth usability. It offers reliable functionality for remote access to clients and servers. The RMM functionality is more or less complete, and I can also add my own scripts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Uninstalling the agent is possible, but I don’t receive any feedback or confirmation that the uninstallation was completed on the customer’s hardware. This would be important for properly closing out service contracts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access is excellent, and support is super fast when I need help. Update management is also very useful: it helps me avoid known issues and lets me skip specific updates when NinjaOne indicates they should be skipped.

 ### 43. Intuitive, All-in-One IT Management with a Centralized Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel Morales M. | Customer success specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is very easy to use and extremely intuitive. The centralized dashboard makes it simple to monitor devices, manage patching, automate tasks, and provide remote support—all from one platform

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is very little to dislike. Some advanced features may require initial tuning to fully match specific workflows, but overall the platform is well designed and continuously improving.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne streamlines endpoint management by providing real-time visibility, automated patching, and proactive monitoring. It reduces manual effort, improves response times, and helps maintain a secure and stable IT environment. This has significantly increased operational efficiency and service quality for our IT operations.

 ### 44. Fast, Easy Automation and Remote Root Access with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is very easy to work with and very good at automating tasks that we used to do manually on people's computer. My favourite bit is definitely being able to remote to people's terminal as root.
Works very fast, and it's well integrated with BitDefender, which is another product we use heavily. NinjaOne is highly configurable and onboarding machines is super simple. We can get all sorts of info need at any point. Fantastic tool. Their support team and the dojo/support articles are great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It doesn't tell you when the remote tool has updated, so many times I get asked to update it exactly when I need to use it. It's very fast to update, but it is time consuming when you're in need to remote to someone's machine for support.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having less manual touch to user's computers.

 ### 45. Automation and Alarm Systems That Greatly Optimized Our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivo Manuel Ventura M. | Monitoring Manager, IT Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It has greatly optimized our work with automation and alarm systems. We have a good workflow dynamic.
Quick to implement for clients, and everything is up and running with policies and alerts in minutes.
We use it daily; I manage this monitoring team, and it's our daily tool.
The support team responds quickly, even if they don't have an immediate solution for some issues, which aren't actually product defects.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although NinjaOne Remote Access is fast to use, it sometimes fails. It could be possible to generate more reports with templates. It could natively include a vulnerability scan. Updating the machine status after operating system updates via the console could be faster, but even so, it's satisfactory.
It could have direct integration with the Veeam Service Provider console and Kaspersky Cloud Hub.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching Management and OS patching with automation.
False alerts from other RMMs.
Unified Management.

 ### 46. Feature-Rich Platform, Always Adding New Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I enjoy all the wide feature set that Ninja offers, and appreciate how they are constantly adding new features and improving existing ones. I feel like Ninja is easy to use, with as many features as there are as well. The ability to add ad-hoc NMS monitoring is also beneficial as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not had great experiences with support when opening tickets. Typically the response time is not great and when I finally do hear back from support, they are not generally helpful and tickets seem to drag on.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja provides patch management and allows us to continue to automate processes. Ninja also provides a backup solution that we use for some of our clients. The conditional alerting is also an added benefit, and the overall customization to run scripts against dynamic groups.

 ### 47. NinjaOne Makes Managing All My Devices Effortless in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haider A. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninjaone is an amazing tool that allows me to manage all of my devices from one platform, instead of having to manage them one at a time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There’s nothing to dislike about NinjaOne so far. I’ve been using it, and it’s helped me a lot with managing devices quickly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving my daily, day-to-day IT issues by providing a centralized endpoint monitoring tool. It benefits me by saving time and improving the reliability of our company systems. Their support is also very proactive, helping me get quick solutions for any issue I have.

 ### 48. NinjaOne is a necessity for our company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cacy L. | Desktop Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really enjoy how the program allows me to access a number of different devices, that I can set scripts for new onboarded users, the interface is very user-friendly, and it doesn't slow my computer or the user's computer down.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I was having issues using the remote in function but it turns out that this was only due to an ipv4 setting / glitch and not the fault of the program

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne gives me the ability to assist users in their day by remote functions, scripting, cmd line interactions, checking status of computers, and so much more.

 ### 49. Powerful, Fast Endpoint Management with Responsive Support and Great Connectwise Manage Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to manage endpoints via policy/profiles. Able to keep devices up to date, easily remote access them for troubleshooting, and the tools to push apps and scripts are very powerful and fast. Has nice integration wtih Connectwise Manage for alerting as well to created and auto-close tickets.

Support responds quickly and has even made some adjustments for us in the UI to make it easier on our end.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes removing a broken agent and reinstalling can cause trouble but there are scripts and guides for getting things fixed if that happens.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use for help desk in order for us to provide high end support for many clients across broad industries. Easy to manage many things under one pain of glass (like patching, backups via Dropsuite, pushing software automatically, etc)

 ### 50. Clear device management with valuable status information and practical remote access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** marc k. | Customer Helpdesk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The overview of all integrated devices with extensive information about the status of the devices, as well as the ability to act remotely via the platform, is very helpful in everyday life.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I find the possibility to integrate one's own branding really very good. It's just a pity that, for example, when a restart request is sent to the PC via the client, a not particularly high-resolution NinjaOne icon appears. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to customize or change this anywhere so far. It would be nice if this option could be added in the future.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no business problems with NinjaOne
