Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. The platform brings together the core work of modern IT operations: endpoint management, autonomous patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint and SaaS backup, remote access, and IT service desk. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. ## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. NinjaOne: Great Functionality with Constant Improvements in the Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Director, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a great platform for so many reasons. Currently functionality is great and there is always more useful functions in the pipeline. We use it everyday and it has great integrations with other tools we use in our software stack. The software itself is very easy to use and implement, plus everytime we have needed support the support team and our account manager have been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly I have nothing that I dislike. It is one of our very best tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to manage all our MSP customer devices in a single easy to use application. Patching is automatically controlled so we do not have to worry about endpoints being out of date. Alerts are automatically sent to our PSA when issues are detected on endpoints, so we can follow up immediately. The inbuilt backups provide a reliable method of backing up our clients servers and Microsoft 365 Tenants so we do not need to use additional software.

  ### 2. Ninja Surpasses Other RMMs—A Joy to Use with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srully K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have used many different RMM & Patching Software in the past for both personal and work, and have found consistently that Ninja surpasses the others by a pretty large margin in even the most basic tasks which makes it a joy to use.
The integrations with other software and apps make it easy to implement across a variety of industries as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish there would be a free option for 1-10 devices like other options out there so more people find ninja and then end up moving to it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all devices across all organizations and making sure they stay updated, secure and easy to access

  ### 3. All‑in‑One Endpoint Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René K. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is very intuitive, making device management, monitoring, and automation easy to handle from a single dashboard. It just works, saves time, and gives a great overview of the entire IT environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Ticketing Form is not customable for the Systray Icon

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and monitoring endpoints efficiently in a growing IT environment. It centralizes monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation in a single platform, reducing manual effort and tool sprawl. For me, this means faster response times, better visibility across all devices, fewer routine issues, and more time to focus on strategic IT tasks instead of daily firefighting.

  ### 4. Easy to Use and continuously gets better!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out as a mature and intuitive RMM solution that effectively serves both internal IT teams and MSPs without sacrificing depth or stability. Its modern interface significantly accelerates onboarding and simplifies complex tasks, allowing staff to focus on strategic initiatives rather than tool mechanics. The platform's reliability is unmatched by its responsive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable support team, which ensures rapid resolution for any operational issues. By streamlining patch management, scripting, and reporting, NinjaOne transforms IT operations from reactive fire-fighting to proactive strategic planning. Ultimately, it is a highly recommended investment for organizations prioritizing user experience, scalability, and a genuine vendor partnership.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the platform is robust, there are minor features that could benefit from further refinement; however, given the vendor's active update cycle, these gaps are expected to be addressed swiftly. To ensure a seamless procurement process, it is highly advisable to clarify upfront which capabilities are included in the base license versus those that require add-on modules or separate fees. This due diligence prevents unexpected costs and ensures the initial investment aligns perfectly with your organization's specific requirements.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I migrated to NinjaOne from a competing solution primarily to leverage their aggressive innovation cycle, which delivers frequent, high-value updates that directly align with our evolving operational demands. Unlike our previous provider, NinjaOne consistently introduces features that solve real-world problems for my team, rather than adding unnecessary bloat. This continuous improvement strategy has transformed our workflow, granting us immediate access to cutting-edge capabilities that enhance both efficiency and security. Ultimately, the platform's responsiveness to user feedback has established it as a strategic partner that grows in value alongside our organization.

  ### 5. Reliable, Efficient RMM Platform with Strong Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** hector M. | IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use NinjaOne primarily for RMM, patch management, and endpoint monitoring across our client environments, and it has become a core part of our operational workflow. The platform provides excellent visibility into device health, alerting, and automation, which has significantly reduced manual maintenance tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Support has been responsive when needed, and the platform continues to evolve with meaningful feature updates.

Overall, NinjaOne has been a dependable, scalable RMM solution that supports proactive IT management and operational efficiency.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management is straightforward and reliable, allowing us to manage Windows updates and third-party patching with minimal disruption. The scripting and automation capabilities are particularly strong and have helped us standardize processes across multiple environments.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and remote access tools are fast and dependable. Reporting has improved over time and provides useful insights for both internal review and client communication.

  ### 6. Powerful RMM with excellent support and Customizable Dashboard.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find NinjaOne Remote faster and more reliable than the previous MDM we had. In the event there are any issuse I can use Splashtop as a backup.
The interface is modern looking making it easy to navigate. Having the system overview, installed software etc makes life very easy to find information I need.
Customizing the Dashboard give a quick clear view of device health, patching or issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not found a real issue with NinjaOne. Moving on to a new RMM, always has a learning curve but the interface made the transition relatively straight forward.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for installing software and deploying patches and updates. It also supports remote assistance, which makes it easier to help users without being on-site. On top of that, we monitor hardware for potential issues and handle the resolution of whatever other problems the end user throws at us.

  ### 7. Unified Management and device security Made Easy for all devices including mobile devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. The NinjaOne library and forum also provide a wide range of automation scripts. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we found that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we’ve been using to help facilitate the switch.

Starting January 2026, we’re expanding our use of NinjaOne to manage all our tablets. This is a game changer, since tablets have traditionally been harder to manage than Windows laptops. With NinjaOne, we can manage and secure our tablets more effectively.

NEW REVIEW - Starting April, we are using NinjaOne to integrate with SplashTop remote access software to manage Chromebook. Even though NinjaOne doesn’t have native support for managing Chromebook, we can still use NinjaOne with SplashTop to manage Chromebook. This shows that NinjaOne has a broad capacity to integrate with various tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At times, NinjaOne can be slow when I try to access a device remotely. We’ve also noticed that NinjaOne requires a fairly reliable network; if the connection isn’t stable, our remote sessions get disconnected from time to time.

On my mobile phone, I have to use both NinjaOne and NinjaRemote because they are two separate apps, which makes the overall process a bit cumbersome. In addition, it still lacks features for managing mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. For example, we can’t connect to a tablet or smartphone in real time and are limited to screen recording.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing desktop and mobile device management together in a single platform has been beneficial for me. It streamlines patching, vulnerability management, and security updates by keeping everything in one place. NinjaRMM can manage and secure mobile devices as well, which makes it easier to stay consistent across different device types.

NinjaOne also lets us schedule patch management for the times we choose. Unlike Microsoft patching, which can be unreliable, with NinjaOne we can be confident the patch is actually installed. If a patch doesn’t install properly, NinjaOne alerts us so we can address it quickly.

  ### 8. User-Friendly and Reliable, but Reporting Customization Feels Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osama S. | Custom Patch & Emblem, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Focus on the features, benefits, or experiences that have provided the most value.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that could be improved in NinjaOne is the reporting customization. While the platform is very user-friendly and reliable overall, creating highly detailed or fully customized reports can sometimes feel a bit limited compared to some enterprise-focused tools. However, the platform continues to improve with updates, and the ease of use and automation features still make it a strong solution overall.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping streamline endpoint management, remote monitoring, and IT support operations in one centralized platform. It has reduced the time spent on manual tasks through automation, improved device visibility, and made remote troubleshooting much faster and more efficient. This has helped increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall response times when managing systems and supporting users.

  ### 9. Absolutely Love This Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mick C. | IT Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how simple and easy NinjaOne is to use. The implementation was straightforward and didn’t require a lot of time or complexity, which is a big plus. I use it every day because it’s reliable and makes remote management and automation effortless. The integration with other tools is smooth, so everything works together without headaches. Overall, it’s fast, intuitive, and helps me focus on my work instead of managing the platform. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I need them.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I absolutely love everything about this product and honestly can't think of anything I dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like how simple and intuitive NinjaOne is. It makes endpoint management easy and saves me a lot of time with automation and patching. We’ve been able to replace Ivanti and Intune patching with NinjaOne, and the experience has been much smoother and more reliable. Remote management works great, and the reporting is clear and useful. Plus, their support team is always responsive and helpful when needed.

  ### 10. Empowers IT Management with Intuitive Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Import and Export | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne as an RMM tool for managing entities across North America and appreciate its automation functions, especially for security patching and software updates, which help reduce our endpoint management workload. I value the intuitive design and visibility it provides, and how the platform consistently enhances existing functionality while releasing new features to support our IT operations needs. As our IT responsibilities have expanded, NinjaOne's intuitive design and consistent feature updates have been invaluable in maintaining the digital working environment. Additionally, I was impressed by how straightforward it was to implement, using AD auto discovery initially and then seamlessly transitioning to Intune-based installation. The technician setup and policy configurations are remarkably intuitive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently, some of our subsidiaries are using the ticketing function, but it has a limitation: emails can only be sent from a single account. It would be valuable if NinjaOne could enhance this feature to allow per-subsidiary email account configuration for ticketing operations. It would be helpful if NinjaOne could display the OS patch release date alongside the OS version information. For our security reporting to HQ, we need more detailed data - specifically the OS Build Version (e.g., 26200.8246) and its release date.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne's automation for security patching and updates, reducing our endpoint management workload. Its intuitive design and consistent feature updates help us manage IT needs efficiently despite resource constraints.

  ### 11. Effortless to Learn with a Refreshingly Simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel D. | M365 Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of use. The program doesn't really have a steep learning curve. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and was zipping through it like I had been using it for years. The KB is also filled with information that pointed me in the right direction a few times.

The UI is very well thought out and the lack of "AI features" is a breath of fresh air.

---
(Updated review as of 1/29/26) - We have been using NinjaOne for a little more time and now that it is completely configured to our liking, we can't imagine a world without it. It's snappy and responsive, makes patching and rebooting a breeze, and is a very powerful tool. Our team has saved a ton of time by switching to NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much to dislike. I think my only gripe is that Software dashboard looks pretty bare bones.

We would like some additional network monitoring features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live analytics of the endpoints in our environment.
Remote Support ability is also great and easy to use.
The new Intune app has made deploying NinjaOne to our endpoints a breeze.

  ### 12. NinjaOne’s RMM Is a Powerful, Affordable One-Stop Shop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that NinjaOne serves as a one stop shop for RMM, Ticketing, EDR management, data repository, etc. I especially like the RMM as it provides so much control at your fingertips and I am only barely scratching the surface of all that it provides. The RMM has made support so much easier for my techs. With this feature alone we are reducing travel time and increasing response time with our clients. It has also made Onboarding a much smoother process, which our clients like. For all that you get with Ninja One, the price has been quite affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not discovered any down sides currently.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing us to spend more time actually supporting our clients by being able to respond remotely rather than drive to client sites to address their needs. This results in a savings for us and has increased our client satisfaction.

  ### 13. Clean, Intuitive RMM with Seamless Integration and Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Senior IT Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward. The platform is fast, responsive, and doesn’t feel bloated, which is a refreshing change compared to some legacy RMM tools. I particularly appreciate the seamless integration of patch management, scripting, and endpoint visibility—all in one place.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently we are not experiencing any difficulties with NinjaOne

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is benefitting us greatly in our business. Below is some of the details.

Fragmented Toolsets
Many IT teams rely on multiple disconnected tools for patching, remote access, monitoring, and asset management. NinjaOne consolidates these into a single platform, reducing complexity and tool sprawl.

Manual and Reactive IT Processes
Without automation, tasks like patching, software deployment, and alerting are time-consuming and error-prone. NinjaOne automates these workflows, enabling proactive management.

Limited Visibility into Endpoints
Traditional tools often lack real-time insight into device health, software status, or vulnerabilities. NinjaOne provides live data and customizable alerts, improving response times and decision-making.

Remote Support Challenges
Supporting remote or hybrid users can be difficult without reliable remote access. NinjaOne’s built-in remote tools make it easy to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

It benefits out business because:

Efficiency Gains: Routine tasks like patching, software installs, and health checks are automated, freeing up time for strategic work.

Improved Security: Automated patching and alerting reduce exposure to vulnerabilities and help maintain compliance.

Faster Issue Resolution: Real-time monitoring and remote access tools allow you to respond to problems before users even report them.

Scalability: As your environment grows, NinjaOne scales easily without needing additional infrastructure or complex setup.

  ### 14. NinjaOne has become the CORE of our MSP stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudiu S. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity. The platform is genuinely easy to use — the interface is clean, fast, and intuitive, so technicians can jump in daily without friction. Implementation was straightforward, with agents deploying smoothly across mixed environments and policies easy to standardize.

Customer support is another standout: responses are fast, knowledgeable, and actually helpful, which is rare in the RMM space. We use NinjaOne constantly throughout the day because it centralizes so many functions: monitoring, patching, automation, remote access, scripting, and asset management. Despite having a large feature set, everything feels cohesive rather than bolted on. Integrations with PSA, documentation, security tools, and especially the built‑in Bitdefender integration are simple to configure and work reliably, which reduces operational overhead for our MSP.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No real dislikes. NinjaOne is evolving quickly, and most of the features we’d love to see are already on their roadmap or in development.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne centralizes the core functions our MSP relies on: monitoring, patching, automation, remote access, and endpoint management. Instead of juggling multiple tools, our technicians work from a single, fast interface that gives real‑time visibility into every client environment. Automated patching and alerting reduce reactive tickets, while scripting and policy‑based automation let us standardize processes across all customers.

The biggest benefit is efficiency — we resolve issues faster, prevent more problems proactively, and support more endpoints without increasing headcount. That directly improves client satisfaction and gives us the operational scale we need as an outsourcing MSP.

  ### 15. Clear, stable, and automated: NinjaOne noticeably improves the workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Compared to other RMM tools, NinjaOne is particularly strong for me because the interface is very clear. I find devices and issues immediately without having to search for a long time, which noticeably saves time in everyday life.

Additionally, it integrates well with other tools (e.g., Backup, Security). This way, I have everything centrally in view and don't have to constantly switch between different systems.

Moreover, NinjaOne runs very stably and quickly. Remote access works reliably and without noticeable delays, even when multiple sessions are open simultaneously.

Another plus point is the automations (e.g., patch management, scripts). This eliminates many manual tasks, which brings a clear added value and reduces my working time.

NinjaOne significantly improves my workflow, especially through automation, stability, and the central management of all devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

For smaller teams or fewer devices, NinjaOne is often more expensive than other solutions. If a PC is completely overloaded (e.g., memory full), NinjaOne may sometimes no longer be able to retrieve current data.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major problem for me was the manual patching of systems, which took a lot of time and was often forgotten.

With NinjaOne, patch management is done automatically. Updates are scheduled and installed without my intervention.

  ### 16. Intuitive interface, strong integrations, and fast remote management with clear ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI / UX:
The user interface is clear and very intuitive. Switching between different customer environments is seamless, which drastically reduces the onboarding time for new technicians.

Integrations:
NinjaOne works excellently with other solutions. The integrations into common PSA tools and documentation platforms optimize our entire workflow and ensure data consistency across our entire stack.

Performance:
The platform is fast and reliable. Remote management sessions and actions are executed almost in real-time, and the load by the agent on customer systems is impressively low.

Pricing / ROI:
Although NinjaOne is not the cheapest solution on the market, the ROI (Return on Investment) is clear. The efficiency gains from centralized administration and automation easily offset the costs, as we save valuable billable hours every week.

Support / Onboarding:
The onboarding process was simple and helpful. The support team responds quickly and truly understands the technical intricacies of an MSP environment.

AI / Intelligence:
The intelligent alerts and growing automation capabilities of the platform help us transition from reactive to proactive management. Problems are often solved before the customer even notices them.

I particularly like the ability to easily administer and remotely manage multiple customer systems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although there is already a solution for ad-hoc support, its implementation is not yet optimal compared to the rest of the dashboard. For customers who do not primarily use NinjaOne (no permanent agent installation), the process for quick support is often too cumbersome or unreliable. A smoother, more user-friendly 'quick support' experience would be desirable here, offering fewer friction points when establishing a connection.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of inefficient management of isolated customer systems. We benefit from enormous time savings in remote maintenance and the ability to scale our business without increasing complexity.

  ### 17. Powerful and Reliable RMM with Great Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its intuitive UI and solid automation features. It makes it easy to manage and automate tasks like patching, monitoring, and scripting, which saves a lot of daily manual work.
Integrations work reliably, and the platform performs well even with many endpoints. Onboarding was straightforward, and support has been helpful when needed.
From my perspective, it offers good value for the time it saves and the efficiency gains. The built-in smart features also help streamline routine work and improve visibility.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Overall, there are practically no disadvantages compared to the benefits the platform provides.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us primarily with remote management and monitoring of our customers’ devices. It gives us a centralized view of all endpoints, which makes it much easier to detect and react to issues quickly without needing on-site access.
The automation capabilities are also a big benefit, especially for tasks like patch management, maintenance, and routine system checks. This reduces manual effort and allows us to standardize processes across different customer environments.
Overall, it improves response times, increases efficiency, and helps us manage a larger number of systems with less operational overhead.

  ### 18. NinjaOne Remote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda R. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The remote desk function works really well, I don't lose connection even when the computer I'm remoting into is restarting. I get to choose which monitor I'm looking at just clicking on it (instead of having to adjust manually the vision I want, like I used to with other monitoring platforms), and the chat is very helpful. Also Customer Support works well, I like that I can book a meeting with someone to discuss anything on a videocall, within less than 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thing I don't like so far is the fact that the default ticket template cannot be modify as of right now. You can have other templates but the employees would have to log in to see them. The default (the one they can access by clicking on the icon in the taskbar's system tray to submit an IT ticket) cannot be edited. An agent told me they were working on it, so I'm looking forward to that.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem NinjaOne is solving is having to look for devices information and remote desk functions on one place, and attend IT tickets on another. Now we can have both things in the same platform and so far is been great, I think it saves us a lot of time and effort.

  ### 19. NinjaOne has made our environment a tech breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Information Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I'm a huge fan of putting the Custom Fields to use through automations and scripts. I suggest anyone who wants to master NinjaOne to become a master in Custom Fields! As a bonus, I really like being able to get into Background Mode to administer the workstations without having to disturb the user. I also like the cross platform functions allowing me to help Windows, Mac and Linux users across our tenant.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I haven't seen any downside. The pricing is fair and the upside is nothing but better access, control and visibility of your environment. If I could improve one thing, it would be adding in more features like host monitoring through PING/SNMP/Probes like PRTG or Zabbix. It would be helpful to be able see maps of your entire network and see problems pop up on a dashboard view. Another thing that I think would be useful are more AI features or a chatbot with visibility into our tenant.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to support our end users with instant remote support and from an administrative standpoint we are getting better insights into our software deployment, versioning and updated! We are fairly new to NinjaOne, but we jumped in and are making it better every day.

  ### 20. NinjaOne - a product that works but keeps improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard and other common interfaces for the techs are laid out very intuitively. It allows the techs to see an issue at a glance. The team at NinjaOne is very responsive to feedback and has been continuously improving the product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are little gotchas such as not as granular of permissions for user accounts. Also the backup interface seems very bolted onto the main product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our main tool to manage client devices. We strive to automate as much as possible to prevent outages and issues for our clients but when the inevitable problem occurs the client can either put in a ticket via the system tray icon or call us and we can quickly and easily remote onto their system and resolve the issue. Ninja has thresholds configured to create tickets and in some cases to notify a tech if a threshold was exceeded. It is integrated with our PSA to provide the techs rich detail when creating the ticket.

  ### 21. Smooth Remote Support with Flexible Device Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon P. | Junior ICT Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Great for remote support. One thing I like is that you can manage devices without fully taking them over like deleting files or running scripts.

Remote access is very smooth and you don’t need somebody’s id to take over their computer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes after restarting a computer it takes a minute before you can connect but I think that is more an issue from the pc that it is taking a moment to start up ninja after restarting

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to ask the user that you are helping for a teamviewer id and password
You only need to know their name or pc name which saves a lot of time on the phone

  ### 22. Love working with Ninja

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use a lot of the reporting features. I enjoy how easy it is to get the information I need in a simple, easy to read report that I can also use in client meetings. Our customer support over the years has been wonderful as well. It is nice to have real people to speak to when we are having a problem.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The one issue lately I have been fighting with is the Warranty line for the devices. When I am renewing server warranties with Dell for example, the dates in Ninja don't update unless I hit the refresh button next to the end date. If I forget to do this and I run a new report looking for expired server warranties I get bad information.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Ninja gives us access to our clients devices all in one space. It is a time saver! The remote tool helps my technicians serve our clients in an efficient manner.

  ### 23. Responsive, Highly Customizable & Adding New Features All The Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario A. | Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have used a similar tools throughout my career in IT and I have found NinjaOne to be one of the most responsive and easy to use. I would also like to point out how simple it was to integrate the tool into our environment and quickly deploy the agents to our various devices. Since our first talk with NinjaOne, up to now where the tool is fully integrated into our environment, we have received the same level of customer support with timely and friendly communication.

Update (1/27/2026): Our organization has really benefited from the visibility and patching functionality NinjaOne provides. Our team has saved a ton of time in tasks that used to be manual.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would love to see some improvements to the UI of the management portal. Specifically related to getting to certain administrative settings quicker that seem to be a few menus down. We would also like to see more features from the network monitoring side.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a tool to improve our ability to manage devices in our organization. We have used other tools to deploy apps and manage devices but they always lacked in their ability to be fine tuned and customized to our liking. Not to mention that NinjaOne sends out commands very quickly.

  ### 24. A great tool for endpoint management!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek G. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne every day. I find it more useful than any other tool that I have used in my IT career. NinjaOne. It is simple to implement and integrates with our security software, allowing it to notify my team of security issues. There are many other integrations with other security software and ticketing systems, which are listed on their site.

NinjaOne continues to add more features every few months. The last version introduced custom payloads for Apple MDM, which makes single-app configurations possible and also helps with installing apps that require specific configurations for setup.

Device tags are now available. I can now create tags and apply them to specific devices that will work with automation and device deployment. Unmanaged devices can now be tracked within NinjaOne, such as printers, headsets, phones, and other higher-cost devices, which makes reporting and audits much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see emails that are formatted in a more legible/readable layout. A lot of notifications are now harder to read and have become a blob of info that makes it hard to find specific information quickly and easily. An example of this is Active Directory notifications. They show as a paragraph of information, and it's very difficult to sort everything out.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running scripts remotely has helped push multiple devices at once. A remote command prompt makes it easy to run some commands without the users being aware. I enjoy having a simple file manager on individual devices to view, upload, or download files. The ability to look at the overview of a device and see all the resources being utilized, like having a task manager (performance tab) open. I am up to date on the device with the activity log showing useful information about users logging in and out, reboots, network adapters, scripts being run, and whether they were completed with success or failure.

A recent feature that has been released is the ability to deploy Windows images using a bootable USB. You can store the images on a network share or a local storage device. You can have multiple images stored and named through the software when creating the image. I have already used this a few times, and it's a great time saver.

  ### 25. Game-Changer: Snappy UI, Rock-Solid Agent, and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Switching to NinjaOne has been a game-changer for my daily workflow as a technician; the snappy UI/UX allows me to jump from a high-level alert to a remote terminal in seconds without the lag I’ve experienced with legacy systems. The performance of the lightweight agent is rock-solid, and the built-in "Ninja Remote" stays stable even on poor connections, while the powerful automation allows me to run custom scanning scripts and diagnostic tools across my entire fleet automatically. Expert-level support that actually understands technical needs, combined with security integrations that feed directly into my dashboard streamlines work and ensures that problems are addressed right away.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While I don't have any particular issues with the platform to complain about, the only real hurdle when recommending NinjaOne is that they don't list their pricing upfront, which makes the initial research phase a bit more tedious. You can’t just glance at a pricing page to see if it fits your budget; you have to jump on a call for a custom quote. While the value is definitely there once you see the platform in action, it’s an extra step that can be a bit of a barrier for smaller shops or anyone looking for a quick 'buy now' experience."

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has provided a solution to the "firefighting" cycle of break-fix troubleshooting by giving us the visibility to solve issues before the client even notices. Instead of waiting for a frantic call, the platform’s automated notifications alert us to early signs of system hardware failures, like failing SMART status on a drive or overheating CPUs, allowing us to schedule a quiet replacement rather than dealing with an emergency crash. This proactive approach has streamlined our entire system management strategy; by having a single source of truth for every endpoint, we can push out critical updates or run diagnostic tools across the entire fleet simultaneously. Ultimately, it’s drastically decreased the problem of "reactive IT" by providing the automation and monitoring needed to keep client environments stable and predictable.

  ### 26. A great all in one solution for a lean IT Department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudy S. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard is very intuitive, the wealth of features that are all under one hood can't be beat. I like that my ticketing system, knowledge base, remote desktop, backups, and EDR system is all under one pane of glass.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not too many downsides, the team is great about fixing any bugs rathe quickly and listening to its customer base about want's and things that dont work as well as they should.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to enable all workstations are patched efficiently and ensures compliance with patching. NinjaOne allows me to easily deploy machines by running scripts on all devices once they check in with the Ninja agent. It all allows me to easily access individuals' workstations to troubleshoot a myriad of issues they may be experiencing. Most of all Ninja allows me to manage a large number of workstations and automate a number of processes which is important when trying to accomplish more with less payroll. NinjaOne definitely fulfills one of my life mottos which is to work smarter, not harder.

  ### 27. You won't believe what this RMM platform can do! [SHOCKED]

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne’s UI is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. It has made our onboarding process smoother and has been genuinely helpful for our end users. Straightforward tools like keyboard input and file transfers make a noticeable difference in day-to-day support. It is great for something we use everyday for our end users.

The MDM solution feels faster than Intune’s and includes most of what you need to configure devices. Setup for APN and ADE was also very simple. I also appreciate how quickly I can resync a device or push policies when needed, especially when changes need to take effect right away.

Customer support is stellar with our account manager and support engineers. They are very quick to respond and eager to assist with calls and demos.

Installing NinjaOne is as simple as a MSI. Deploying to our machines only requires a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Installing applications in NinjaOne can be tricky at times. There’s a 1GB size limit, and I’ve had tasks get stuck in the queue with no clear way to troubleshoot what’s happening. I’ve also run into situations where neither older nor newer MSI installers work, which ends up forcing me to install the app manually.

The MDM features could be expanded as well. Some of the functionality I’m used to in Intune just isn’t available in Ninja. Setting policies can be frustrating because I’ll build a custom payload and it looks like it “saved,” but if I don’t click the big Save button in the top right, it wipes out everything I just configured. On top of that, the Save button sometimes throws an error, so I have to refresh the page and rebuild the payload all over again. On another note, Apps and Books don't seem to work as intended. I have the apps assigned to the policy but there is no way to see if it successfully pushed out or not.

The UI could use a little improvement, too. I like that restrictions are organized into categories, but it still feels like everything is lumped into one area, and it’s not always obvious where to go for deeper edits. Expanding the policy settings and making the navigation clearer would help.

When I’m setting policies, I do appreciate the side menu, but it doesn’t really show how much you can edit within each section. Also, on my test iPad it says it “needs attention,” but I can’t see what it needs or what I’m supposed to check. Maybe I’m missing it, but statuses like that should be visible at a glance.

Installing may be easy but uninstalling NinjaOne can be a bit of a hassle at times.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us resolve issues remotely and quickly. I can remote into users’ laptops and help them troubleshoot and fix their problems. They often praise how fast we are, and I have to thank NinjaOne for supporting our efforts. Being able to push our applications is a big plus as well since it saves us time from having to install it manually albeit it may not work 100% of the time.

Being able to patch devices with minimal effort saves a lot of time, and the straightforward onboarding makes the overall experience better. We can onboard an entire computer remotely as long as NinjaOne is installed on it. More recently, it has also made the MDM side of our timeclock iPads much easier to manage than when we had them on Intune. Policies and changes get pushed out in the blink of an eye.

  ### 28. Search by current logged in user please !!! <3 great software :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timo c. | 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI \ UX looks really nice. The software performs well with little issue

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My only criticism is that when I’m searching for a device to connect to, I can’t search by the currently logged-in user. Instead, I have to scroll through the list and look carefully, which is slow. Being able to filter or search by the current user would be very helpful and would speed things up.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to quickly remote onto devices and do work - SaaS backups giving me an overview of everything and also being told when a device is not in a healthy state is very helpful when having a large customer base

  ### 29. NinjaOne Streamlines Monitoring, Patching, and Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaweed K. | Technical Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne makes my work faster and easier by giving me a single dashboard for monitoring, patching, and remote support. Automated patching and fast remote access save me hours each week, and they help me resolve issues before users even notice.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some settings in NinjaOne feel a bit buried, which can make simple, quick tasks take longer than they should. A more streamlined, intuitive layout would help improve the overall workflow.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us overcome our manual patching and slow troubleshooting by automating updates and providing quick, reliable remote access. As a result, we save hours each week, and our devices stay more dependable overall.

  ### 30. NinjaOne Streamlines IT Tasks and Boosts Workflow Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan D. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve really enjoyed being able to use PowerShell for employees from my desktop — it saves me a lot of time not having to go around to every computer to make changes. I write scripts and then run them on each computer from my office. I’m somewhat new to using NinjaOne, so I’m sure it has a lot more features that will help improve my workflow as I become more familiar with it.

The remote desktop feature is also nice to use and has helped with remote workers, letting me see what they’re doing. Lately, I’ve been using NinjaOne a lot for my workflow. My company is working toward higher network security, and it’s made it a lot easier to perform tasks and testing.

Customer service has been great — we had a payment issue, and I sent an email to their billing support. They had it fixed the next day since I sent it at the end of the workday.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I currently don't dislike anything, maybe the learning of all the amazing features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently NinjaOne solves the ability for me to be able to test changes on employee computers without having to interrupt their workflow flow and that helps a lot.

  ### 31. NinjaOne Keeps Getting Better with Excellent Support and Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** fmartinez@hctc.coop M. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I appreciate most about NinjaOne is their continued commitment to improving the platform through regular feature enhancements and ongoing development. It’s clear the product is actively evolving to meet customer needs.

I also value the level of support NinjaOne provides. When assistance is needed, I can quickly reach knowledgeable staff who offer expert guidance and practical solutions. Additionally, the Zoom-based training sessions are extremely helpful, as they provide deeper insight into both existing capabilities and features we may not yet be fully utilizing, allowing our team to get more value from the platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this time, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike about NinjaOne. Overall, the platform has been reliable and continues to meet our needs well.

If I were to note an area for improvement, it would be the NinjaOne Android app. While I greatly appreciate having a mobile app available, I have experienced some usability issues related to dark mode on Android. These appear to be minor UI inconsistencies, but addressing them would further improve the mobile experience.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne effectively addresses several core IT challenges by serving as our primary ticketing system and remote access tool. It enables us to manage support requests efficiently while providing reliable remote connectivity for troubleshooting and user support.

Additionally, NinjaOne plays a critical role in server and endpoint management by helping ensure systems remain up to date and by proactively alerting us to potential issues. This visibility allows us to identify and resolve problems earlier, reduce downtime, and maintain a more stable and secure environment overall.

  ### 32. NinjaOne my positive experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan B. | IT support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find Ninja one greatly helpful in managing my ticket load, navigating to what needs to be done and understanding the SLA's that are possible using this software, I find it great how easy it is to make use of installers and get the program onto end user devices in order to monitor and provide assistancance, So fare when i've had to interact with NinjaOnes support they've been patient and willing to assist where possible, I use this daily along with teh whole of my team, it has integrated within our works ecosystem perfectly and easily.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be really cool to see further built-in scripting options for the software as well as some more options for supporting Linux. However, currently as a platform its hard to fault it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja one is helping and benefiting me by offering an easy way to remote on and assist users with their issues, it is great for this.

  ### 33. A comprehensive and efficient tool for IT management and support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio F. | Administrador de MV, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The application stands out for its versatility. It allows you to create policies for the teams, review the company's devices along with their characteristics, and access them remotely in seconds.

The ease of integration into our organization has been simple and quick. On a technical level, it is a very intuitive tool, which has significantly reduced the team's training time.

Additionally, NinjaOne has become a key component for customer support, as it allows us to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. It is a tool we use daily and has notably improved the quality and speed of the service we offer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far I haven't found any dark spots; I keep testing the application.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne centralizes device management and technical support on a single platform. It allows proactive monitoring, patch management, remote access, and task automation, which reduces incidents, response times, and manual work.

This benefits me because I have greater visibility and control of the environment, I can solve problems faster, prevent failures before they affect users, and dedicate more time to higher-value tasks.

  ### 34. Fast, User-Friendly Remote Access and Patch Management with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelius-Jan v. | Senior IT Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is pleasant to work with. I find it especially useful for remotely accessing computers to support our users and for managing software patches. It runs quickly and the interface is clear and user-friendly, which makes day-to-day use straightforward.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Overall, I have to say it works quite well. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it’s that sometimes it takes a while for the agent to connect, or it doesn’t reliably recognize that it’s available again after one user logs out and another user logs in on the device we’re accessing remotely.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers good manageability, especially when it comes to support and security updates.

  ### 35. Solid patch management solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve been using NinjaOne for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of those tools that quietly makes your day better.

Patch management is where it really shines. Once it’s set, it just works. Updates roll out on schedule, machines
stay compliant, and I don’t have to babysit the process or field angry ‘why did my computer restart?’ tickets.
It’s refreshingly uneventful in the best possible way.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting is solid for day‑to‑day needs, but if you’re building something highly customized or executive‑ready, you’ll probably end up exporting and polishing it elsewhere. Not a dealbreaker just part of the workflow.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensure that servers and workstations are patched and prevents vulnerabilities,

  ### 36. Consolidated Endpoint Visibility with Reliable Patching and Flexible Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Infrastructure Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, the biggest win is the consolidated visibility. We run a lean IT shop and NinjaOne lets us keep tabs on endpoints, push patches, and run scripts without jumping between five different tools. The patch management is reliable and the alerting is configurable without being overwhelming. It's one of those tools that just stays out of your way and does its job.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Apple MDM is kinda a mess. Clunky and doesn't work most of the time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a small IT team responsible for a large footprint, so tooling efficiency matters a lot. NinjaOne helps us punch above our weight — centralized endpoint management, automated patching, and remote access in one place means we're not stretched thin trying to maintain multiple overlapping tools. It's reduced our response time on endpoint issues and made routine maintenance something we can largely set and forget.

  ### 37. Clean, Intuitive UI with Snappy Performance and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tawhid C. | Proactive Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is clean and intuitive, the dark mode looks very nice. It is decently quick to navigate around so the performance feels snappy. There are lots of great integrations that it comes with as well as being able to integrate your own custom apps. The automation capabilities using the API is very nice and the custom fields opens many new avenues and ways of automating. Overall it is a solid product, and one of the better RMMs I've used

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are some areas that can be slower to load, but overall the company continues to improve over time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The normal problems that an RMM solves

  ### 38. NinjaOne is the key to understanding your Corporate Fleet

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monumental I. | Director of Corporate Operations (and IT), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The amount of data for device management offered. You can get a really detailed look under the hood of your company fleet with this tool.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

U/I is not the most intuitive and could be greatly improved by restructuring, ex: device scripts are hidden in submenus. There's a lot of insights per device presented, but it can be overloaded. While presented clearly enough, highlighting the most key or commonly used information would be go a long way to improving the overall already very good usability of the program.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fully remote company spread across the US and Canada with only a small IT team supporting 50+ users and their devices. The only way it is possible to manage and support that widespread team is through the endpoint management capabilities NinjaOne offers us. We veritably couldn't be in business without the detailed device insights NinjaOne provides us.

Just this week a user was unable to self-resolve an issue installing our VPN, but through NinjaOne I was able to discover his device had automatically installed a bloatware Antivirus program that was causing conflicts with our company deployed solution, blocking the VPN .exe from properly installing. NinjaOne's service helped us identify and resolve the issue that much faster, allowing critical work to keep flowing with minimal disruption.

  ### 39. A Software Company that is Managing My Expectations Correctly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fred L. S. | Vice President of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

After using different systems over my career, one thing that stands out about NinjaOne is their customer service/tech support. When a request is submitted, I will get a response within a short time providing me the guidance needed. I've not seen any other software company provide this level of support in many, many years.

The other item I've noticed is what they call their Dojo. Their self-help system. They have done a wonderful job in documenting the steps needed to perform various actions in the tool. This has saved us time when solving issues on our own.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As the product is maturing daily, there are features other competitors have that is lacking in NinjaOne. One simple feature is the ability to associate a custom field to an object (either user or device) and be able to search on that custom field.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to NinjaOne we operated with three different applications to manage the IT infrastructure. Now we have more capability with a single pane of glass. While this can be good or bad, depending on your perspective, this single pane of glass has simplified our operations, and reduced the time to resolution for our technicians.

  ### 40. Efficient Endpoint Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gord L. | Senior Operations Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I primarily like the support provided by the NinjaOne team, which stands out. The dashboard and interface are clean and help me easily identify items to address. The dashboard is efficient for reviewing organizations, health, patching, software vulnerabilities, and recent activities, all in one interface. Additionally, the initial setup of NinjaOne was very easy.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Increased visibility into vulnerabilities would be an improvement opportunity. A better overall view of all software detected on endpoints and the CVE's associated with them.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves issues with endpoint and server management, software inventory, and vulnerability management. The dashboard efficiently reviews health, patching, and activities in one interface, streamlining management tasks.

  ### 41. Streamlined MSP Management with Quick Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Purdze M. | Junior Technical Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like the file browser feature in NinjaOne that allows me to delete files easily and reset passwords in active directory without needing to go into an RDP session. It's super quick to use and I can accomplish tasks with just a few clicks. The initial setup was also extremely streamlined, which was great for my team. We switched to NinjaOne because it had more features that we liked.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't like creating an RDP session because I have to download an application every single time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne to easily remote onto any RDP desktop. It lets me manage files and reset Active Directory passwords without full RDP sessions, quickly doing tasks in just a few clicks.

  ### 42. NinjaOne is the BEST RMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brody C. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

When my team first began using NinjaOne, I was initially hesitant, since our company had relied on our previous RMM for nearly a decade. However, once we made the switch, it turned out to be one of the best transitions we've experienced. The support team made the process incredibly straightforward, so it was far from the headache I expected. The user interface is very simple, and I quickly felt comfortable navigating it. On several occasions, I wondered if NinjaOne had certain features, and each time, it was easy to find what I needed. NinjaOne offers a wide range of capabilities that really benefit our company as an MSP. I would recommend it to anyone.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Surprisingly, I currently do not have a downside to NinjaOne. Any issues that we have we reach out to support and they have been super helpful. We are currently working through an issue right now where an end user creating their own account and cannot access remote access to a computer in our tenant, but we are working through it!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our primary RMM and helps us manage our endpoints efficiently. It has amazing scripts that we can run to upgrade computers to windows 11 as well.

  ### 43. NinjaOne RMM solutions is helping us automate and streamline how we support our clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin G. | IT Technition/Development Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We use Ninja every day for preventative maintenance and it has genuinely cut down on our support calls of people telling us their computers are running slow. Since we started using Ninja, the customers that are in there have not called being upset with a slow computer, or their applications not working due to being out of date.

Their built-in script editor allows us to very easily build scripts to fix daily issues our customers and we integrate it into our workflow to fix large scale issues across multiple companies. We have also implemented multiple scripts that are user facing using their taskbar making it easy for our customers to help themselves to issues they are facing on their computer, once again cutting down on support calls.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The vaugeness of the patching failures. Example: We want to allow the new Chrome update to all the computers we have in NinjaOne but some of them fail... a lot of them fail, and we have no idea why. It doesn't give us a reason for the failure, just that it failed. Another issue we frequently run into is we run a script we dont intend to and we can nopt stop it from running, only after about a day does it finally allow us to run another script. (This issue is expected to be fixed in a future patch though so this may not be an issue later)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in the healthcare industry so having every computer using the most up to date and secure update is incredibly important and necessary to stay HIPPA compliant. Patch Management and custom scripting abilities to ensure that when an update comes out the computer is immediately updated and prepared to push it to the user. This has saved our technicians from every day checking for updates and going computer to computer updating everything.

  ### 44. Don't settle for second best! NinjaOne is the ultimate RMM tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric R. | Director of Marketing and Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Why we chose NinjaRMM to manage our 24-location Automotive Group:

The Switch: We moved away from a competitor three years ago to achieve better ROI and drive innovation. Ninja delivered immediately.

The Daily Impact: It is now the foundation of our IT operations. Automation ensures hardware stability, while built-in ticketing and Splashtop integration have streamlined our support capabilities.

The Continuous Value: Unlike other platforms that stagnate, Ninja delivers monthly updates and enhancements driven by user feedback.

The Verdict: With responsive support and a scalable architecture, NinjaRMM earns my highest recommendation for IT leaders.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When we flagged a gap in their Google Workspace SSO capabilities early on, Ninja didn't offer a workaround—they built a solution. They took our feedback and rolled out the necessary fix in a scheduled update. This proved to us that their 'commitment to growth' isn't just a tagline; they are actively listening and building what their partners need.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Introducing a ticketing system has truly transformed the way we work. We no longer have to juggle two different tools, and our workflow has become much more streamlined as a result.

  ### 45. Great Value with Easy UI, Strong Antivirus Integration, and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip R. | Information Technology Field Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love the antivirus integration, the vulnerability patching, and the support assistance. The product offers great value, and the user interface is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I’d really like to be able to see pricing for add-ons directly in Administration > Apps, without having to contact our vendor. Right now, the lack of visibility makes me hesitant to activate any apps, because I worry that some experimental features could later roll out as an additional subscription.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep machines updated and performance up to date, which means fewer requests for help from end users. The automated feature of patching has helped with this the most.

  ### 46. Effortless Implementation, Stellar Support, and Powerful Scripting with Ninja

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arkadiusz O. | IT Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We chose Ninja because we were looking for a system we could use daily. Essentially, we transitioned our work from in-person management at each endpoint to virtual assistance. The system is thoughtfully designed, which makes managing everything much easier—especially when dealing with numerous endpoints.

The scripting functionality is excellent, offering both built-in scripts and the flexibility to write your own in your preferred language.

The device view is clear and highly readable. We encountered no issues integrating it with our existing systems through the API.

Since we switched from another system, the implementation process was crucial for us, and setting up Ninja turned out to be very straightforward.

But the highlight is definitely the customer service. Tickets are resolved the same day, and even better, you have access to a Discord server where you can get help within minutes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have been using the system for a year now, and so far, there is nothing to complain about.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an all-around solution, it helped us decrease the workload for our Helpdesk employees, which meant we didn't need to hire another person. In fact, we were able to reduce our team by one employee, even as the number of endpoints we manage continues to grow.

  ### 47. Constant Innovation, Impressive Features, and Great Value as You Scale

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse M. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The crew at NinjaOne is constantly innovating and adding features. It may not do every little thing you want it to on day one, but they take requests very seriously and if you ask for something, they will probably add it down the road. The features that they do have are constantly refined and upgraded to make them better with every release. The value to cost ratio is very favorable as you add devices to your account and the amount of feature included with the product is impressive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The agent software itself can have some "hang ups", but nothing a bit of Powershell code can't solve. While the "Dojo" knowledgebase is extremely helpful, some of the tasks you want to perform on the platform will require knowledge of Powershell and other CLI based command structures. Not an issue for me specifically, however, do know that going in and take them up on a trial period to make sure it fits your needs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, OS and software patching was not only hit or miss in our environment, but we also didn't have any insight into how good or bad it was. With NinjaOne, we are able to patch software and OS vulnerabilities as they arise and get insights into how far the process has gone and what still needs to be done. Our endpoint remote support was using other tools that were single purpose, meaning that we needed to access several systems to help an end user. Now we are able to remote support, run remote scripts, and even have a Systray icon with scripts that users can use to run scripts on their own machines. Need to install that printer in the front of the office? Just click the icon next to your clock, go to "install a printer", and pick the printer you want, NinjaOne installs the drivers and printer in the background reducing the load on our IT department.

  ### 48. Efficient RMM Platform with Excellent Device Visibility and Faster Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres B. | Escalations Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Provides a comprehensive and well-organized view of all managed devices, making it easy to understand system status at a glance and significantly reducing the time needed to monitor and troubleshoot endpoints.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the RMM functionality is comprehensive, accessing certain device actions or information can take more clicks than necessary. This adds friction when performing repetitive tasks across multiple endpoints. Simplifying these workflows would significantly improve day-to-day efficiency.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With NinjaOne’s RMM capabilities, we now have full visibility into all managed devices, along with the ability to take immediate action from a single platform. This has enabled a more proactive approach to IT management, reduced downtime, and improved overall operational efficiency.

  ### 49. Scalable and Intuitive Endpoint Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishee P. | Support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne Endpoint is its simplicity and efficiency. The platform offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes endpoint management, monitoring, and remediation easy to handle from a single console. Real-time visibility into device health, proactive alerting, and automation capabilities help reduce manual effort and improve response times. Overall, NinjaOne enables efficient endpoint management while remaining easy to deploy and manage across a wide range of environments. Support is also consistently helpful and proactive, and the implementation and integration of NinjaOne are very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is easy to use and reliable, there are some areas where it could improve. Advanced reporting and analytics options are somewhat limited, especially for larger or more complex environments that require deep customization. Certain advanced configurations and recovery scenarios offer less flexibility compared to more specialized standalone tools. Additionally, some features may require deeper documentation or granular control to better support highly customized workflows.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and maintaining endpoints efficiently by providing a centralized platform for visibility, control, and automation. It addresses common endpoint management issues such as lack of real‑time insight into device health, inconsistent patching, manual troubleshooting, and delayed response to endpoint issues.
By offering real‑time monitoring, proactive alerting, and automated remediation, NinjaOne enables quicker identification and resolution of endpoint problems before they impact users. Centralized patch management ensures devices remain secure and up to date, reducing vulnerabilities and minimizing downtime. Remote access and troubleshooting capabilities further simplify endpoint support, allowing issues to be resolved faster without user disruption. Overall, NinjaOne improves operational efficiency, enhances endpoint stability, and supports a more proactive and scalable approach to endpoint management.

  ### 50. One solution for many problems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | CyberSecurity & IT Infrastructure Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ease of use and how everything is laid out. I used NCentral before and this is way easier to use. Lots of features and integrations like backups and sentinel one. Pricing is also very competitive

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I cant say that I have come across something that I dislike but if I had to say anything, the amount of time I have to download a new version of NCplayer for remote access

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to all computers, we are multi site and cannot travel to all locations all the time. Patch management is another big one, save time messing around with WSUS etc
