What do you like best about GroWrk?

GroWrk has allowed us to have employees around the world by taking the logistical work out of it. GroWrk has handled our equipment deployment incredibly well and provided awesome support for any needs we have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroWrk?

The only downside is having to provide instructions for specific OS builds. We struggled at first to get their techs to make our builds like we needed them. After we built extensive documentation and had some Q & A sessions with their techs, we were off to the races. The builds were quick and to spec. What do you like best about GroWrk?

I like being able to use one system to retrieve devices from all areas, which simplifies the process of international device retrieval. This feature of GroWrk makes the experience seamless and convenient as it allows for centralized management of device collection across different locations. Additionally, I appreciate that GroWrk is very customizable to my needs, allowing me to use only the necessary features. This high level of customization ensures that the service adapts specifically to my requirements, avoiding the clutter of unnecessary features. What do you dislike about GroWrk?

I find it challenging to understand where a device is in the retrieval process or the timeline for retrieval. There often seems to be a lag with the dashboard updating, which can be frustrating. What do you like best about GroWrk?

I find GroWrk particularly beneficial for managing inventory and facilitating the shipment of devices globally, which is essential for our international employees across Europe, South America, and parts of Asia. I love the ease with which I can order new devices and have them shipped to any address around the globe. The support for Single Sign-On (SSO) is another feature that I truly appreciate, as it enhances security and simplifies the login process. The website’s user-friendly interface has significantly streamlined our onboarding process for internal hires, making it a seamless experience. What do you like best about GroWrk?

What do you dislike about GroWrk?

Buying assets from them is substantially more expensive (often 2-3 times more) than buying it yourself and shipping it to their warehouse which can add delays and can be a pain.
