Their platform is also capable of providing a real time detection which makes the triage process with ease. ### 11. Perfect solution for organizations growing into security and have no place to start. They have already caught things on our network and just knowing they are monitoring and ready to assist is very helpful. Their software is powerful and successfully integrated with everything on our network. I am impressed how easy they are to work with and regularly reach out to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. They completely understand what superb customer service means. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** I have yet to encounte anything that I dislike. Sometimes when I see an alert or notificaiton I get worried but to me this indicates how closely they are monitoring things from their end. We continue to tweak and improve things so that the reports can be as acurate as possible. I was concerned with false positives but even that has not been an issue. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visability into our logs and what is currently happening on our network. The support we get from Adlumin has been great. We even have tried the Pen Test and it has been good. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** I have had one or two events that are a little bit tricky to find the reason for the event and the solution.
